A useful tool for me and my customers
What do you like best about the product?
It´s really easy to send information about bugs and report new issues
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe its pricing is a bit costly, prices based on amount of users maybe is not the most suitable for us
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our customers send crashes information and also report issues with the "shake" feature

Instabug makes feedback easy for non-technical users.
What do you like best about the product?
Screenshots are automatically sent when users provide feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
More information (like device, etc.) provided when user chats with support. We haven't looked into it, but it would be nice to be able to turn off the chat option all together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instabug allows users to provide feedback with all of the necessary information included. We don't need to ask for devices, build versions, etc. Those are provided when the user submits feedback through Instabug.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Instabug is helpful when trying to collect feedback from users who may not be very technically savvy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to provide in-app feedback. It's also pretty straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the interface can be a bit too complex with lots of options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides an easy context for communication with our programming firm and the business executive team.
An easy way for the team to report bugs
What do you like best about the product?
The QA team can easily report bugs, as can our clients. The tool provides a wealth of information about bugs and crashes (the logs are very helpful, the ability to screen shot and pinpoint what is going wrong withe the design or the user experience is great)
What do you dislike about the product?
The shaking to report a bug feature can be annoying when accidental shakes make the dialog come up. There were some bugs when using an older version of the Android sdk (multiple bug reporting dialogs were popping up) but updating the library fixed them and now it seems to work just fine. Other than that, the price is a little steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instabug allows our non technical clients to get involved with the QA process of the products we deliver to them if they desire. The shaking to report a bug feature is quite simple for non technical people.
Instabug helps my company react fast
What do you like best about the product?
We are running a financial App and use instabug to keep track of app crashes and bug reports. There are two things I like about Instabug. The first is the shake your phone and report the bug feature. We use this feature to test app, let user communicate with us and provide this novelty feeling (users love shaking their phone!) the screen capture and video recording functions are really useful for bug report. Second thing I like is the integration with Slack, allowing the team to track bugs and react fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some issue with bug reporting in the App. For example, when I tried to take two screen capture in one bug report, the app crashes. It should be some integration issue with our App.

La simplicité d'utilisation pour nous et nos clients, Instabug c''est très vite imposé comme l'outil idéal pour faciliter le lien entre nos équipes techniques et nos clients. Depuis l'installation d'Instabug il y a un peu plus d'un an notre application mobile progresse de jour en jour, on vous laisse tester par vous même :)

Instabug is a great way for us to gather user feedback as we developed our app.

There is not a simple way to select and categorize feedback types in the instabug interface.

We developed a new app and instabug allowed us to gather feedback during our beta tests as well as after we launched the app. Instabug made it really easy for users to leave feedback and the screenshot feature was super useful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HIghly recommended. Use it as soon as you want feedback from real users.

There's a lot of great features to use in this service and it will also really help you with product development in the early stages of a company

Some of the UI is a little bit counter-intuitive, so it could help to do research there. Also, a lot of what Instabug provides for paid customers is free by its competitors.

Customer feedback in the early stages of an app is extremely important to an app's success.
