Great Noc Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Jira, Teams, Slack and Solarwinds. Correlating large amounts of data into smaller incidents saves time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be a little more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large amount of emails and alerts from many monitoring tools, Big Panda helps us with minimizing that volume and correlating some of those alerts into determining what's legitimate and what's noise.

What do you like best about the product?
BigPanda training for me was easy and the learning curve was very short and easy implementation process wothout technical assistant.

BigPanda resource and incident management tools are powerful and data import and data export across other third-party platforms is very simple.

Construction employees data management and the the easy reports creation and distribution through BigPanda features is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Great project data management tool and very easy to learn its functionalities and on my side there was nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Excellent construction project workflow management, effective risk management and very reliable incident management package.

What do you like best about the product?
Different t categories and filters that can be applied. I like the snooze and handled category. The unified search is great! Timeline function is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot snooze less than 30min. Sometimes does not recognize recovery. It would be nice to have a button to alert team to take a look at a specific alert

Integration of all email alerts. So we can monitor better

The UI is very intuitive, and if you're coming from Outlook you'll see things are very familiar

Integration OOTB can be better. Several integrations needed custom work to properly work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bigpanda helps make sense of thousands of alerts into tens of incidents. Dramatically cut down on the investigation phase of a critical alert

What do you like best about the product?
The alert correlation function assists in combining similar warnings. Using an open integration hub, event management, and enrichment engine, it can store and act on information to increase profitability.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard element of the tool could be improved, and it should contain a capability for querying the data. This wouldn't be the case if asset records weren't updated and the Operations had to allocate the alerts to support groups manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The correlations can be improved. We found no significant value. However, I was more interested in event analysis and event correlation. It is still good at the same event duplication, event processing, and ticket production.

What do you like best about the product?
Bigpanda is easily configurable and accessible with all its components.
The unified analytics allows us to customize the dashboard as to our needs
The UI is really simple hence easy to understand even by non users.
The instructions are also straight forward when setting up.
The diagnostic tools that will help monitor and analyze data in our systems to identify issues or anomalies then escalate them.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't had any major issues with Bigpanda as it does what we want it to exactly and I'm sure it will even be better as we continue to use it.
The support team can be quicker in their response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BigPanda monitors and analyses our data improving efficiency , we are able to gain insight with the real time analytics and solve problems.Creates tracking alert for tickets issuing for issues so as to improve the resolving timelines.
