What do you like best about the product?
Overall the platform helps a lot when it comes to taking bug reports.
And the support team is great and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had one issue with your support team, I have crashes happening with the library and the way it was handled wasn't good.
We had multiple complaints from customers, clear stack traces, and nothing was really done to improve this.
I was suggested to update the dependency, which I did, but was still occurring after even if I was told that it was fixed.
Usually, I'm super happy, but this time I was really disappointed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a connected bike, getting bug reports are essential for us. They give us logs about the session and how the user was using the app.
One big limitation is the fact that we have a small limit of logs per reports in my opinion. Therefore asking us to make decisions when it comes to log things

What do you like best about the product?
An easy interface for users to get in touch without our team.
A way for our team to be aware of issues affecting our users and turn them into happy users and ambassadors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a bit complicated.
Not easy to follow up or find discussions with users we had a discussion in the past.

Being able to do support on mobile is missing. I would love to have a mobile app to easily answer customer feedback when I'm not in form of my desk. Already tested their beta on Tetflight, but unfortunately, I don't have access to it anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Identifying bugs
- Discussing with users
- knowing my customes
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it's a must-have to integrate quickly a solution to: get in touch with your users and get feedback from them.

What do you like best about the product?
The APM monitoring and the crash reporting that included Network logs
What do you dislike about the product?
The system has still a lot of bugs and the company should work on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can monitor our network api calls see the crashes and there is way to reproduce

Make sure you fix all the bugs and the cx should give faster solutions

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for users to easily submit feedback, with gestures.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say tracking errors / issues not quite as robust as a more full-featured tool like Sentry (which we use in conjunction with Instabug).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting user feedback that translates directly into Trello tickets has been the biggest task item.

What do you like best about the product?
It gets the job done - customers can report bugs and you can answer them. The reporting is decent, and runs are easy enough to setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a buggy mess. If you send a mass/bulk email, prepare yourself for a minor headache afterwards. You pretty much need to refresh the browser to return to normal answering tickets after a bulk.

Everything feels so. freaking. slow. and. clunky. Just clicking from ticket to ticket is an exercise in patience, and sometimes the filters you've applied to the ticket list will randomly disengage. So not only will you lose your place, but you have to take the time to apply the filters again. Which, like everything else, seemingly takes years.

Speaking of filters, applying them is extremely cumbersome and confusing, and doesn't always catch everything.

Need to export data? Prepared to wait. And wait. And wait. And wait for the spreadsheet to be emailed to you if you're gathering even something SOMEwhat complex in nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Answering customers who report bugs on our mobile software. Gathering bugs to improve said software.

A bit confusing positioning and geeky UI. Pricing is on the high-end side

Bug and crash reporting are so much reliable. In-app surveys is amongst the best in the market.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty much nothing but yes pricing part. Little expensive.
$149 per month for basic usage seems too high to me.
For little extra features, in pro version, you end up paying $250.
Such expensive plans are only recommended for apps which are earning enough.
For free apps, I don't recommend using InstaBug.

What do you like best about the product?
The screenshots, stacktrace, and device specific information for all crashes is super useful. The bug reporting tools for end users is great!

I wish there were integrations, like with Jira for example.

What do you like best about the product?
We use the crash reporting tool a fair amount as it gives really insightful information that helps resolve issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
In all honesty, there really aren't many issues with Instabug at all. We've found it a great addition to our platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use Instabug for crash reporting and it does a fantastic job and gives us a lot of insight into how our customers are using the apps. It's then a whole lot easier to pin point issues and attack the problem.
