Easy, breezy, beautiful Brex cards.
What do you like best about the product?
Finally, we can do away with awkward separate expense management software and dated pictures of paper receipts. With Brex, I'm able to quickly and efficiently capture all of the expenses I charged to my company card with a super simple and intuitive receipt upload feature. The auto-saving on every updated detail was an unsung hero also, since there have been times I've updated some expense lines only to have the browser crash and all data lost...
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it was a bit confusing having different credit card numbers - one on the physical card in my wallet, but a different one for digital transactions. I often have to log into Brex just to be sure I have the right card on file to be charged by some vendor... not a big deal, but an annoyance for sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Brex to capture and record all of our recurring business-related expenses, almost like a 'set and forget' expense account. By updating the first charge with details, every subsequent charge afterwards is a child to the parent - or in other words, I don't need to keep updating subsequent charges with the same details. It's a great time saver, and gives us peace of mind.

An amazing resource!!
What do you like best about the product?
There is so much to love about Brex, but to name just a few, I love that I can give credit access to my team as needed. The ability to increase, decrease, add, suspend usage in such a simple way is amazing. The discounts provided by partners of Brex have saved us THOUSANDS of dollars!!! As a startup, access to these resources and cost savings has allowed us to use cash elsewhere!

I can't think of one thing I don't love!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy access to credit. Visibility into spending as a team.

Brex has made spending among a team easier than I could have ever imagined.
Combined corporate card and expense system is significantly better than separate solutions
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy that using the card will immediately send me a text prompting me for a receipt. I snap a photo and the expense paperwork is done immediately. I travel quite a bit (or used to pre-Covid) and this has saved me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would be even happier if Brex could handle expense reimbursements that don't run through the Brex card. Still doing some expenses using another tool. Would prefer to combine these as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've saved a lot of time and hassle with the quick, simple process of using the card and then immediately pair it with a forwarded email receipt or a text picture. I really enjoy the budget feature as well. Protects the company from overruns and gives me more autonomy.
Great service that is Simple to use

Simple interface that is so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing everything is so easy to use. You can file an expense report in seconds. Just love it.

As stated above everything is so well thought out with Brex. I get alerts when my card is used. I can log on and file an expense reports in seconds. I really do enjoy the service.

Make the switch it is easy and will save you time.

I like that there are online and physical versions of my card so that I can split my transactions.

I would like the MFA to integrate with my authentication app but I have not looked into if this is possible yet.

This is an easy way to manage corporate expenses for our early-stage startup, I can have cards for each of my employees
Employee Spending Management System that's very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see what our members are spending on.
What do you dislike about the product?
No particular dislikes. Sometimes logging in to the dashboard could be a little janky, but otherwise great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a student organization at Stanford, we had a hard time managing spending of all our members. It ranged all the way from paying for coffee chats to spending thousands of dollars on an event. Brex really made it easy to manage all these spendings.

Adding receipts in the app makes it really is to keep track.

Adding receipts should allow uploading a file (like email receipts)

Easy, Simple, Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
The phone app is most helpful for tracking my spending. It's so much easier than having to log into the website every time I want to see my account/spending info.
I love the constant updates about my usage as well as the reminders when I am approaching my limit.

So far I do not have any dislikes about Brex. I have not had any issues yet.

This allows my company to better track our monthly stipend. It's controlled and easy to manage.

Best app for corporate credit cards
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the real-time reminders to upload receipts to the app. From the push notification on my phone, it automatically loads the transaction and prompts me to take a photo of the receipt. Perfect for business lunches and quick purchases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app doesn't have all of the desktop login features, but I imagine that will be developed soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is trying to be more efficient with coding and collecting receipts. The Brex app allows for photos of receipts, so we're printing less paper, and we're coding receipts immediately after purchases - very efficient to go completely digital!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Brex is easy to use and quick to implement. Our staff found it to be user friendly and better for tracking receipts.

What do you like best about the product?
We have earned a ton of rewards points since May. The reward selection looks great and I can't wait to utilize some of the perks offered for the company. The virtual and physical card options were a great addition and it was very easy to get approved. Zero-interest credit was a very big highlight. The receipt texting is a phenomenal feature that saves time and headaches when looking to track expenses. My accountant will be mad that they can't charge as much for expense organization because Brex has made it very easy and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was great, and I never missed a payment, but they pulled our credit limit because they said I went under a thresh hold that I didn't know existed. Earned a ton of points. Hoping I can still use them. I didn't like the "gotcha" feeling of waking up one day to see that our credit was completely gone when we hadn't changed anything. That is the only real flaw I see with Brex. Everything else worked very well and went smoothly with the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provided me a buffer and allowed me to build business credit while it lasted. This is a wonderful alternative to American Express if you don't have the established business credit to gain one at this time. It gave me peace of mind, knowing that we didn't have to accrue interest on things like rent and utility payments while still maintaining healthy balances for staff payroll.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice is to use Brex if you have the capital to keep it going. It is easy, zero-interest and they offer great rewards points and incentives. Building business credit is tough when you are self-financing, so companies like Brex offer a wonderful solution to entrepreneurs and businesses that want to grow, or need a little be of buffer to help them reach the next level.
I would definitely recommend giving Brex a try. They are great!
