Very thorough CWRM

The ability to market in several different ways via several mediums.

A large CRM with a lot of tools.

Effective CRM with a large database of marketing materials and several mediums to share this information with clients and business partners.

Total Expert has numerous marketing tools for streamlined communications.
What do you like best about the product?
I like scheduling social media for MLOs in it. Also organizing their marketing materials in the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes customization can get tricky as well as making sure groups are all correct. I'm still learning about creating journeys. They do have IM for customer service to help with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the mortgage side, it is solving the problem of staying top of mind with current customers and potential customers as well as realtors with co-marketing partnership.
TE is a robust platform and great tool for the mortgage industry!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the print marketing, social media sharing/scheduling, email marketing and organization features and tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the journey feature but find the initial setup to be a little confusing and time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping database up-to-date, informed and organized!
We love Total Expert!
What do you like best about the product?
Email, single property website, and print marketing. We also love the dashboard. It helps keep the loan officers informed of what they are doing in so many ways. Focus View is a big hit as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to have our program and rates pull in automatically and getting the newsletters the same day as they need to be assigned to my loan officers. If I'm out of the office the newsletter has to wait to go out until I'm back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Total Expert helps us know when somone can refi or if their ARM is about to expire. Also, pre-qual expiring. When business is slow these functions help gain business.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration functions work well. The ability to create print and email marketing for distribution, as well as campaigns and journeys, helps to reach contacts and groups easily. Tasks and reminders help to stay on top of daily work as well. The support desk is available for any questions!
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not have the ability to add a delegate without creating a team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up disclaimers and working on rate flyers.
Total Expert is a great all around platform for originators.
What do you like best about the product?
Contact management via groups makes it easy to deliver mass communication. The use of BombBomb aids in this.

Not really a dislike but i'd like to see if be more mobile responsive.

Specific to the mortgage vertical so the company focuses on mortgage originators which is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requests for Total Expert to turn around are very slowly honored if at all.

Creates a centralized system to have all your contacts in place that you want to market to and find lead opportunities for.

The email builder is so close to being a great tool but the bugs need to be fixed, LOVE Single Property Sites

Lots of buggy issues, primarily with the email builder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset sharing, CRM maintenance. a fairly user friendly environment for Loan Officers!
Does the job but not as great and efficient as it was sold
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is within one system and their team has great ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their flyer portal ("manage marketing tab) is archaic and cumbersome. Like I said, they have great ideas and sold us on those but it gets frustrating that those ideas take a really long time to be put into action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working as a platform for our Loan Officers to keep client records which enables digital marketing, survey requests, and provides a portal for us to keep flyers for branding/cobranding.
