What do you like best about the product?
Bug reports work well enough, especially if users utilize the screenshot tool properly. E-mail support has been very responsive as I ran into various problems during setup, even if not always helpful as there appears to be a bit of a language barrier at times..
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still not full support for Xamarin as far as I can tell. What would be extremely helpful and allow me to abandon App Center is to have crash reporting that gives me a C# filename and line number for both Android and iOS builds.

Has caused conflicts with other packages due to multidex and rxjava usage.

Versioning is confusing on Xamarin Android as the different pieces aren't always in sync and you have to be careful to get "instabug" instead of the similary named at a glance "instabug-bug".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to solicit feedback from our workforce in the field. It has been useful a few times in realizing when we have a problem, but oftentimes, without detailed crash information as mentioned above, someone saying "it crashes when I do XYZ" is not actionable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure it includes the features for your desired platform and make full use of the trial period to test all features.

Solid bug and crash reporting platform

What do you like best about the product?
Instabug's bug reporting features have been very helpful in discovering discrepancies between our (the developers') expectations and those of our users. The crash reporting has also been invaluable, and has helped us eliminate many potential problems prior to releasing builds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Symbolicating crash reports is a little bit of a manual process, though it is really a fairly minor issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We allow users to report bugs or requests through Instabug, and it has been very helpful seeing screenshots with user markup letting us know exactly what they're seeing, what they're expecting, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very easy to use, though if you need to communicate with users who are reporting bugs, and you don't have another way of identifying contact info, I'd recommend getting one of the upgraded packages for Instabug as this is the only way to get that info.

What do you like best about the product?
Super simple to collect feedback on our mobile app and have it integrated with GitHub, Clubhouse and Trello for traiaging and acting on. Support has always been very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we used it less and had less bugs. We also use it as a tool to get customer feedback by invoking via an app menu, but it always automatically attache a screenshot with the feedback menu, which is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Triaging bugs as well as suggestions with the data going to the correct dev or UX buckets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If something isn’t supported, just ask.

Easy and effortless way of providing and receiving feedback

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that just by shaking you can provide feedback helps users and testers provide information effortlessly. Also the ability to provide a screenshot or screen recordings and edit the image to highlight where is the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times it's very slow and takes a few taps before I send the message. Feedback received via the Trello integration is not very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Beta testing for our upcoming app and receiving feedback. We have been able to spot bugs and implement improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
The crash reports are great. The bug comments allow us to reach out to customers and resolve issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to convince management to purchase additional levels so it would be nice to have a few more features available in lower tiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are resolving crashes. We are resolving customer issues which makes are brand better.

Excellent for crash reporting and feedback gathering.

What do you like best about the product?
I personally like the ability to report bugs in the app. The startup I was at previously relied on it heavily to gather feedback from our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I thought that the sdk was slightly tricky to set up. There were limited options for customization within the UI for bug reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to debug critical issues in our applications with the crash reporting instabug offered. And, more importantly, we were able to pivot our business direction based on the feedback from the users using our apps.
