It is an excellent system to correlate events and organise our time
What do you like best about the product?
I like this tool; it is beneficial to make positive decisions and organise time in a much easier way for projects and automatically correlate and get a personalised view.

It is a perfect tool where there is no problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us in incident management, eliminates different ticket processes, controls alterations and significantly improves our productivity.
Stable software that enables reliable and trouble-free operation
What do you like best about the product?
I like the documentation and support resource because it's easy to learn, useful for network administration and troubleshooting, and your system is complete and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks some features like a comprehensive search function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analysis of amounts of data improves efficiency in operations and makes more accurate decisions facilitating the analysis and improvement of performance in the process.
BigPanda has been an amazing journey.
What do you like best about the product?
Easily find alerting, Updates with new alerts are quick. The short headings are concise and for quick reading of what the incident/alert is for.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far it's just a learning curve from the outdated alerting with no AI, and having to figure out what each one is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BigPanda is helping to identify the issues faster, and gaining quicker resolution times in our outages.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been waiting for an event correlation platform for years and it's here.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing for cloud microservices is confusing, and unclear at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a sales perspective, it gives us a "modern operations platform" story to tell.
Very powerful and useful log monitoring tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the aggregation of logs across multiple environments and that the cloud archives make it easy to access to monitor environments in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
BigPanda is excellent and its features are impressive and there are no problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to solve our problems with different data and we save a lot of time with this tool.
Excellent application for analysis and monitoring easy to implement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility and wide range of plugins and it has good integration options with other tools. I like the alert system that alerts us in real-time and works quickly and smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't like about BigPanda everything is fine. The only drawback would be the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is used for analytics and reporting with the microservices and all the logs are collected in one place and the search system helps us a lot.
BigPanda very good tool for event monitoring and correlation

I like this tool because it brings together shipment management and monitoring in one place and can automatically analyze and find issues, plus the metrics are customizable and all of its features are easy to use.

Everything works great with BigPanda and there are no problems.

This platform works great for correlating alerts, reducing ticket volume and creating alerts on different issues is great.
Monitoring tool with many useful features
What do you like best about the product?
I like this tool; it is well built to create incidents and monitor them well organised; I liked the administration and all the alerts on the device.

I can say with great confidence that everything is great with this tool.

It is excellent for incidents and helps us monitor and maintain all servers in good condition; incident automation is a benefit.
Incident creation tool that was easily implemented
What do you like best about the product?
It is a good tool for monitoring the creation of incidents. I like the alerts; they are good and will help us with different tools.

Nothing everything is good with BigPanda. I only expect interface improvements.

We use this tool primarily to create and group multiple alerts and track and analyse server issues.
Tool with capacity to customize the table and great performance
What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration with messaging areas, customisable dashboard, good monitoring performance and monitoring capabilities and rich features, but best of all, easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if it could be integrated with many more tools.

Gap management with application monitoring and performance measurement alert also work very well.
