A Good Service
What do you like best about the product?
Brex genuinely takes some of the pain of corporate spending and makes it easier. This is the first time I've used a company credit card that is geared towards functions for corporate purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that Brex could tweak to make things easier. Ex: having to change what budget it's coming out of every time. An AI function to try and help with that would be nice. For example: if the charge is coming from an airlines, it goes under the travel budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we had Brex we had to do stuff like reemburse employees, our budgeting system was also pretty time consuming. Brex helps with both and streamlined everything.

User Friendly and Easy for Bookkeepers
What do you like best about the product?
It's fairily intuitive for all credit card users, I have not heard many compaints. From an accounting perspective, the customizable fields make entering the charges by expense, department, and location very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if it directly linked to our ERP, Oracle Fusion. To my understanding, this integration is still in development on your side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Payment processing to suppliers, our bank institution does not allow debit card since we have a corporate account. Any immediate need for a part/material can easily be relieved by using Brex.
Excellent service
What do you like best about the product?
Best part is connecting it to social media apps like WhatsApp and receiving live frequent notifictions of purchases. Also does and excellent job of explaining what additional steps are needed to fulfil documentation requests on expenses based on the policy. I've had one interaction with customer support about travel and it was handled with ease and completely to my satisfaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could use a reminder for accounting documentation requirements, although they may be specific to each company and more difficult to track.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing an easy to use method of tracking and documentating expenses.

Brex is extreamly user friendly. They have great customer support. I use my Brex card more than any other and have no complaints.

No issues at the moment, everything works well.

Generous rewards on specific categories: Brex offers high points rates on categories like rideshares, flights, hotels, and restaurant dining (when booked through Brex), potentially giving high spenders valuable rewards.

Limited travel perks: Brex lacks the airport lounge access and other travel perks offered by some premium travel-focused credit cards.

Excellent product and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The mont helpful thing about Brex was it's ease of use and implementation. We swapped from SAP Concur which was a real headache for our staff. So far our experience with Brex has been much better and our employees are far happier with the experience. Having the card transactions feed automatically into Brex empower allowing employees to add receipts and memos instantly has been excellent. Customer support is very good and responsive and new features and updates are coming regularly so excited to see where the product goes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are slightly clunky and a bit slow at times. The app in particular either crashes are takes a long time to update at times. Certain features such as currency conversion are not available on the app. Also the scanning of the invoice for invoice/receipt data is not great. We have an Irish entity and autopay is not available in line with the US entities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits our organisation in a number of ways. It is easy to use and easy to administer in the main. It is effective in chasing compliance with our expense policies and gathering data which we had previously been struggling with through SAP Concur
Excellent card and payment management platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent. Clean, intuitive and easy to use interface. Love the ability to issue budgets - to individuals, assigned to companies, etc., and especially to create virtual cards that can be kept securely with individual vendors (easy to disable in case of fraud). We issue a Brex card to each new hire, which allows them to get set up and onboard quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was better integration with Xero, but it is a pretty great tool.

Employee business cards, paying vendors, etc.
Modern business credit card
What do you like best about the product?
Operating and managing our company via Brex's credit card lines has been easy and intuitive. Handling travel expenses, tracking, and integrating into our account software has been simple and a low lift.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding how to get rewards back -- I don't know if we have recognized any of the cash back or other rewards yet.

The design is very aesthetically pleasing and easy to use. Good customer support. I also use the product frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features are not designed that well and cause confusion for a multiple entity business. Ease of integration. Ease of Implementation. I mean even this review is difficult to operate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is helping us with our expense management by allowing reimbursements. While the budgeting feature could use some work, it is really helping us with managing our company credit cards and over spend.
