PagerDuty, nothing short of incredible. A wondrous incidents manger.
What do you like best about the product?
PagerDuty work speed is very fast and this allows one to pinpoint and resolve incidents fast. It comes with automations which works superbly on your behalf such that you can keep working on other things while they keep an eye on your processes to pinpoint any incidents. It's compatible with other 3d party products for example we were able to integrate it with Servicenow Nd they works incredibly well together. The noise reduction capabilities helps reduce interruptions by only notifying one the most sensitive incidents which needs yiur attention. Solving similar incidents like those that might have occurred earlier is easy as it keeps a record of the remedies taken to resolve incidents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using PagerDuty for me can never get any easier. It has a very user-friendly user interface which makes everything about it simple to access and use. It also has amazing customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PagerDuty is a very useful product and i personally use it in our organization as an incident management tool. With its powerful incidents management capabilities, it allows us to monitor our product development process so as to establish any incidents and resolve them. This allows to have the best and error free programs for our customers.
Elegant incident response tool to transform incidents management experience
What do you like best about the product?
One of the standouts things that i liked about PagerDuty is how easily it integrated and works well with other products that were in use in our organization. With an easy and robust integration infrastructure, it was easy to connect it with our other products like Servicenow, Zoom, aws and others. It provides automate the entire incidents detection tasks so as to ensure accuracy in detecting even the smallest incidents which if not resolved would affect the product development process. It gives a clear understanding of which incidents has occurred, where it has occurred, its root causes and if similar incidents had occurred in the past, how to resolve them based on the past solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
PagerDuty couldn't be as much better as it currently is. I have used it for a while now and everything seams to workk perfectly and quite easily with no technical difficulties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an incident response and management product, PagerDuty gives us the best services in monitoring our product development process in order to find any incidents in the process and resolve them before they could affect the performance of our end products, thus it helps develop error-free and quality products.

What do you like best about the product?
With PagerDuty machine learning and autimations, it makes it possible to detect any incidents in real-time and resolve them before they affect your product development. It allows one to accelerate incident response by learning from past incidents and how they were resolved. It uses machine learning algorithms which helps automate the runbooks by eliminating the manual works by automated self-service tasks to improve runbooks efficiency and productivity. It has high-grade security functions which helps maintain highest level of data security and meet all your compliance regulations. It helps have full analytics on the incidents so as to have clear insights about their root causes and spot any repeat problems. PagerDuty seamlessly integrates with other third party products already in use like Slack, Zendesk, Servicenow, making it adapt fast to your existing working environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is not soo simple to use and requires one to have some basic techical usage skills in order to get the best from it. Otherwise, its end productivity is amazing.

When it comes to incident analytics and management, PagerDuty always proves to the best fitted product for the job. By use of unique machine learning algorithms and automations, it makes it easy and fast to discover incidents, pinpoint their root causes and resolve them to ensure better quality code. By maintaining incident free programs, it gelps us give our customers the best products.
A fascinating tool for process automation and incident management
What do you like best about the product?
PagerDuty has a well organized architecture and a very clean and straightforward user interface which makes it effortless for one to use ut. It employs the latest AI technologies like machine learning to help automatically monitor the product development cycle so as to pin point any incidents in the process and remedy them before they affect the performance of the product. With PagerDuty, it's not only figuring out the incidents but also evaluating their root causes so as to take measures of preventing their future occurrences. There is an option to refer to past remedies so as yiu can save time solving similar incidents in the production infrastructure. With runbook automation feature, it makes it fast to assess incidents and resolve any identified issues. It has an option to reduce noise interruptions bh automatically grouping incidents alerts into one incident and allow instant alert on only the high-priority issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I literally having no feature or aspect that i can say i dislike in PagerDuty. It has very easy to use and user-friendly user interface making it very simplified yet very effective product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PagerDuty plays a very vital role in our organization. With its powerful functionalities, it helps us keep track of our product development architecture so as to automatically detect and remedy any incidents that might negatively affect the quality of our products. By saving previous remedies, it helps speed up the incident remedy time by referring to remedies of similar incidents.
Easy to set up and many customisations available
What do you like best about the product?
I found it extremely easy to use and set up; I use it in conjunction with our central ticketing platform, and the customization of responses and alerts we can give is particularly appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any off the top of my head; a dark theme for the web browser would be appreciated, but overall I don't use enough of the features to find limitations as to what I use it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can be available for users and respond to incoming tickets without worrying about being near my computer at all times. The options for contact mean that there's more than one way I can be reached.

Simple but comprehensive SaaS incident response platform for IT departments for machine data and human intelligence integration thus improving agility across organizations.

I personally to be honest, nothing wrong with it, in fact it is a superb integrator.

It has fully integrated machine data system and human intelligence in our organisation thus eases much human activities on the go and as a result, it has been saving time and reducing cost in various ways.
Reliable tool for uptime monitoring and advanced alerting.
What do you like best about the product?
Pagerduty is able to cover comprehensively all our monitoring and alerting needs. It's offers so many possible ways to receive alerts either SMS,email or phone call. It's helps us to address our critical incidents on time and aslo it's have great dashboard and mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very important alerts sometimes were delayed to be sent on time but the technical team has been able to resolve this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wonderful reporting tool that show past alerts and notifications. Intergration with Microsoft outlook and slack was great. Technical team has assisted us alot and now we are able to get alerts and notifications on real time basis.
Learn everything you can from an incident using Jeli - the platform makes it easy!
What do you like best about the product?
* Using the incident response bot is a joy, especially during incident response. The bot is simple and flexible, enabling our team to concentrate on incident mitigation. How? Well, the Jeli bot handles all communications sending updates as the incident transpires to different channels (configurable as the incident requires it) & keeping everyone (those participating and those just observing across the company) aware of what is happening. This automation makes us stronger during incident response. We know that upon incident closure, all the details we need to start the incident analysis will be automatically loaded to the Platform.
* Super helpful Incident Analysis Platform. Jeli enables us to centralize all the data needed for thorough incident analysis. The incident data loaded can be transformed by adding more context from other incident-related sources or by just generating your incident narrative from a central location. Yay! It’s slowly becoming our central knowledge database for all things revolving around incident learning.
* It's a pleasure to work with Jeli's team; they are very knowledgeable in this space, down to earth and always willing to help.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jeli has automated a big part of our incident analysis pipeline. Its flexibility extends its usability to track external customer-impacting events and internal “hiccups, " which also provide rich learning opportunities. We don’t need a complete production outage to gain insights into how we can fill in our socio-technical gaps, and Jeli enables us to do that!

What do you like best about the product?
It have a sleek and intuitive design and does everything perfectly from monitoring to reporting. Easy to create escalation policies to notify incidents and aslo it intergrate well with existing services.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a solid platform tha monitor our systems very well .We had issues in the beginning when configuring the application but there was enough support from their team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pretty fast support from their technical team. Ability to customize route of notifications and calls . Easy to intergrate with slack and Asana. Aslo it's fairly priced compared to its competitors.
