Instabug is the Most Easiest Bug Reporting appication

What do you like best about the product?
Its very user friendly and easy to use. I like conversation feature its make us more communicative. I like in app bug reporter, here i can capture the pic and i can draw anything that can be understand by others. Shake and draw feature is very nice. Integration with other tools is easy. Dashboard feature is also very useful i can see my information within that. cool tool for testers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dint faced any issues as per my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I dint solved any business issues. But i found some solutions for my issues online. I able to resolve those by suggestions while integrating

I recommend this tool to others who wants to make easy of theirs testing work. Bug tracking and reporting also.

Great reporting for bugs and crashes

What do you like best about the product?
Instabug is easy to use. The handy shake reminder on opening lets the user know how easy it is to make a report. Instabug feeds into our Jira board so we can easily add bug fixes directly into our sprint based on bug reports we've received. Outside of just bugs it has also become a convenient way for users to give us feedback on our apps. Often members of other teams will download an app and play with it. They then use Instabug to give feedback on bugs, UI, and UX.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Instabug doesn't always play nicely with our apps. There are occasional conflicts that we run into when building an app that has integrated Instabug. This has been less of an issue lately, but it has caused some problems in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes as developers and designers we get so married to the product that we have a hard time recognizing when there is a problem. Instabug allows us to easily get feedback from users and our QA team. Its integration on Jira has made our workflow and bug reporting process a breeze.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's easy to use and setup. Would definitely recommend having it in any app before launching.

What do you like best about the product?
By using this tool we can easily collaborate with team members, beta testers.

It provides detailed reports based on os, devices, etc.

Submission of bugs and feedback is easy.

Shake your phone to submit feature is good.

We can chat with users and team members.

We caneasily integrate this tool with Jira, Slack, Zendesk , etc.

We can see all information with in the Dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I never faced any problem with this product.

We working on integration of this product with our mobile apps

What do you like best about the product?
Automation of workflow by creating rules to assign issues, auto reply to issues, forward issues to github,jira etc.
Third party integration with Github, bitbucket, slack, zen desk which we use extensively and many more.

What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any complaints in my short experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Instabug provides the most useful information for troubleshooting a crash. by shaking the device, Instabug takes a screenshot that can be annotated by a user. That screenshot gets submitted along with other diagnostic information
What do you dislike about the product?
its crash logs could use some work, need more accuracy in the logs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When the screenshot gets submitted along with other diagnostic information, it is automatically attached to the feedback

Instabug provides metadata that helps support debugging, including the specific steps other users have taken in the app.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the instant time you can report or track any mobile app bugs, this site is a potential for the program developers. You can track and report in very fast time, the site graphic is easy and basic, the domain is high quality and the band is so much. No lag with the domain, best band.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like so much the support, they take too many times to answer to some questions, Instabug need to improve that things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can track and report the bugs instantly and easily in a few seconds, this is the best thing of this site.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a program developer and you need to track or report some bugs this is the site that you can use, instantly you can report and track.

What do you like best about the product?
Instabug SDK which very easy to ingrate
Shake-for-feedback feature is simple to use
Dashboard is excellent which showcase overall information, reports and clean UI. I really loved it.

Nothing so far but we should aware that it's in beat stage

What do you like best about the product?
Really good application for bug reporting, need a more and more big enough community now !

Need a bigger community, in the way to have a bigger impact when we saw a bug and to report it

What do you like best about the product?
Not having to interrupt users’ experience and force quit your app to talk to communicate with you by email, for example. I like the in-app error resolving capacity very much. I really like the shake/draw tools as it makes this process so much less daunting for users & developers alike.
What do you dislike about the product?
It appears as though the app still does not support Xamarin. In an effort to get an ETA on this support a message was sent via social media tools(FB) and no response....would love to see an active social media that you could really utilize for Q & A.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With beta testing of new applications we needed a real time, easy way to de-bug to keep the best version of a new app in rotation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great software to try in developing new applications or improving on existing apps in beta testing. Very easy to learn & use...I will definitely use again over other options.
