BIG FAN!
What do you like best about the product?
User interface, complexity in the sense that you all thought of everything, user friendly, support offered, integrations available,
What do you dislike about the product?
reporting. I wish reporting was more robust. We'd especially like to be able to report on attirubtion for loans in regard to CI.

Great out-of-the-box CRM for mortgage companies
What do you like best about the product?
Feature-set works as expected. There has not been any downtime since we've moved to the platform. It allows for logic-based journeys and robust reporting. The UI is very easy to get acclimated with as an end-user or administrator. The launch team and customer support have been excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email editor is not robust and is inferior to modern email campaign providers, like MailChimp and Constant Contact. There are some limitations when it comes to allowing for brand and content customizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing communications to clients and business partners. Organizing contacts internally. Supporting sales team with organizing their day and effectively nurturing and converting leads.
Mortgage Industry CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Total Expert has been a great partner for the past several years. They have done their best to assist us with a recent data issue. Jon, Abby, Nicole and Dan have been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some opportunities for growth and change but they are open to their clients suggestions. Because we have a prioprietary LOS it is challenging to send data thru the API. We have a manual process for monthly servicing updates due to change of loan ownership. The email tool could also be better, also for videos and allow you to create an email and schedule it for later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Total Expert for both Retail and Wholesale. Wholesale uses it primarily for email campaigns and Retail uses it for marketing autmation.
Marketing Machine
What do you like best about the product?
Total Expert is a very intuitive easy to use CRM. Customizing it with focused views ans specific Journey's is a game changer. Integrations are amazing. Not only does it help you keep track of all your data it is a Marketing Machine!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't found much of a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing all your data makes it easy to manage, analyze, and take action on it. With an all-in-one system, you can organize contacts, segment your audience, and personalize outreach seamlessly. Plus, with automated marketing journeys, you can set up workflows that keep your audience engaged without constant manual input. This way, you stay in touch consistently while saving time for other priorities.
1 year into running TE
What do you like best about the product?
The software is very easy to use and customize to our unique needs. Customer support is always available, and the reps are very knowledgable of the software and the finance industry. I was able to attend the conference last summer and the information presented on the industry and the bonus software learning were very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding can be a bit overwhelming. There are so many options available that it can be hard to decide on the best path for your company. The team is great, and very knowedgeable and patient in the process, but getting started is a big hurdle. I also wish reporting was better. I wish users could better pull specicfic lists of customers for their needs. We have branch managers who would like to access customer data per their location, create call lists for staff etc, and we have no way to pull out the data we are putting into TE.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mortgage lenders came to us with the need for a CRM. They are very happy with the data it provides. It was a bonus that marketing was also looking for a new automaton provider. It provides the lending team some autonomy in how they want to communicate with their clients, but we also know that what they are sending is marketing approved and compliant.
Top Customer Experience & Integration CRM
What do you like best about the product?
One of the top features of Total Expert is the ability ro personalize customer engagement to effectively keep customers up to date on loan status, provide education, and create a seamless experience throughout the loan process. The ability to integrate different mortgage industry systems has been helpful in making our loan officer's business more effective. Finally, the ability to pair well with our Compliance standards gives us peace of mind in the tools and communication we send through Total Expert.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to pinpoint much to dislike about Total Expert. The only thing is that because the system provides so many great tools, it can be overwhelming for loan officers to learn and master the capabilities quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the top problems that Total Expert is helping us solve is improving customer relationships, streamlining communication and driving more business for our loan officers. We have seen first hand how Total Expert has helped loan officers convert intial loan applications into closed loans in cases where the loan officer may have lacked in communication with the customer. The effortlessness of the automated communication continues to drive the mortgage process forward for customers no matter what status the customer may be in (considering applying for a mortgage, first-time homebuyer, refinance, etc). Integrating Total Expert with our current systems has given our Compliance peace of mind and meets regulatory requirements that are very stringent for our company.
A Reliable CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Our team has been using Total Expert for 7 years, and overall, it has been a solid tool for managing our mortgage marketing communications. It provides many essential features we need to track leads, manage client/realtor communication, and keep everything organized in one place. The user interface is intuitive enough that new users can get up to speed relatively quickly, which has been a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is generally helpful, but response times can sometimes be slow when researching issues. While the platform works well for day-to-day tasks, it occasionally experiences delays in updates, which can disrupt communications at critical moments.

Total Expert helps us organize customer data, manage and nuture leads, communication automation, and mange content.
Staying Relevant
What do you like best about the product?
Total Expert is great at staying on top of customer needs and delivering solutions. Our CSM and the TAM team is extremely helpful and explain why or how something works so you understand the full picture. They have added some upgrades that helps to streamline solutions for our Loan Originators.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes longer for the release of upgrades to the platform. While they are great at getting the ball rolling, the true release date tends to be a while from the annoucement of the feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Total Expert helps us deliever automated messages to keep customers in the loop and engaged while our Loan Originators create meaningful relationships in person.

What do you like best about the product?
Total Expert support and our CSM are encouraging, provide new ideas for solutions, and are responsive to any questions or concerns we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions aren't the most user friendly for our LOs or they run into ideas that they are unable to execute. Ex: not being able to save emails and come back to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation, social media posting with their integration of social media accounts and the web marketing feature.
Total expert Review
What do you like best about the product?
The support is unmatched. They are always willing to hop on a call and help out when needed. Having a dedicated CSM that holds weekly or bi weekly calls helps us stay on track with our goals. The use of automation is also very easy to build out and help is always available if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed of the platform can be improved during peak email send times I.e. holidays, etc.

We were looking for a CRM that provided next level comarketing capabilities and the ability to provide automation to follow the customer from the beginning of the journey to the end and then help us retain them for future business.
