Good platform to monitor and analyze applications in real time

What do you like best about the product?
I like that at the beginning; you can request a demo that is complete because it offers a variety of metrics and good visualisations and helps us understand the data, and it is also easy to access all the features
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be a bit confusing, and I see a lot of features in a single tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a cost-effective solution that helps us improve operations. It provides ongoing access for teams to gain the insights they need from data and solve critical problems with real-time analytics.

A very good and simple platform to organise our work and monitor

What do you like best about the product?
I like this product, it's excellent at all times to organise, manage and escalate and we can easily filter tickets and search for issues. I also liked the critical alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can be a problem in finding what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us simplify monitoring, manage data, is used for analysis task management and incident management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it uses machine learning and can quickly spot problems in the IT environment; its free demo is also great where I can test the platform before committing. Bigpanda has a support team to help us with anything and is also great at consolidating monitoring data in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no problem at all with this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us all the time in the inbox and reduces tickets. Also, we can analyze data, monitor, and create incidents, and users can track them easily.

Great AIOPs Platform for correlation, enrichment, and ticketing

What do you like best about the product?
The coss monitoring source event correlation helps our organization cut down on the volume of tickets coming into ServiceNow. Additionally the new enrichment process that allows for granular tracking of how fields are enriched.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that our organization has been asking for and Big Panda is working to deliver is customized dashboards. Currently, the dashboards are created by BigPanda support. I know they are working on a revamp of data visualization, so this will be addressed soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem BigPanda is helping us solve is decreasing the volume of tickets. Additionally, our data science team is able to crunch the data coming out of BigPanda to deliver predictive analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
BigPanda is platform and tool-agnostic; it's easy to integrate a huge variety of monitoring tools (including custom ones) with BigPanda. The flexibility within the tool to parse alerts and enrich them with additional data is extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is very little to dislike. The mobile experience as of August 2022 could use some work, but I know improvements to that are on the roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BigPanda solves the problem of alerting from multiple tools arriving in inconsistent formats, as well as reducing inbox flooding by correlating alerts from different tools together into a single incident. It also eliminates a lot of manual labor (such as ticket creation) during outages so more time can be spent solving the issue,

What do you like best about the product?
The BP team was very insightful and I like the way they organized the meeting. The free drinks were a great way to give the meeting an extra level to help bridge the gap of not having everyone in a room together. The cool thing about the meeting was that after the presentation was done some of the attendees stayed over and talked through some of their personal experiences which gave more insight about how BP is being used in different places.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the meetings could have a section for the attendees to have a good Q&A for their use cases at the end. I think it was really valuable hearing from them plus the guest speakers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing the user to choose better analytics/building their custom views allows better data to be pulled out of the application to generate KPIs in different angles for stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
The alert correlation assists our support teams to be able to quickly and easily identify the root cause, allowing them to reduce the overall time to resolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like all software, it's not devoid of its issues or bugs. Not to say they have more than any other software out there, but they do have the occasional bug that is run into, and can be a temporary frustration while it gets resolved. (In which BigPanda does work to resolve in a timely fashion)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BigPanda allows us to correlate events from multiple monitoring systems. This then bridges into a single actionable ticket for our support teams to be able to investigate and work to resolution.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the polls that were used to gauge how we used monitoring tools and allowed us to provide direct feedback
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the presentations were great but oftentimes, other data that wasn't being shared on camera was being discussed, so it got difficult to follow along
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BigPanda allows us to quickly and easily monitor alerts from a number of different tools so that we can quickly identify end-user problems and address them

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to send all of our alerts to BigPanda in order to perform event correlation before any initial triage is performed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Waiting for unified analytics, but it will be launching soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall event correlation helps save time when seconds count.
