Tool is great, points of contact even greater!!
What do you like best about the product?
The tool itself is amazing in every sense, but what's even more amazing is the client vendor relation! We are tightly connected with out points of contact and could not be happier!
What do you dislike about the product?
If there could be an emergency hotline we could use for when we run into urgencies, that would be amazing. Even more amazing if there was a 24/7 emergency support for those odd hours where an anomoly can occur.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, we did not have a great solution for feature flagging, but the fact that there is also A/B testing and meaningful metrics is a huge bonus as well. We currently still use Adobe Analytics but finally starting to dabble into meaningful metrics with the tool itself.

All is good, we did not face any issues during the work

We can manage user traffic in a proper convenient way
Increased flexibility at a very minimal cost
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility that split gives us in our deploys. We are able to introduce changes and access insightful and actionable data with the security fo being able to revert any changes without engineering work required.

Accessing the data within split can be challenging,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Split solves our problem with ambiguity. It allows for us to very clearly identify the impact of a release and very easily assess the true significant impact of the updatee.

The intuitive easy-to-use user interface, and the API is also quite simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just the fact that you can import users to segments but you can't import users to splits.

When our team implements new features in production we can control which customers can have access to them.

What do you like best about the product?
Split is incredibly easy to use, rock-solid reliable, and provides genuine insights into feature and content viability.

Configuring target metrics to measure significance requires some specialized work from some of our teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Split is an essential part of our feature-rollout process, and we now use it to test features with limited populations and ramp up to general availability gracefully.
Good platform for code deployment
What do you like best about the product?
The flexability the platform has allows users to set up features flags in different segment of the code. easy to manage.

I have not used it long enough to determine what I don't like yet.

We use the tool to deploy and manage code base for different features. The features can be open to the public or private to certain users. So very flexible.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not support duplicate metrics to make small edits in metrics setup yet -> Need to setup again manually which is not convenient somehow.

Split helps to facilitate the Experiments setup & monitor speeds with its feature flag & Experiment console. Easy to test and learns our users
Definitely feel in great hands with the Split team and platform
What do you like best about the product?
The Split team has been so accommodating throughout our relationship that started earlier this year. I was working against a really tight timeline to get experimentation up and running and the Split team worked closely with myself and my team in order to successfully achieve this. This attentiveness has carried into general support now that we have experimentation up and running; this covers troubleshooting any issues to just providing a better understanding of how to use certain platform features.

Picked up by ad-blockers so feature flags / rollouts don't work

The ability to feature flag our applications. Phased rollouts were a pain to configure before.
