  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Clean user experience. Focus on integrations (slack, notion, pagerduty, datadog is coming soon). A great product team that listens to customers and adjusts their roadmap to meet customers where they're at. Finally, the customer success team has been very responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
More customizable insights around incident management and an ability to drill down for incidents would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Incident Management workflow automation
- Incident insights & trends

Excellent Product

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The product is easy to use, provides good communication and keeps the entire trajectory organized with the integrations that the product offers. So, incident.io is a great tool to improve the incident identification process. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to keep incidents well communicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have practically nothing to complain about the product, but what I don't like about incident.io is that the notification options are limited. But even so, the existing notifications are very useful to keep the whole team informed about the incident and the progress of its resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incident.io is mainly solving the issue of incident reporting and incident resolution reporting. And it even allows integration with our slack, further improving our real-time communication.

Awesome product and superb support

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about incident.io is its intuitive and user-friendly interface and slack commands. Incident.io makes it super easy to manage incidents and keep all team members informed in real-time. The ability to assign tasks, set priorities, and track progress helps our team stay organized and on top of any issues that arise. Overall, incident.io has been a valuable tool in improving our incident response process and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a streamlined solution.

I've been using incident.io since its early days, and I've been an early adopter. I've watched the solution evolve at an astonishing pace. I believe the tool has enormous potential, and the support team is incredible. What I like best about incident.io's support and team is that they often detect issues before we even open a ticket. :rocket:
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about incident.io is the limited customization options for notifications. While the notifications are helpful in keeping the team informed, I would like to have more control over the frequency and types of notifications I receive. Additionally, currently, they don't offer an internal status page. These limitations, however, are minor compared to the overall value that incident.io provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incident.io is solving the problem of effective and efficient incident management and communication. With its Slackbot integration, the tool allows teams to quickly respond to incidents and keep all team members informed in real-time. This eliminates the need for manual updates and reduces the risk of miscommunication.

The experience is very smooth for such a chaotic moment. The app helps us to follow the process and give tips and reminders in crucial moments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The api is evolving, we have some tasks to extract data and to more complex reports, but it is a working in progress
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The whole incident process is complex and having this app to guide our time is essential

Great tool

What do you like best about the product?
Incident.io helps my teams focus on the problem itself instead of the tools. It is a really game-changing product during and after the incidents. Before incident.io we were always struggling to collect important information about the incidents.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I said the tool is great, but it could have some improvements on reports and post-mortems documents generator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incident.io help us follow a lean process during an incident by automatizing many tasks and collecting information at the right time. I can say we now spend less time managing the boring details and focus more on the problem we have to solve.

I really like Incident.io

What do you like best about the product?
I didn't know about incident.io until I've had the opportunity to learn from him at the current company I'm working for. I really like its integration with Slack, quickly and visually alerting us to an issue. The possibility of customization and the alerts about actions to be completed and executed is very guiding. It helps a lot on focusing the understanding and emergency solution of the problem, giving us the condition to do a post-mortem associated with the incident later. If I had used this tool in other places I worked, it could have helped me in several situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a complaint about incident.io
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly alerting me to incidents and allowing us to organize ourselves as an organization to deal with issues properly.

Easy to use on slack

  • February 09, 2023
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to integrate with slack, and its use is also very intuitive there. I like how it allows you to keep track of an incident using a tool you already use for most of your time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations aren't as mature as they could, so there are still some manual steps. I.e., when you have to export follow-ups to linear. It's not such a significant issue; it would be nice if it improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting and mostly follow-up of incidents in my company.
