Great product & service for my e-commerce business!
What do you like best about the product?
Having the credit card and business checking account makes it easy to keep track of my finances in one place. The free cards for my employees are perfect!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I would say is the daily credit card statements. Monthly statements would be easier to download and keep track of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number one thing I like most is having everything on one screen. Makes it easy to keep track of everything!

The team is always accessible and willing to help. They offer feedback and when urgent matters arise, they are quick to respond.
At the same time, the company is highly innovative and leading the way through their current offers and product roadmap. We find a good fit on products and services to advance our growth.

No negatives up to now and all interactions have been positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Credit Card has allowed us to manage our cash and we have been exploring other financing facilities offered by the company.

What do you like best about the product?
Free wires, ACH, Cards, and no transaction fees.

I haven't found anything that I don't like yet about my experience with Brex.

Brex provided a national banking solution for our family of companies.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to contribute as needed. It gives a small business owner like myself the ability to grow a credit history. The statements are detailed and easy to read.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently do not have any dislikes of the system. I liked the design so much until I decided to share this resource with my clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the issue of getting business owners started. Most owners are unsure how to start their business credit journey; the Brex card solves that issue. Business credit is an important part of growing a business. I have realized that Brex was an intelligent business decision for my company.

So easy to use - great perks for ecommerce store owners - integration with shopify - easy sign up process, etc. etc!

Haven't found anything yet! so long as you have good cash flow it's an outstanding option!

I was looking for a better banking solution for my shopify store - One without limits in terms of uses and with good rewards. Brex does all that, plus discounts on a lot of great software and services used by entrepreneurs.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about Brex is the app's simplicity and the ability to submit photos of receipts, along with descriptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Brex. It's saved me a considerable amount of time and the paperwork I was previously responsible for to get reimbursed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to provide accounts payable with the information they need to manage the business, requiring minimal effort on my part.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your employees are regularly buying things for the business, requiring reimbursement, Brex is a far more elegant solution.

User interface is very adaptable and intuitive. Extremely easy to use compared to other banks

One minor flaw is that Only one phone number is allowed per business for text message uploads for receipts
