Great tool for new hires

I like the fact it's a better version of a to do list

Process street is no longer being used by our product
Making tracking progress for onboarding simplified and centralized
What do you like best about the product?
Process Street makes the workload of onboarding digestible in day by day bits. I enjoyed the summary of what was learned during the day and the action items left to take into the following day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints from an end user perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Street prevented being lost on direction of onboarding and allowed me to be on top of what was expected of me.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps you design your way through complex business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any software, there's a learning curve. The one feature I found a bit confusing was sharing my processes. Once you get the hang of it, no problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Process Street with my MBA students to help them anticipate the complexities of each step in a complex business process. For this, Process Street was spectacular. You can test, fine-tune and get feedback from users implementing the process. A fantastic learning tool that students adopted for their businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
Process Street keeps your processes well-organized and easily accessible to other employees and team members who might want to leverage your process. It's also very easy to create your own workflows and share them. The UI of navigating through the workflows and checking off tasks is also very simple and easy to follow. Additionally, I think it's great how your process can dynamically change depending on certain questions you ask in the workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The organization of Process Street isn't the greatest and could be improved. For example, having Workflow Runs under Reports and having inbox is a bit confusing. There isn't a super clear place to go to see all of your outstanding tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of tasks for a specific project and scaling processes. This benefits me because once I create a process, it can be easily scaled and shared. I can also easily view other people's processes.

The web and mobile experience are slightly different and it's basically a web based product

Process Street is super helpful to organize information and data. Additionally, when trying to project manage a large project with many stakeholders it makes the entire process easier.

I dislike how we do not use it from an external perspective.

The problem it is solving is the ability to project manage a large team and understand everyone's exact step they are on. It makes projects move very efficient and productively.
OnBoarding with Process Street
What do you like best about the product?
Company used it for our onboarding process. It was super easy and simplistic to use to track both onboarding tasks as well as goals. Offered spaces for teams to collaborate on projects and provide feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if it was an issue with our specific setup instance but there was a small issue with submitting an assignment which made certain tasks a little buggy. Really nothing too major.

Made the onboarding process quick and easy to manage.

Process street is user friendly and kept me on track with my development.

Nothing. I think process street is easy to use.

Process street organized my day with training tasks that needed to be completed in order for me to perform at a high level.
it was straight forward easy to use and could track my progress

The interface and flow of the platform. I was quickly able to look at what was coming and see any additional information that was needed. I could go forward when i wanted/ needed to and recheck my past submissions
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have to many downsides. Sometimes I wish it would notify me in a different way of things i missed or need to go back on.

it was a way we use it for onboarding and tracking our progress through product knowledge. the benefit was using it on one platform that would could share with others.
