Super easy to use it!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is super easy to use and the programming environment very user friendly.
In the past I used other software, but I always had several problems with my expense accounting. With Brex the process is quick and easy, it allows me to keep full control of my expenses and those of my team in an orderly and simplified way.

I'm confirm this app only have vantages for all the users!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex helps me a lot with the expense control of my team, because it notifies me all the time about the use of the card and I can detect any anomaly at an early stage.

Brex is very intuitive - makes managing expenses a breeze which means I get them done more quickly & in one shot.

They really like to remind you of your outstanding expense management tasks.

Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and transactions appear instantly in the app. After that, it's simple to prepare your travel expense reports. Further easy to approve other users expenses

Haven't found any yet. Don't know their customer service works

BREX is Easy to Use and Works Seamlessly with Concur to Automatically Create Monthly Expense Reports
What do you like best about the product?
I love the BREX online platform - it's user-friendly, entirely intuitive, and easy to use. I also love that BREX offers a virtual credit card (in addition to a physical card) that provides added protection for online purchases. A major plus is that BREX works seamlessly with Concur, so my monthly expense reports are created automatically and includes each BREX charge without me having to do a thing. Check out the "Wizard" feature on your BREX online account, which allows you to connect BREX with Concur and generate monthly expense reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience with BREX has been nothing but positive, and I highly recommend it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BREX makes corporate spending simple. Each BREX charge is instantly viewable on your BREX website account, the customer service is awesome, and I can't say enough about BREX's integration with other software programs, including Concur. BREX's security features give me peace of mind when making purchases online.

Brex is super easy to use, whether it's expensing a purchase, submitting a reimbursement, or transferring funds. It makes those processes super smooth. No friction at all!

There's really nothing to dislike! Using the app or the web platform has been super seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the app and text messages it sends me. It makes expenses effortless and easy. I know exactly what is required for each expense with an easy to do list on the app. My company has different requirements for different amounts - less for small amounts and more for larger ones. Brex makes it seamless and tells me exactly what to do for each transaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could obtain points like with other credit cards.

I know exactly what is required for each transaction - receipts, memo etc.

Nothing. Everything works intuitively and notices are timely if errors are made.

What do you like best about the product?
It is seamless to use Brex's app and website to see, edit and submit expenses. We made credit limit adjustments within minutes as well which means we can run our day to day operations seamlessly. When we've reached out for help, it's quick and efficient. The iphone virtual card gives me easy access to my credit history, remaining balance and card details in case I need to enter them manually at a payment.

Keep integrating with more expense report systems so you can make my approval and reimbursement even easier

make it incredibly easy to make business purchases, submit receipts and ensure finance can track our cost management
As a user, I love it.
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use. I like that it immediately sends a text to you so you can notate what the expense is. I don't have to save receipts or even take pictures. It's really been great at streamlining my expense reporting experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything but I'm just a user and can't speak to implementation or back-end performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to save all receipts and have to upload and notate them. All of that is done for me now, saving a lot of time and frustration.
