Instabug In-App Surveys are the best offer on Market

Free trial, very friendly support team 🙂

Not very flexible targeting system in In-App surveys.

In-App Surveys help us to get ideas from our users and validate them.

I like feature when QA send me bug video/ picture its very effisien to not use another apps just shake for report

Crash reporting need a time if i compare with firebase crashlitic, instabug need improve speed.

flow how to report BUG from to Developer now more effisien.

for reporting BUG this is very good, you can report video and picture directly via your app build.
It helps fix crashes effectively

Easily track the path to the crash. The occurrence feature is really nice because you can literally track what the user did until the crash.
What do you dislike about the product?
We want a feature that it notifies when the user finished sending a survey so we can take action according to the response.

Its incredible the amount of information you can get to help diagnose the problem. Having instant access means a better user experience for the person who needs help

Honestly... the price, for a startup like us with a small userbase the tools are incredbly useful but also incredibly expensive

the pricing is too expensive. I didnt now that there was video support at first. its better to tell that to users

Surveys feature. It's a very nice and easy to use feature.

What do you like best about the product?
Our customers seem to really engage with the ability to just shake and send bug reports. We got a great number of reports in a very short time. This also seems to point to the customers remembering that they can shake their devices in the first place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The template which is used when forwarding issues to GitHub is ugly and overloaded. Most teams have their own issue templates — it would be great to customize things.

Easy bug reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that a user can record a video of reproducing the bug. A video conveys much more information than a simple screenshot and/or text descriptions - which is key to fixing bugs faster. It also helps clarify the severity of bugs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the initial overlay that pops up when the app is first installed. This causes confusion for the user. Would be better if the timing can be manually set in order to smooth the on boarding experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're trying shorten the bug reporting/fixing loop and also trying to get more accurate bug reports. The benefit we've realized is that Instabug helps in both of these key areas.

Integration was simple, easy to use as an end user. Crash reporting is very useful. Dashboard is pretty straightforward.

Easy customer service. We’re a startup and cannot afford customer support staff right now, need something we can gather feedback but don’t need someone dedicated to supporting just yet.
