User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Understanding the startup ecosystem and giving the right credit limit. Very easy to use. Almost all the online the purchase this card has been accepted
What do you dislike about the product?
Online purchases like LinkedIn is not accepting this card
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Software licenses like GoLand kind of sites, it is easy to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A site like Linkedin, Brex card is not working. Please keep in eye on those & fix it at the earliest.

Brex is the best financial account out of all that we have.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, it very easy to manage users, their cards and limits. And, no fees for ACH and wires!
What do you dislike about the product?
Reference field for wires is too short. If paying for multiple invoices, there may not be enough room. No QFX format for transactions export.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing annoying fees for sending and receiving wires. Managing credit cards - you can create one and use it immediately. You can also deactivate one immediately in case something is wrong with it. A very big convenience is with reconciliation transactions with internal accounting system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Brex is wonderful! However, you do need to have cash reserves. If you rely on revolving credit for your operations, it may not work as great. There are still a lot of benefits of Brex, even in case of cash flow problems, but management may require more effort.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the convenience of payment to national and international vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to get a rep on the phone at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I stopped using plastiq to pay international vendors and eliminated fees for transfers. I am able to keep tabs on my account information much better.
Great small business card!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to take pictures of receipts and tie them to business expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any concerns with the BREX card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easily track expenses with receipts connected to the expense. Great card for international travel.

You won't be disappointed. Great benefits, easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
SMS notifications, access to my cards via the app, easily readable dashboard with all my company expenses divided up by the different cards / accounts. Overall Brex is awesome! One other note, their support team is incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
The travel discounts aren't particularly special but other than that there are not any features of Brex that I do not like!

Easily manage corporate expenses all in one place for things like travel and equipment. Also managing recurring software costs that add up quickly.

The fact that you are not connected with the card to all banks and I need to use the statement process

Hope you can connect to your bank because the statement get make trouble sometimes when it comes to credit lines

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of setting up the entire system. From being approved, to adding users, to linking Quickbooks, it is all a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that I can’t see each card’s activity separately.

I like to easily close cards and change limits.
A solution for payments with the fuss and complexity
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple and straight forward. And when I have required assistance to track down a failed payment, the response was prompt with a quick resolution time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major, but I wish there was more sorting capability within my dashboard more me to have more customized views. But that is a minor thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us work globally with payments to get the departments the things they need to execute their roles quickly and efficiently.

Consider your options, but I feel solid about this recommendation and I do not think you will be disappointed.
Great card for startups
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to earn points, integrated with systems to auto vend new virtual cards to employees, etc. and points get valuable multiples for things we're already buying anyway.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much to change. Would be nice to be able to share points out as "gifts" to my employees.

It helps us manage easy ways for employees to buy the software and tools they need to work effectively.
