A tool that simplifies documentation and management so that we can focus on solutions

What do you like best about the product?
Incident.io is very easy and intuitive to use, which greatly reduces communication time between teams, developers and external customers during an incident.

With simple training or documentation, it is possible for anyone to manage their incidents, escalate processes internally, manage documents and manage tasks that can be followed by everyone in the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a point about Incident.io that I don't like. incident.io greatly simplifies incident management at my company.

Management, documentation, communication and escalation of incidents

What do you like best about the product?
The slack integration makes it so easy to manage the incident, it’s a breeze to have it and not having to worry about forgetting some step, there are tons of ways to customize the decisions and automate communication. It’s a should have for companies worried about sustaining a good response time when it’s needed, managing incidents should be about the issue in hand and not about remembering the steps in between.
What do you dislike about the product?
On "Insights," it would be great to have more information for correlated issues.
A better timeline, especially when the problem is only noticed later on. The ability to add correlations like the epic where the problem was introduced and moments where we could have caught it before it escalated into an incident.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Atumates the process so I do not have to worry about forgetting something

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that incident.io is slack-centric, everyone can collaborate. The slackbot helps us with all of the incident management functions we need. Its functions help us to have clarity on who is doing what to drive incidents forward. Also, the reminders help us guide incidents forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to integrate incident.io with tools like Jira to publish the progress of an incident connecting the follow-up actions to our ticket boards. It would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
incident.io solves problems such as automatically opening incidents through alerts, managing information, postmortem issues, metrics, and all other necessary information about incidents, centralized in a single place, no matter how much you use different tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use and fast feature releases with excellent support that helps us almost immediately when we have a problem. I always thought that Incident Management is a hard thing to do. Incident.io change my opinion 🚀
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve. As a relatively new user of Incident.io, I find the platform a little bit challenging, are a lot of things to learn but not just with the tool about concepts too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incident creation, automation, management and communication, with Incident.io, I can deal with all parts of Incident Management more humanly and not have the pain to management things from scratch.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way we can integrate Incident.io with Slack. We can create actions and follow-ups and generate Github issues or Jira cards linking everything.

As we use Incident.io we can take insights into what part we can focus on improving the incident process.

I really recommend it.

I don´t have anything now to "dislike", it's a really awesome tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can take insights and how to improve our incident process and how to prevent future ones.

It helps us by giving visibility about all the things that happened in the incidents.

What do you like best about the product?
incident.io allows us to focus on resolving the incident and helps everyone to be on the same page. Being integrated with Slack makes it easy, quick and comfortable for everyone to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
The status page should allow us to share the URL in different languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to keep everyone on the same page and to update incident status a lot faster!

Incident.io helps build a positive incident culture

What do you like best about the product?
Incident.io helps promore a positive incident management culture! As an organisation, now that we have become more accustomed to using it for incident management, its hard to think about how we used to manage without it!
It helps promote a blameless incident culture by promoting clearly defined roles and helping show that dealing with an incident is a collective responsibility. We have also started using it to conduct game days, so that we can better prepare for a catastrophic scenario.
The incident dashboard is probably my favourite feature of the tool. It helps provide a good overview and a sense of direction to an otherwise chaotic process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say some improvements around managing follow up actions to incidents would be quite useful. In my experience, developers don't tend to pay much attention to the action items from post mortems once things tend to calm down following an incident. So a feature which schedules regular follow ups will be super useful :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incident.io is helping us streamline the disaster management process and ensuring that everyone in the company has a good visibility on ongoing incidents and can learn from it
