Instabug provides us great service in terms of getting end user feedback and also for internal tests
What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration and decent UX for end users to report issues in our mobile app or sending feature requests. Quick customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Survey support is a bit underdeveloped - we're using other surveys tools because of that which is a pity and decreases value of Instabug for us. It's also a bit expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting end-user feedback (this eliminates negative App/Play Store reviews to some extent), easy issue reporting from our QA team. We also use surveys to some extent, but lacking possibility to integrate it with our analytics and necessity to request answers along with user IDs to be able to connect the dots with analytics is currently a blocker for us.

It's a really good tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the bugs and crashes come in quickly and with enough data that we can troubleshoot them rapidly
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX is missing some features that I would have expected to be there. Since we have an integration with JIRA set up, we can do those queries in JIRA
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing users as well as internal team members to submit bugs with screenshots, videos, logs, etc. And crashes. This reduces our troubleshooting time significantly

Through Instabug, the user can easily define the issue. The user doesn't talk alot and just share a photo or a video of the issue.

We've noticed some of the bugs the users sending us were not arrived to us.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the basic SDK integration is easy and super fast, it took longer to set up all the features we wanted to use, such as custom URL patterns, Repro steps etc.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
InstaBug gives a one-stop-shop for all app-related metrics, as well as features to trace crashes, steps followed by the user leading up to a crash, easy feedback and screen recordings. All these features are available in 2-3 different products in the market, but not all-in-one.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the amount of data you can capture on how the users operate your software, the traceability you can get in that usage, and how much you can customize the tool to capture what is actually relevant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much of a downside, but it is one more library to worry about updating and compatibility. Not a big issue, but something to keep on your radar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The network logs were especially useful in our project and helped us fine-tune the application. Also, capturing the step-by-step user interactions are a great way to shine a light on the bugs without needing to get in touch with the users every time.

What do you like best about the product?
The GUI is great, uncluttered, and easy to understand. It also provides helpful color coding and tagging that allows you to prioritize which customers you should respond to first.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of much that I dislike about this product. It was easy to communicate with customers and work through huge inboxes in a short amount of time. Maybe add a progress bar until an empty inbox?

The big issue was getting feedback at all. Because instabug is so easy, though, customers started to enjoy giving feedback on our langauge app more frequently whcih led to important changes that increased app use.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive dashboard, great support team. Easy Integration, especially with Swift Package Manager. Instabug engineering team always keep SDK up to date with the latest XCode, OS etc. Can upload dysms via dashboard. Friendly and professional support team is extremely responsive - always get attention within 5 mins in support chat and get any issues and inquires solved under 24 hours, sometimes within the hour! They make the customer feel special!
What do you dislike about the product?
No way to remove obsoleted multiple dsyms at once
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prompt crash reporting and quickly drill down to find root causes of crashes. Able to provide useful custom logs. Network call loggings are helpful.

Please do not hesitate to ask their support team any questions or if you need help even during evaluation. You get the same 1st call treatment before and after you become a customer

Simple to use, great functions for conducting surveys and obtaining reviews. Really quick and easy to communicate with users that are experiencing issues.

Price could be cheaper (but not too bad)!

Ability to communicate with users, app rating remains strong as a result of Instabug.
