Split review
What do you like best about the product?
The best features about split is it's ease of use and integration. We use it for controlling feature rollouts on many of our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would note is that once the split has changed - there's a slight delay to have the new settings take effect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to control production rollouts and staging testing.
Simplest feature flagging tool I've used so far
What do you like best about the product?
There a lot to like about Split, but here are the highlights:
- Its simple, intuitive user interface which allows for quick changes and experimentation.
- Its developer API and documentation which is quite clear and thorough.

What do you dislike about the product?
This might be because of how our account is set up, but the "My Work" tab doesn't actually show my work. It shows every FF in the organization and not just the ones I've created or contributed to.
This makes it a bit cumbersome to always remember which one of my flags I want to work on.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to safely deploy work in progress and changes to the codebase without affecting users. This enables fast experimentation and continuous delivery by separating the deployment process from the release process.
Clean user interface and good documentation
What do you like best about the product?
The documentation is pretty easy to follow and in general it's very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have found traffic patterns + tracking users who are not logged in vs. logged in to be quite complex and wish there were a little more out of the box handling of these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes A/B testing possible and sets us up to evaluate experiments when we introduce new features or change app behavior.
Seamless A/B Testing with Split.io: A Game Changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Split.io's integration process is a developer's dream. The simplicity and clarity of the integration instructions ensured that I was up and running within no time. What's more, the seamless integration with Vercel, a platform I frequently use, elevated my workflow to new heights. This harmonious partnership is a testament to Split.io's commitment to user convenience.
The performance of Split.io has been flawless in every sense. I've conducted numerous tests without a single glitch or disruption. This reliability has allowed me to focus on refining strategies rather than troubleshooting technical issues – a true time saver.
The user interface strikes the perfect balance between user-friendliness and depth. Even newcomers to A/B testing will find navigating Split.io intuitive. However, the platform doesn't compromise on the comprehensive features needed by seasoned testers.
Administering tests and experiments is a breeze thanks to the well-designed administration panel. Whether it's managing variations, controlling traffic allocation, or monitoring results, Split.io streamlines every aspect of the process.
In conclusion, Split.io has earned my trust and enthusiastic recommendation. With its easy integration, smooth Vercel compatibility, impeccable performance, user-friendly interface, and streamlined administration, it has proven to be an invaluable asset for anyone serious about A/B testing. My testing journey will never be the same, and I'm excited to see how Split.io continues to shape the landscape of experimentation.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few areas that could be improved upon, although they don't overshadow the overall positive experience:
Pricing Consideration:
One aspect that stands out is the pricing. While Split.io offers exceptional value with its robust features and seamless integration, the pricing might be considered on the higher side for some users. However, I must emphasize that the investment is well worth it, given the seamless testing process, reliable results, and time saved.
Minor Setback:
Beyond the pricing, I've encountered no significant setbacks or concerns while using Split.io. Its performance, integration capabilities, user interface, and administration tools all stand as testaments to its effectiveness.
In conclusion, Split.io has shown itself to be a top-tier A/B testing tool with its remarkable features and capabilities. While the pricing might be a bit steep, the benefits and value it brings make it a sound investment for any serious user.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our product offers different tailored experiences to the different segments of customers that we serve. Enterprise, Mid Market, SMB - Split helps us a lot in managing the rollout of these features.
Taking our experimentation program to the next level
What do you like best about the product?
Split allows us to easily roll out new features to an specific segment of users, also gradually releasing features to gather feedback and monitor their impact before a full release. It has helped us catch bugs early on.
Metric interface is smooth, it gives an quick overlook of how an experiment is performing with easy to understand statistics.
It also supports collaboration among teams. Multiple teams can work on different experiments simultaneously (for example, using dependencies to isolate experiments).

What do you dislike about the product?
Configuration process a bit complex in the beginning, and for smaller experiments it's still dependent on developers to implement the feature flag.
Sometimes metrics displayed on Split are not enough and we have to complement reporting using other analytics tools.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed the whole company to do data driven decision making. It has supported esentially all teams to make informed decisions about whether to continue, modify, or even revert a feature rollout based on its impact on user engagement, conversion rates, or other relevant KPIs.
Review

Enabling / disabling features dynamically based on configuration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The character limits of responses I can receive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynaimc feature enable/disablement
Great costumer support!
What do you like best about the product?
The Customer Success program really helps us utilize Split. The support functions and contact persons. And it's easy to use for the developers and analysts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really special, but the pricing model is a but unclear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distributed Experimentation; A/B testing at scale.
Developer experience
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use when using SSO integration with our company's account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complex terms when we just want to use an AB test. The Rust sdk doesn't exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AB test and feature flagging.
Intuitive to use and fast to implement
What do you like best about the product?
There are SDKs for most popular languages and a great collection of guides to help implementing it.
It's all overshadowed, though, by the excellent Split Arcade. It's definitely the best way to learn extensively about using a product in a self-serve manner.
It's all overshadowed, though, by the excellent Split Arcade. It's definitely the best way to learn extensively about using a product in a self-serve manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations, while plenty, seem very opinionated and, sometimes, limited. For example, we wanted to use the Amplitude integration, but it ended up not working at all for our needs and we had to integrate Amplitude with Split on our end, instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to enable a certain feature for a subset of our customers to do phased rollouts, which was not possible with the way our tech was set up at the time. Split has also allowed us to deliver in increments and enable the code at a specific time, so we don't have to time our releases to specific time windows that suit product.
