Straightforward and does everything for you
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of forwarding receipts and labeling expenses. It's always clear what the balance is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't need texts everytime I use my Brex card

Building my business credit because not that many cards report. I realize this card has so many benefits with the rewards points and I like how you get it quick!

Definitely recommend this if you want a user-friendly way of tracking expenses getting cash back and billing business credit

The flexibility of Brex card program and the no fees for their cash account

The entire credit limit is based on the cash in the bank account. There should be a minimum base credit limit based on the business's credit

Brex is really good tool and you can manage everything online without a long wait time over the phone or visiting any bank branches

What do you like best about the product?
Their core functionality is great - the credit cards are incredibly easy to use and earn lots of points. When they rolled out the Brex Cash feature that was also pretty impactful for us and we moved a lot of our financial workflows away from our normal bank and onto Brex. They're also adding great new features all the time, like the new reimbursements feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they could roll out even more features faster - so far every new addition (e.g. Brex cash) has made a big difference to us, but there's still a lot more that I would love to use them for to replace our old-school bank, but their features just aren't there yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing overall company spend, and individual spend. Brex makes financial operations like sending payments, approving reimbursements, etc very smooth, which cuts down on how much work our team needs to do by a lot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely recommend that you give Brex a try if you haven't already - it's miles better than its nearest competitor!

It's the perfect bank (esp. for foreign business owners)

Great support. 0 wire fees. Accepts foreign owners.

I have a very niche use case. Foreigner with a US LLC needing a bank and Brex is the best I've found for this use case.
Their app is great. Their banking is secure. Wire transfers are FAST and cost $0. I use it for online transactions all the time. Plenty of convenience features as well.

So easy to send checks, so I don't have to keep paper ones on hand! And love the app interface as well!

Have not found anything that I'm disappointed in yet.

Easy to Use and Great Rewards
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Brex is very easy to navigate and they have the best rewards program I've ever encountered!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they reported to credit bureaus monthly instead of quarterly but I'm thankful that I'm able to have an account reporting to build my business credit profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex makes spending and tracking a breeze! I can simply text a picture of the receipt after making a purchase and it's done!
Best Card Ever
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly & good for anyone who has just opened a business and would like to start building business credit. I love how easy it is to also navigate through the app also! Love love love.
What do you dislike about the product?
Response in chat time could be a little quicker and increase on credit limits should be offered after user is consistent for some time with using their Brex card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reports to credit bureaus & I definitely needed that for my business.
