Quick integration of Instabug has saved us a ton of time

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to funnel bugs and feature requests into Jira has sped up our development cycle quite a bit. Integration with our mobile app was surprisingly easy and we started saving time on QA testing the next day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. I've had a great experience so far working on configuration with the Instabug team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has used Instabug to report bugs in our app. The ability to screen record, markup the screenshot, and add details to the ticket has saved us a ton of time. Previously we would take a screen recording on our phone and attach that video to a Jira ticket that we would manually create. Now, we report bugs in the app which automatically sends the ticket into Jira and get's assigned to our Product Owner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely take Instabug up on their offer to help with configuration. There are a lot of features that may seem complex at first but it is definitely worth investing time into setting things up correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is so easy to write down an idea or problem when I am in the app. Not only are all my thoughts recorded but they are funneled into my product management tool instantly so I don't have to deal with organizing a laundry list of thoughts later.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit pricy for startups but well worth it. I also wish I could remove the 'report a bug' and 'suggest an improvement' and make more specific customizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of a slow product management process. We have realized this tool makes it much easier to prioritize issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to spend the time con figuring it to your needs to get the most out of the experience.

What do you like best about the product?
centralisation of all the bugs in one single platform, be able to assign bugs easily to developers, set priorities and status.
What do you dislike about the product?
lots of things going on in front of your eyes but UI getting better. too bad you remove web bug tracking

monitor bugs, dispatch it to proper devevloper

What do you like best about the product?
The SDK itself is great and does everything you need or want it to achieve with your projects, though it's the support response that stands out the most.
Any support question has always been responded to quickly and from a member of the development team. Their willingness to help is sincere and it shows
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly it gets more difficult to answer this question as the SDK evolves. I used to hate the web interface when there was scroll view within scroll view as it was tricky to navigate.... but no more. with each update it gets better. Cheers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
our customers use it as an easy way to feedback issues they have with our app, plus we receive crash report notifications so we can keep our own customers happy.
The Instabug feature is a professional addition to our project and we know our clients appreciate it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Tops the rest, by quite a bit. Other crash capturing SDKs are great, but Instabug combines this with an excellent interface for your app users to provide feedback, screenshots, videos etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Reports include a screenshot and a log of events leading up to that particular user state.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeping the library updated is time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Instabug for user bug reports and feedback. It's a great way to diagnose problems from live users.

I do not know if it exists, but a native app will be helpful.

-Ability to solve out multiple tickets at once
-Filtering Capability

- Sensitivity when completing a ticket, I often write a paragraph then the draft window unexpectedly closes
-Better/faster filtering capability would be beneficial

-Centralizing support/bug tickets

What do you like best about the product?
The service!
They provide one of the best services I've ever experienced as a tech client of a third party company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inaccuracy of the data provided in the webpage and reality.
When we added Instabug to the app we are working on, the app was way heavier than what Instabug said it would be.

What do you like best about the product?
Best support. All questions at least acknowledged within 30 mins or less, 7 days a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like a little more customization (such as colors) to fit in more with my app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use it for crash reports mainly. The other stuff (such as Surveys) as just icing on the cake.

Free trial, very friendly support team 🙂
In-App surveys work good. But we haven't use other services yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very flexible targeting system in In-App surveys.

In-App Surveys help us to get ideas from our users and validate them.
