Brex for Start-ups
What do you like best about the product?
The Brex virtual credit card is super helpful in giving our teammates easy access to funds while still maintaining control over limits and monitoring spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a dislike but more a feature request. It would be good if we could add a more detailed description of the transaction and attach invoices, receipts, and other files before and after the approval of the fund release/payment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex allows us to transact with vendors all over the world.

Great and convenient way to admin allowances for employees!
What do you like best about the product?
As a user, it is very easy to keep track of your monthly balance and know what you can and can't expense. The mobile app is very friendly and easy to use. I have reached out to their support team a few times and they are always helpful and eager to assist. From the admin side, it is easy to add allowance to accounts and keep track of employees' spending. I love that you also receive a physical card to use at physical stores and can use the digital card when shopping online. Security is also very high, but I love I can use Face ID on the mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you try to spend on the last of the month and it's a weekend, the payment will process to the other month. This is very similar to normal cards, but would be nice if they could come out for a workaround for this. When I got a new phone, it was difficult logging in again, but that is good security and when I reached out to their support team, they were quick to help me verify myself and log back into the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it by incentivizing employees with a monthly stipend. We started doing this ever since we went to working remotely and it has been great for both employees and managers. Employees like being able to spend their allowance how they wish and admins like the ease of use. Managers are easily able to increase the amount allocated to employees when we have big conferences planned or if we need to expense some home office items.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Super convenient for both users and admins. It has been a great way to incentivize employees while working remotely. As an employee, it's a great experience, even making it convenient to upload receipts for submittal. You also receive notifications about all the purchases made with the cards you have if you have the mobile app. I love that you receive a physical card as well as an electronic one on your phone connected to Apple Pay.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex provides free bank and credit accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have less than a certain amount of moneyed cash you have to pay your credit card charges the same day instead of at the end of the month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made it easier to open up a business bank account for free.

Easy, streamlined expense platform for end user
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of expensing items for both physical and online purchases. Physical card is linked to master account. Can easily add memos to purchases and track expenses
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes at this time. Havent had any issues after many purchases and support has been clear
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer have to manually input expense reports into a system or have to worry about saving physical receipts for in person purchases.

Makes your employee spending much more visiible for approvals and easier for submission. Mutually beneficial piece of software

What do you like best about the product?
The card is amazing for a startup it gives the best possible perks you can ask for and is super cheap.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much other than the app is very very bad for the IOS.

Easy to use both online and in a box store, and in terms of managing your account online, it is a great interface and easy to keep tabs on.

Not much to dislike really! It would be nice if maybe it came in a different color!! ;)

It's the ability to easily subscribe online or purchase needed items using the online Brex card.

I really like the product. Understanding what remediation are required when missing receipts or descriptions was confusing at first.

We are enabling our sales force to enter all of their expenses in a quick and easy manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Great platform with dynamic features for the modern consumer. Having a digital card is great for most company expenses, but the ability to generate a physical card is a great added benefit and provides even more value for users of Brexx. The platform is simple to use. My admins can easily adjust my budget based on the current month's needs. I can easily upload documents to reconcile expenses. There are a variety of notification options to help you track your expenses/receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a long time to process new cards requested via their online platform. I had to contact support to expedite my card order due to lengthy production/shipping time. Others on my team did not receive their physical cards in time for our company retreat. This issue could be avoided by requesting physical cards far in advance of any event which requires physical Brexx cards.

My company uses Brexx to provide stipends for special events such as company retreats.
