Super simple to use and slick UI for the dashboard.
What do you like best about the product?
Mobile updates for my spending and clean interface for expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing Ive noticed is that I can only upload 1 receipt image on mobile, but on laptop I can upload more than one image, which is needed in some cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preventing me from having to use spreadsheets to do my expenses for work.
Easy to use - wish they had a personal card!
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, easy, and intuitive UI design. Easy to use on both laptop and mobile. AI / automated features save time
What do you dislike about the product?
No personal credit card or accounts - that's about it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me time!! Other systems like Coupa are awful to deal with... old UIs and clunky. Auto-generated receipts
Makes company budgets and payments incredibly simple
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of being able to pay right with the Brex card and just scan purchase receipts immediately in the app and be done with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
When booking trips through Brex, I find it cumbersome that the travel information is not easily accessible outside the Brex app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer need to organize my spending with receipts in spreadsheets, or wait for transactions to update before I can log receipts. The real-time payments in the app let me finish admin tasks immediately in the moment.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is easy to work. It also has a lot of tabs and help functions to guide you. They have also provided very good training to our accountant because she is easily able to answer questions and add functions to make the application better
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could upload a photo from the notification rather than just entering the app. More of responding to a message function. This isn't a dislike more of a way to make the app improved.

Brex solves the chaos around spend management, especially for fast-moving teams. It gives us real-time visibility into company spend, automates expense tracking, and eliminates the need for clunky reimbursements. The ability to issue virtual cards instantly—tied to specific vendors or budgets—means we have tighter control and zero surprises at the end of the month. Integrations with accounting tools like QuickBooks also cut down finance ops time dramatically. It’s helped us move faster, stay compliant, and spend smarter—all without adding headcount.

Brex card is a great solution when placing small order and have to paid for Cakes , supplies for the office. Easy check out . and great service.

Great plaform for expenses tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is easy to use, allows multi-users and policy customization, and its dedicated support is very quick and thoughtful. We use it daily and it's great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are more features to the credit card expenses than the bill pay, but it's not a deal breaker.

Easy to use and keep track of expenses when traveling. I like the text alerts and the in app features.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly on importing receipts for expenses reports! There is a place to add nots as to what the expense was.

Brex Account Setup
What do you like best about the product?
To be honest, I was impressed by my experience with Brex. I'm setting up a corporate checking for my publishing business and the company is small at the moment. They helped me with onboarding in a smooth and quick way. They also made me feel valued even though I'm not a big time operation yet. I received a checking account number within a few days and in less than a week I had a sleek debit card with my company name. It's an amazing feeling and they helped make it so smooth. I'm a big fan so far!
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn't much that struck me as difficult. They gave me a nice dashboard to see what they still needed and quickly took care of anything I submitted. No complaints here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My Brex account will be used for company expenses and costs incurred with vendors. The app is also really clean and goes beyond normal banking apps.
