‘“GONNA LEAD THE MARKET”

What do you like best about the product?
It’s really easy to use tool, you can easily get in touch with your agents and It’s help me alot. I don’t use different type of tools when i have TOTAL EXPERT. It is giving me good experience. The best thing i love about is Customization. I mean in every perspective i am loving to use it. Through this tool i can get in touch with my clients in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although i am satisfy by it, but still i have little complaints as user, if having an issue then support system does lack sometimws which make me frustrated, i am sure Total EXPERT would be looking into it but still they have to solve it as soon as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s totally amazing and i own it, mark my words It’s gonna lead the market in their own category. I will also say, it’s a huge system it takes your bit more time and brain to understand, but once you’ll understand it will not gonna disappoint you.

Great CRM For Mortgage Professionals

What do you like best about the product?
I like the large amounts of engagement resources available to Admins and the support that we have available to us. Other CRM platforms that I've worked with are not as helpful in this aspect or charge loads extra for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
System UI and UX can be a bit overwhelming for end users that aren't "techy" or experienced in using CRM's - not an issue with proper training.

Personally, I'd like to see improvements in Single Property Sites. They should be dynamic enough to update on their own based on status in MLS (active, pending, sold, etc. ).

The inability to make custom forms and landing pages within TE is a bit disappointing and a product gap when compared to other CRMs. This gap can be filled through integrations with other platforms, but that is not ideal.

This may be possible and I don't know how but I don't believe there is any way to download a PDF "handbook" of a journey. In other CRMs, you can download an entire workflow/campaign in a visually appealing PDF handbook that helps you better visualize the campaign and what goes out and when.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are focusing on lead follow-up automation through various journeys and lead capture apps. TE has enabled to have consistent automated touch-points that keep our originators top of mind without them having to dedicate a significant amount of time to it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get a dedicated person or even a team at your company that manages your CRM. You will see much better utilization and ROI if you do so.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best is being able to keep track of notes and exchanges with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to stay logged in the entire day. If you go to another application, after so long, it logs you out.

Being able to follow up with customers in a timely manner

What do you like best about the product?
Total Expert empowers both users and admins to take control of their marketing and encourages them to implement more advanced strategies that are supported with training resources and live support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike with Total Expert, they are constantly improving and gathering feedback on how to make the platform better for all users. If you can explain why it's an issue, Total Expert will work with you to find a solution that works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest problems we face with marketing is time. The easiest way to help our users is to automate as much as we can for them while maintaining a personal approach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Total Expert. If you are still trying to decide, I would jump into a webinar or request a demo. Total Expert is always improving and adding new features to make the platform even better.

A streamlined CRM system with a bright future.

What do you like best about the product?
Dealing with primarily content, the support and turn-around time we get on any issues that arise is typically very quick and helpful. Templates are easy to share and edit. They are also constantly pushing new updates to add new features and optimize current content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new email builder is missing some core elements that we need. We cannot lock snippets/code-blocks, which would be helpful for things like signatures and disclaimers. We would also like to see some ways to limit the colors that users can use in the builder (we'd like them to be limited to brand colors).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are constantly pushing the limits of what's possible with Total Expert and so far we have streamlined our process of adding new content and getting that content to our users. We are currently reworking how things are cataloged using Total Expert's folder and tag system.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly & our not-so-tech-savvy Loan officers love it. Also, it is straightforward for admins to set permissions for different marketing pieces easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There currently isn't a way for admins to view all contacts in the database easily for all users. We now have to individually go into each user's account to see their contacts, which means we cannot see overall who has overlapping contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving for customer retention & lead management. We needed an all in one platform for our sales team to assist with productivity + also make it easy for them to quickly manage their database.

What do you like best about the product?
For me, I love that Total Expert has so many integrations and is our sales teams go-to for all things marketing!
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike just get excited everytime a new release comes out - the more the system can do, the better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and customization have been a huge asset to our sales teams and our marketing dept.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite parts of being a TE customer are the support, the vast capabiliteies of the system and the polished UX - all top-notch!
What do you dislike about the product?
Out-of-the-normal integrations usually cost money. The system is so big that training requires much more effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now offer our entire sales force of over 100 MLOs, this one robust platform for all of their marketing needs, including print-on-demand and realtor accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Total Expert is very intuitive and easy to use. The support staff is amazing, helpful, and hands-on with excellent follow-up. I have used several different marketing platforms over the last 15 years, and none measure up to Total Expert. They are the first platform I have worked with that focuses on those in the financial arena. They are constantly updating their material and capabilities, making it better and better with each release.
What do you dislike about the product?
The load times can be slow, and the search bars start working before you are done, causing you to continually re-type your search criteria. There are some issues with the email templates that need to be reworked, but overall, the platform is okay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Total marketing can be done with TE. From Emails, to Print, Social Media, Texts, and Tasks. It's an all-in-one solution. The LOs I work with are impressed with how much easier it makes their jobs to have everything all in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are in the mortgage/loan industry, this is the platform for you. Total Expert will meet all your marketing needs. You will not be disappointed.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the tools that TE provides our credit union. And they are always very receptive to suggests and helpful when looking for workarounds to other issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that I was used to in a different CRM that are missing from TE, but it is not a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is helping our originators keep in touch with members throughout the mortgage process without them really having to think about it. It is a nice personal touch for us.
