What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use (clean web interface, easy to manuever around, good UX) as well as the Slack integration make Instabug enjoyable to use
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to put in log statements that show up in the event of a crash make crashes hard to diagnose
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The direct client to developer system in place for reporting bugs help us be more attuned to what the clients are frustrated with or would like to see more of
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it mainly for the bug reporting and client facing features, bug tracking can be done on a different framework

What do you like best about the product?
Easily integrates with our mobile product and handles all problem reporting and feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had to use enterprise version to submit to their API (e.g. integrating Web into their bug reporting, etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users report bugs or give feedback. We then triage and route to cards for development.

What do you like best about the product?
We initially started using Instabug as a bug tracking platform for our beta but customers found it so easy to use we now also use it for in-app support. Really love how easy the system is for everyone to use and how responsive and helpful the folks are at Instabug.

The team has continued to improve the product substantially since we first jumped on board and really expanded upon the customer outreach, surveys, NPS, and all of that. All in all this has been in invaluable tool for the design and research side!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard for me to really complain about the product. My prior comments here about what I'd love to see have all been addressed and added in with updates over the years.

If there's one thing I wish I could have it'd be a native app instead of browser based :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially we simply needed an easy to implement tool for bug tracking for the dev team. As we used the tool we learned how great it was for handling in app chat and customer service. Our customers seem very comfortable using the tool and they can easily share screenshots, videos, and general app stats. This makes giving our customers the help they need substantially easier than when customers reach out via email.

A Integral Tool for App Development

What do you like best about the product?
Bug reporting and in app chats are integral to having conversations with our customers and help drive forward the quality of the app. Crash logs are great but not every costumer pain point is a crash. Logging helps to identify hard to reproduce bugs by allowing us to set custom logs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Instabug, if there is a feature you don't use the SDK is very modular and you most likely can turn it off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving all sorts of problems from basic crashes our customers are facing to using custom logging to identify hard to reproduce edge cases. We use surveys to help drive ratings, and announcements to engage with our user and let them know of updates. We are also working on Feature request integration to allow our users to suggest and vote on feature they would like to see added.

An absolute must for mobile

What do you like best about the product?
Instabug does a phenomenal job at allowing product managers to sift through feedback in a phenomenally targeted way. I can easily setup sorting and search criteria as well as user selected categories to see the impact of a diverse range different release issues. Bug search and sorting is by far one of the most useful tools of gauging and prioritizing problems to solve for my mobile user-base.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently we don't have a way to measure the polarity of feedback right off the bat. It would be amazing to have some level of text/verbatim analysis to understand which feedback scenarios are positive vs negative and which ones are loud vs passive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Instabug daily to have gauge the success of my most recent releases - the more bugs after a release that are the same issue - the easier it is to rollout fixes urgently. I also use it to prioritize production fixes before every sprint cycle - using the feedback search/filtering and category implementation. I've realized by doing so we are much more focused in solving the right problems at the right times. We also use the zendesk integration to immediately log member care call center tickets when feedback is submitted.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely create integrations to complaint management software if you can - it saves on manually having to sift through each ticket as it comes. The SDK is pretty friendly but make sure you budget time for implementation. Setting up category pools for users to select before they offer feedback is an absolute must - it helps understanding ten fold by having it pre-sorted.

What do you like best about the product?
Instabug is quite simply the best in-app feedback and bug tracking tool available on the market. We would not be in business right now without Instabug due to fickle nature of our customers. Since adopting Instabug, we've increased our app rating to 4.5 stars and headed off potential catastrophes by detecting and resolving major issues quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation should be updated more frequently. However, I can honestly say that it's always improving. The product team is very proactive about customer feedback and make changes in hours, not days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instabug enables us to be very proactive in resolving customer feedback and detect crashes for troubleshooting. Users want their issues fixed like yesterday. The customer identification and device contexts included in the reports are our favorite features. It enables us to hone in on specific device classes and customer data to resolve reported issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not consider launching an app today without Instabug. We use it internally for alpha and beta testing. And externally for customer feedback, feature requests, app ratings, and crash reporting. There's nothing like being able to chat directly with your customers when they are having issues. You'll have peace of mind and sleep very well at night.

What do you like best about the product?
We have a wonderful experience with Instabug, it has been really helpful for us to detect bugs and improve user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Sometimes Uploading DSyms does nothing and we have to keep trying to reupload it
- The new pricing is a little bit high for startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Detecting bugs that occurs to our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Crash Reporting tool and the live chat tool where I can talk to any customer at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't have mobile app to chat with the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Responding to customers as soon as they have a problem. Identifying issues with the mobile app. Finding out issues and categorizing the crashes. The benefits I have realized is the customer satisfaction and a way to get feedback on the app.

Amazing product if you're launching your first beta

What do you like best about the product?
Instabug is really easy to integrate and offers a very useful set of basic features to get you started building and evaluating your beta app. We used it mainly for bug/crash reporting and feedback collection in our beta app and it worked amazingly well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just wish the next tier price after free was a bit more affordable to early-stage startups as I find it a bit expensive especially if you're paying monthly vs yearly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a very easy and quick way to collect user feedback and report bugs when we launched our beta app, and Instabug was the perfect candidate as it was a breeze to integrate into our app.
