Excellent tool for customer feedback management
What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to report an issue. Requires less than 10 seconds for customer plus for admins is easier to see all the data required to triage an issue reported.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very strict on the capabilities. Would like to see other capabilities for customer engagement and retention.

Great bug tracker for mobile teams!
What do you like best about the product?
It's super fast to get up and running with Instabug, and the dashboard gives you quick access to the details you are looking for. The integrations are a great productivity tool as well, allowing you to automatically turn bug reports into tickets in your favorite project management software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support for flutter is lacking a little bit behind the other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instabug allows my team to quickly identify issues in our Android and iOS apps and gives us all the data we need to quickly take action on those issues and get them resolved.

Also, sharing surveys and requesting the user to rate the app on the store helps a lot.

What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations in adding more team members or the apps, and sometimes the report screens are delayed even if we have received the reported bug.
Chatting with the users over the bug report needs to be more convenient and integrated with Slack for examble.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep up monitoring our release health and crash rate, and if there is any new crash introduced in last release, it helps in filtering the crash per first seen, in addition to enabling the app users to report video records for complex issues.

nothing specific, but mainly we have been using it for like 1.5 years with no a single change in UI or dashboard

That different people can share their experience easily, which can lead to really different opinions and perspectives so you can find problems in different areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of much, but if i had to choose, I'd say that sometimes we are not receiving a screenshot, so maybe a fix to this issue would be great, else than that it looks great

Once the SDK is integrated, the product features are immediately available. They provide tremendous value for optimizing performance issues as well as communicating with users and collecting feedback and reviews.

Like any other SDK, there can be some issues that crop up as you update your app. They are few and far between, but the integration is not a one-and-done deal.

A better understanding of app performance issues and bug reporting from users. The ability to measure users' sentiment about our app before asking them to rate or review.

sorting incoming bugs can be better. we use tags but it can be better with some grouping of bugs. maybe like by week/month

interacting with user issues. We use instabug to allow our users to offer suggestions and ask us for help.

There are incredibly few features on the paid base tier. Anything of value requires paying substantially more.

Getting feedback from our users is a problem, and Instabug helps solve that easily.
