I’ve been using Brex for over five years, and I love it!
What do you like best about the product?
I currently use Brex With five different startups at varying stages of growth. At this point, I couldn't even imagine any other banking relationship. Brex has made it so easy and beneficial for all of the entities.
Over the years I've had banking relationships from the large institutions all the way to other online banks and none of them compare to what Brex offers. I am always sharing with others, the benefit benefits, and value of Brex.
I sincerely couldn't recommend any other banking platform as highly as I do Brex!

What do you dislike about the product?
With its growth has come a lot of new functionality which complicates the platform. But it's manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BREX makes it easy to spin up new cards, provision users, and earn yield on operational funds Effortlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
We used to spread out our operating expenses over 3 separate credit cards with 3 different financial institutions. Keeping track of different payment accounts and reconciliation with bank statements became a hassle, let alone managing different user groups for different credit cards. Issuing and cancelling corporate cards also became a burden when turnovers became high at one point.
With Brex, we were able to manage all our operating expenses under one card with leveraged credit line. We also were able to freely and quickly increase number of corporate card users, both phyiscally and digitally, whenever we wanted. Maintaining budgets and spend limits based on the level of responsibilities also came in handy. Connecting with our HRIS and Accounting software became quick and easy. Connecting our international entity and its bank to Brex became very handy when our international operation was not big enough to have its own systems and banking relationships.

What do you dislike about the product?
Data integration with accounting software can be a bit challenging and not being able to carry balance sometimes caused us to hit our credit limit, thus not being able to use the card until an early payment was made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage budget and corporate card spend for the employees were key. Also being able to integrate our international entity account and being able to issue corporate card to an international employee was definitely a big plus in how to manage our small international operation.
Brex is a great company credit card to use!! Easy set up, and great app interface
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about brex is how simple they make it to use. I use it anywhere I shop for work and its accepted anywhere that takes master card. All I have to do is keep the reciept, and upload it to the app, which uses your camera on your smart phone to take the pic. after that you just leave a quick memo about whatever it is that you bought and uploaded the reciept for. It even gives you suggested memos to use, so all you have to do is pretty much click once, and get back to work. I also appreciate the reibursement section of the app, just in case I end up spending my own money for whatever reason, just submit a reciept for review, and they'll get the money transfered directly to your bank account, easy peasy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides to using brex. Its easy, works the way Iwish everything in my life worked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problems of not having enough on hand to just buy whatever it is i need at the time. Whoever owns the company, sets a spending limit that is clearly visable, so you know not to go over, as long one pays attention.
Simple and Efficient - Highly Recommended
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to manage from my phone while travelling or from my laptop. The notifications help to keep me organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding pics is easy, i just want to be able to add more than one at a time. some reciepts are long, sometimes i need to include multiple pics of POs, etc. an extra 5-10 secs each, but would love to see this enhancement. THNX!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduces time spent across the baord for buisness travel; documentation, notes, copy of receipts, review of...just makes it easier.
Seamless reimbursement and credit card processing and syncing to NetSuite
What do you like best about the product?
Brex's functionalities make it very easy to review and edit approved reimbursements and credit card charges. I am able to sync the transactions to NetSuite in only a few steps, saving lots of time during our monthly close. In addition, setting up new team members or deactivating termed employees in Brex is simple and quick. Overall, I like that Brex automates recurring tasks to save valuable time for the user. In addition, Brex's UI and menus are simple and easy to navigate through.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside that I run into in using Brex is the information provided on direct syncing errors. Often times, if a termed employee is inactivated in NetSuite but has transactions that are pending syncing to NetSuite, the error that is generated in Brex upon attempting the direct sync is unclear and technical. If the issue could be defined in layman terms, it would make troubleshooting much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex allows us to create budgets for various spend buckets to ensure expense management. In addition, credit limits allow us to manage spend on our corporate cards.

Integration with the accounting software is very helpful for closing month end.

Not many downsides, when issues are encounted and discussed with support, new features are rolled out to help address concerns.

The easiest platform for company expenses!
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is instant and clearly communicated, it's very simple and slick to use, which is helpful as I use my brex very often so it makes it easier to keep on top of expense tracking. I have never had any issues with it, and the company is easy to deal with for any questions. I find it all so much easier than other finance software companies I've used before. Getting set up with my account was very simple and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Brex, it's totally efficient in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes tracking all spenditure on jobs very easy and centralised. We benefit from being able to allocate spenditure to different jobs so we can manage our budgets within productions.

What do you like best about the product?
I have appreciated how Brex sends friendly reminders to add comments or receipts to my charges on the digital or physical Brex card.

I haven't been using my Brex card very long. There is not much that I have found to dislike...

Organization and documentation in one place. User experience is relatively intuitive.

Quick and easy way to track my work expenses. I really like being able to detail what it is I am spending and efficiently communicate it to the right people in my business.

There is nothing I dislike about Brex at this time. I think for a business owner or someone in sales this is a tool that can make your life so much easier!

Allows me with the click of a few buttons to be able to track my work expenses and get my reimbursements back right away. This is a huge time saver from having to be able to fill out paperwork and wait for it to get delivered to the right person in a timely matter.
