X-Cart 6 years of E-commerce Support $$$$$ The Real Deal DEPENDABLE, EFFECTIVE, CONSISTENT
What do you like best about the product?
I like the premium customer support, I have made my life what it is because of X-cart. Serious E-commerce beginners or Veterans I highly reccomned X-cart Plattform.
Ease of integration with apps, I highly suggest the premium support they are so good!
One time my site went down when i had some third party developers working in the server side and they were on the phoner and emailing me within 15 seconds!!

What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure how to answer this after the MILLIONS of dollars earned from my partnership with X-cart

X-Cart, Best decision I made
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using X-Cart since 2010. I stumbled across X-Cart when looking for a new shopping cart solution for our manufacturing company. Safe to say 14 years later this is one of the best decisions I have ever made. This shopping cart is very robust and can do way more than we need it to. I prefer X-Cart over others for its SEO integration, I can list a new product and within days it is front page on Google. X-Cart's support team is unmatched, their response time is ridiculously quick and they work the ticket nonstop / straight through until the issue is resolved. To get the most out of the shopping cart and their service I recommend using their hosting as well. I had originally started with GoDaddy hosting and thought that was good. When, I switched to X-Cart hosting our website sales really took off. I would recommend X-Cart to anyone willing to listen to me!
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are not very savvy with tweaking code the cart can be a bit overwhelming to customize however their ready-made skins are quite good and make for a professional looking site without many changes.

Adaptability and scalability are among the most essential strengths of X-Cart, and that's considered a good platform to e-commerce operators requiring a mechanism type conducive to their business growth. The platform is equipped with a suite of extensions and integrations to allow the tailoring of the solution to some more specific requirements. X-Cart also features quite deep reporting and analytics tools that help in tracking sales, customer behavior, and various performance metrics over time.
All in all, X-Cart is a very high customizable and configurable e-commerce solution for the businesses of any size and of any industry. I am particularly impressed with the friendly-user interface and its ease-of-use as well as a comprehensive suite of support and resources that are available. I recommend X-Cart as a reliable and scalable e-commerce platform for businesses that really want to maximize their online sales potential.

What do you dislike about the product?
As a data analyst, and e-commerce operator, I don't find any particular dislike points about X-Cart. But for those who are willing to utilize it with their hands in shackles, the flexibility of customizations or extendibility might be somewhat intimidating for them occasionally as it demands a technical hand. Moreover, even though it boasts of a very extensive knowledge base and support resources, the platform might turn out to be a little bit daunting for some users in their navigation around and getting exactly what they are specifically after.
Another con likely to be associated with X-Cart is performance, especially where your website gets huge traffic bursts. In this case, the platform may not cope with such spikes and loading will stagger negatively influencing user experience. Yet X-Cart has several kinds of servers to eliminate this problem such as dedicated servers and cloud-based solutions.

As an e-commerce operator, I have found X-Cart to be an essential tool for streamlining my online store's efficiency, scalability, and competitive advantage. The platform's user-friendly interface and customizable options have significantly improved my ability to manage my store, while X-Cart's robust features have helped me effortlessly handle increased traffic and growth without impacting performance. Moreover, X-Cart's versatility in expanding to new markets and customizing my store to meet my target audience's needs has helped me increase sales and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

There is nothing to say here; service is good, delivery is absolute, and the website works ideally once set up. I would enjoy some more customization options for personalization.

X-Cart is streamlining my business objective in a pleasant digital expression that reflects my vision and goals as an entreprenuer. This application gets my selling point!
Customer service is bar none.
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is bar none. The team is always helpful and eager to assist us. If they haven't heard from us in a week or so, they reach out to see how we are doing. We have never experienced such marvelous customer service anywhere at any time.
When researching software for our multi-vendor marketplace, X-Cart was the only company that asked us about our project and what we wanted to accomplish. Seriously, NO OTHER company took a personal interest in us or what we wanted to do. Our rep met with us face-to-face on Zoom and was unrushed in her approach. She answered our questions to the best of her ability and quickly got back to us on questions she needed to research for us first.
The Knowledgebase (written tutorials) is a marvelous, searchable tool. It is well-written and illustrated. But we are using the most recent version of X-Cart. When the Knowledgebase doesn't answer our questions sufficiently, we can contact the team via their new HelpDesk tool. Usually, we can get a quick resolution to our issues.

We couldn't stay in touch with the sales rep who held our hands through the learning and deciding process. She became such a friend to us, we were sad to see her go. Our new rep has been excellent too, but Katrina will always be the face of X-Cart to us.

While starting a multi-vendor store with no experience is not for the faint of heart, X-Cart makes it accessible to anyone willing to learn. With this excellent software, we've created a very polished-looking storefront, product pages, and individual shops for our vendors. Most of our vendors are not very tech-savvy, so we needed software to allow them to create and manage their shops with relative ease. X-Cart meets that need better than any other software we researched.
Our new website's customization is simple thanks to X-cart.

With X-Cart, there do not appear to be any barriers. I'm always able to complete the tasks I want to. There is a fantastic X-Cart community that offers many of benefits.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can genuinely say that there is NOTHING about X-Cart that I detest. If I had to mention anything, it would be the time difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple and efficient customer billing and communication are provided. The ability to add components through the menu system and the simplicity of bulk updating product information are excellent. The store software is impressive out of the box, but the option to add modules if necessary makes this pick fantastic for us.

The best thing about X-cart is that they help us to custom the requirement according to our needs with best integration available features.

Nothing much to be honest, they almost had all the basics covered.

It provides a single-stop solution for almost every e-commerce business, also it has more than 1000+ integrations.

The versatility of the solution, it can be heavily customised to satisfy any application. The support team are generally efficient and effective. I have used this solution since 2006.

even at the highest level of support they can be difficult to reach by phone out of normal office hours, however there online ticket system is generally very efficient.

we use them as an eCommerce solution for high value industrial supplies. They enable us to connect with our customers in a manner which is more efficient than our competitors.
