Process Streets help me keep track of my processes and ensure that I am not forgetting anything.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can create processes for all our clients and other team members can review the process to complete payroll if I am out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to be able to link processes within sister companies.

Procedures which ensure I'm not missing anything.

What do you like best about the product?
Enhanced Accountability and Visibility
One of the most valuable aspects has been the improved visibility across all our processes. With workflows clearly defined in an actionable format, our business runs more smoothly, and we spend less time searching through old email threads to determine status or responsibility. Managers can quickly see where bottlenecks occur, and team members always know exactly what tasks they’re responsible for completing.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. The permissions and roles system lacks granularity, making it difficult to create custom access levels without giving users full administrative privileges.
2. The reporting features could benefit from more advanced analytics capabilities to better understand process bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Street has revolutionized our employee onboarding. What was once a fragmented and inconsistent process is now a smooth, standardized experience for every new hire. The customizable templates allow us to tailor our onboarding workflows to different roles while maintaining consistency across departments. New team members get up to speed faster, and HR spends less time managing paperwork and more time on meaningful interactions with new employees.
Simple, Efficient, and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating and maintaining process. The ability to link programs together in order to generate processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to connect to an email program for sending out information from the system. Getting assistance from support can be a little difficult as well. Everything is handled mostly through chat and can be difficult to get the point across.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation
Process street has allowed us to track our complex workflows easily and reliably.
What do you like best about the product?
Our firm loves how customizable Process Street is and how adaptable the workflows are.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I do not like about Process Street is when a change is made to workflow, especially if something new is added, updating all existing workflows can result in prior assignments that shouldn't apply to hit our employees Inbox. We also have a difficult time using the reporting as we have reoccurring projects that roll to the next period that will skew the numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to process street we had paper checklists that didn't allow us to see what point in the process each employee was with a project. Process Street allows us to manage our employees and projects easier. We also use automation features in Process Street that prevents human error when another project is triggered.

I love that I can create clear instructions for every major business task.

I would love for it to be integrated with other websites more.

They are ensuring that all team members within the business are following the same standards.
Secret weapon for efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Process.st saves me so much time. It's easy to share with external collaborators and generally intuitive for them as well. I can't even begin to estimate how much faster we can get things done by using this software. I log in multiple times a day to make use of it. When I have questions, the support team also does a great job - they deeply understand their product and how to help us use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
For brand new users, it can take a little bit of time to learn the ropes - how to set up custom workflows on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process.st helps us with vendor onboarding, marketing planning, and new product creation - anything that we need to do repeatedly with lots of steps.

it is very organized and helped many of our new employees onboard when we started tracking what they were being trained on

it doesn't connect with Microsoft tracking

we had no onboarding in place to ensure that our new hires were getting the training they required, now they are on track and we can monitor
Amazing Process Management
What do you like best about the product?
Process.st allows us to create meaningful process that my business depends on and execute them in an efficient manor while being able to track progress and ensure all stakeholders are in the know. It's a fairly simple system with robust capabilities and framework behind the user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love additional support from the team to connect systems using power automate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Street allows us to capture information from external users and convert the provided information into useable documents. This saves our company 100's of hours a year and results in consistent and legally complaint documents.
A good way to house all of your SOP's in one location, but doesn't have the best visual interface.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create and update pages and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The visuals of the user interface is pretty poor and makes using process street harder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Street has made it possible for me to house SOP's in one location for my team to access. This has improved the onboarding process of new team members.
Love Process Street
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it saves time on process that include emails. My team is using it to help onboard employees and it allows us to keep up with the volume. We are also able to keep up with volume without any errors. Process street is easy to use once the process is created.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a little more formatting functional.
