TE Knocks It Out Of The Park
What do you like best about the product?
When you work work with TE, you always feel like you have an advocate on your side. Always available to listen, always up for the challenge. You feel heard.
What do you dislike about the product?
We always wish things moved faster or that our problems were solved - we know it's not always that easy but it can be hard to grow when the platform feels like it is not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are always looking to solve for bettering our relationships with our agents and clients through the journey. Always looking for ways to leverage our databases and TE provides great solutions to both of these.

All of the marketing is accelerated to the next level and looking around the curve towards the future!

Can be overwhelming at first getting ready for launch

Total expert is a one stop shop for our independent mortgage broker company. It has made contact with the consumer a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The adoption of certain features are low and the help or advice is minimal. We would like more suggestions based on case studies and what other companies are doing successfully

Total Expert a Good Fit for the Majority of Loan Officers
What do you like best about the product?
The overal ease of use for our sales folks. We have found that it is a good fit for the majority.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been hard to accept all of the added costs, including APIs that don't come with the expected integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing and driving increased engagement, as well as offering partner benefits.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do as much as you can for the Loan Officer - if you wait for them to implement and deploy, it will delay results.

Impressed with this event. I've never been provided with all this value add with just being a customer!

I wish I had more of my team here! We are new to TE, I wish I could have had my core team involved.

The technology performance dwindles a bit and is not always reliable.

We are opening the door for more business growth and allowing LO's to operate more efficiently through automated communications and organized strategy.

It's got great potential in automation and basic CRM functionality, as well as rich marketing.
