Perfect platforms are unicorns!
What do you like best about the product?
The very best parts of Total Expert involve the customer experience. It's a flexible design that is consistent and easier to navigate. I appreciate that they are constantly innovating.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of their roll outs are a bit slower than I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End to end customer experiences are what we are trying to solve for the next 36 months. Gathering clean first party data and using that data to elevate true brand experiences is one goal. Building brand trust through valued and relevant communication is another.

Be very clear about your goals and be open to ideas.

Robust CRM that works great in the mortgage/realty space
What do you like best about the product?
This solution has very attractive web and print content. It also is a great place to store contact data for both customers and business partners. Finally, the ability to create collateral and co-market it with a realtor in only a few clicks is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a ton of options on this platform and it was not always clear where to go to find things. Luckily, we had WalkMe on this for our company and leveraged this to learn how to get around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending EDDM postcards, marketing email journeys, setting up property listing sites that are co-branded with a realtor, and sending mailers to current and past customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this for both a CRM and a Marketing platform. This will help reduce the integration need between a CRM (like Salesforce) and Total Expert, which can be a bit difficult to integrate.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize everything. We can make so much that is company-specific, which allows us to keep everything on brand. At the same time we can utilize their custom content and customize that as well. We never run out of options.
What do you dislike about the product?
NOTHING! There is nothing that I dislike, maybe the cost, but when you see what Total Expert can do you understand the cost and it is completely justified! There is nothing this CRM can't do! And they are adding more every day! I actually get excited about the releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can customize things for every LO in my company and make things single-person-specific if I want. Total Expert has also made it so much easier to stay in front of our customers and keep our finger on the pulse of what our customers want and need. Their custom reports help us see and understand each customer we contact.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You won't be sorry if by going with Total Expert. This CRM blows everyone else away. There is no comparison. We had to have 2 CRMs before to do HALF of what Total Expert can do.

How quick the response time is really allows me to help out my LOs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when the support ticket gets passed around from team to team, the communication sometimes slows down.

Making MMC one of the first choices for our referral partners and clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Total Expert's entire staff has been helpful from the very beginning! From the initial vetting process to implementation to ongoing support, they are there when you need them!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only wish is that they had a bigger library of available email campaign templates to choose from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have gained the ability to onboarding our clients digitally, meeting a long-time need for our organization. It has also allowed us to more efficiently cross-sell our products throughout our client base.
Great Customer Service!
What do you like best about the product?
Open communication with the customer service team. They've been responsive. I'm a new user, so I don't know very well the features and benefits. I've been in touch with our Account Executive and the experience has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have an extensive online library for self-study training. As a new user, I would prefer a online session with somebody who can provide experiences with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have a better tracking of the sales team and create better marketing campaigns.

Total Expert Changes the Marketing Game
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to be able to store and organize marketing pieces and categories!
What do you dislike about the product?
Just the connection between your loan origination system and Total Expert takes a bit of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We aren't having problems but have realized getting artifacts in the hands of our origination team.

Intuitive UI, tools, and upgraded email builder
What do you dislike about the product?
Some quirks with the campaign builder. A few limitations keeping track of emails within the email stats.

Creating professional-looking email content easily shareable etc.

Total Expert Works For Me
What do you like best about the product?
One of the reasons I like Total Expert is you can dive in and keep things simple or get really complex depending on your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of its complexity, you sometime don't know where to start or where to find a resource that explains your question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using TE to automate communications at key milestones with our customers. TE has allowed us to address our problems and helped us when we have a roadblock.
Total Expert Admin/User for 1+ year
What do you like best about the product?
It feels like Total Expert is not an out-of-the-box product, but more configurable to our needs. This can be a blessing and headache at times, but it feels like they are working to make more integrations and configurations available to the user as needed. Total Expert allows for journey builds that are useful for reaching our prospects in a very timely/circumstantial case-by-case scenario helping us reach better segmented audiences. It's nice to have a lot of support channels available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface feels clunky or rushed to market. Things get held up/frozen/lost from time to time causing work to take longer than any other CRM I've used in any industry. Emails almost never save correctly causing us to work harder to figure out workarounds than actually working on figuring out content/strategy from within.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's buggy from time to time. There's not always concrete answers from the support team. A lot of "we'll have to get back to you" type of answers causing a lot of frustration from our top down. We have been using Total Expert from a retail and wholesale mortgage perspective and it seems like there are a lot of things TE COULD do, but we get lost in the bugs more often than not.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have CRM experience with other companies. It will be very hard to build this from the ground up without any experience in CRM builds as you're made to do most of it yourself by way of guidance calls.
