Removes friction for your customers and testers!

What do you like best about the product?
At Teleportr we love how frictionless it is to get feedback from our beta testers and customers! Having as much information as possible without having to bother the customer with a ton of questions makes reporting bugs and getting feedback very simple and streamlines the triage process.
What do you dislike about the product?
We'd love it if the statuses were customisable so we could customise Instabug to suit our workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We help our customers to report bugs and suggest feedback, therefore improving the software and in turn their user experience!

What do you like best about the product?
Timely and succinct support responses. Comprehensive bug reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time difference can sometimes get in the way of timely discourse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bugs that would go unnoticed in production, deeper insights into consumer behavior.

What do you like best about the product?
React native support is really nice, but it is certainly not complete
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of features are missing implementation and not documented. It is clearly a young product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to gather user feedback in an app and catch crashes.

What do you like best about the product?
I really liked how the customer care follow up their ticket. I've contacted the customer care and a guy Rami was following up most of my cases and I really liked him and makes me comfortable that my issues are going to be resolved when he handles them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instabug is a great service with many great features. There are some bugs or flows that I discover and report them directly to them and they take good care of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crashes, communication with the users and surveys.

What do you like best about the product?
No complicated to workflows to enter a bug. Just a shake and it makes it easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to recognize it as a feature when I use it the first time. Fist few times I used to think the pop up an ad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps my startup to track the usability bugs easily.

A bit on the costly side, especially for the user limit.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to shake the phone and send a bug report. I like the details the bugreports provide and how configurable they are.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with anything, just having to manage a 3rd party library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding bugs via users that we miss as developers. Tracking down hard to find bugs

What do you like best about the product?
I have a small startup that is not yet making money. Appreciated the free trial so we could test it out first before subscribing. We also found it very easy to integrate into our app. I also like that we can integrate bug reports into our Trello board. Feature wise, I like the ability to take screen captures and recordings when submitting reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn’t care much for the shake feature in order to invoke the bug report dialogue. It was too easy to invoke and interrupted the use of our app, which is a Fitness app. Very distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to have a tool that allowed users to report bugs and provide feedback. Also, the crash reporting capability is very helpful for quickly identifying and solving crashes. While we haven’t used it yet, the survey capability will be very helpful in gathering customer sentiment and gathering feedback on what features to deliver next.
