Excellent Partners
What do you like best about the product?
Redox's flexibility and ability to deliver esoteric implementations
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have much dislike for redox, in an ideal world I would speed up implementations on the hospital side, however, that may be an impossible goal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Redox integrations for the win, I have so much less to worry about with customer integrations

Being already piped into to so many hospital EHRs, it really makes adding new sites much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
When i spoke with you guys the communication was great and you were able to answer all of my questions and concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a time when our email communication fell through. It was too long in between responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have time to do our own EHR integration. You guys fill that gap for us.

we are gathering and aggregating diabetes-related info and dumping that info in the medical record

What do you like best about the product?
The service as it used to function was very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since App Orchard, Redox hasn't had a plan for CCD integrations. It left us in the lurch with partners wanting to use CCD messages. Redox then came with the HISP solution, but were very misleading on their knowledge and comfort with implementing it. After months of being assured it's simple to launch, we've been on some very embarrassing partner-facing calls with Redox where they've openly admitted to being uncertain and unprepared. We're not a huge customer, but the level of service has utterly tanked in 2019.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're honestly not solving anything with Redox at this point since they've admitted they don't have a CCD solution.

What do you like best about the product?
response time with cases and concerned personnel easy to reach on phone or email

having to chase down an invoice ea. mo. that should be mailed to us. Getting changes made to billing methods, still not done. poor accounting followup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving need to interface customer's EHR with our product. Benefit is development costs
Easy to plug and play, and with a great support staff!
What do you like best about the product?
I like just having a single REST interface to be able to access healthcare information across a variety of EHRs. I'm just glad as an engineer that I don't need to deal with the EHRs myself. I also really enjoy the support that we've received from the Redox engineers during out integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though the interface is the same, EHRs still have their quirks and don't provide the C-CDA documents in a consistent format, so every field we use still requires careful scrutinization, which is time consuming and mostly a human process that is prone to error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're trying to build the modern pharmacy, There are certain pieces of information we require from the clinic for us to process certain medications, such as figuring out whether a patient has tried a previous medication. Redox would give us access to that information without having to explicitly contact the provider and wait for them to submit that information.
Great people and good work, but lacking in depth beyond Epic and Cerner
What do you like best about the product?
They provide a white glove service especially at the premium pricing level. They spend significant time upfront understanding the problems and needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything takes longer than expected and EMR integration is certainly no different. The main problem for us was the inexperience with platforms other than Epic or Cerner. So many of the outpatient settings are on different platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
EMR integration including mobile. Makes all the difference for physician adoption and uptake.
The Redox team has been excellent to work with. Our representative has always responded quickly!

We only had to write one interface and can now interface to many systems.

We are connecting to multiple health care systems. We have an affordable integration solution that allows us to quickly connect to our customers EHR, Lab System and HIE.

Integration with key clients and making it easy on them with two way data flow

They are a good start up partner and get you up and running quickly
Ability to take our integrations to the next level and expedite from contract to end user live.
What do you like best about the product?
Their ability to conform to the needs of the multitudes, of health systems, provider offices and EMRs. Ability to translate information to both technical and non-technical contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt much to dislike. If I could say anything more visibility on the back end filters/configs for interfaces via dashboard would be cool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the issue of working with multiple vendors and configuring to their specs. Redox does that for us and conform to the needs of our individual projects. They have also assisted in the development of multiple APIs which have opened many opportunities that were previously difficult to close.
