What do you like best about the product?
If you are looking for an online banking tool that goes above and beyond, look no further! Brex makes running my business easier by pairing our company cards with our cash account, allowing me to manage team expenses in real-time with up-to-date limits or holds. Brex also is always expanding their platform, making the user experience better and better.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I don't love about Brex
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the expense category, you can filter expenses by the memo. So if you are traveling for a Client, just put the Clients name as the memo, and at the end of the trip, you can export all the travel expenses from any user card that belongs to that client's travel. Making reporting a breeze!
BREX Makes Expensing SO EASY!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can use BREX on my desktop or as an app on my phone - it makes it accessible if I'm at my desk or running around the city doing work!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that every 30 days it logs you out of your account and you need to go throught several security steps to get back in. Kind of annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that it's easy to upload my receipts and add comments. I also like that it doesn't try to "read" your receipts and try to electronically analyze the costs and add it automatically. Another company I used did this and it was so annoying because it was never acurate!

Takes some time to upload photo receipts.

I like that it's easy to use and I can manage my transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't use it as an actual card or on my phone because there is no virtual wallet that is safe to add it to. In Serbia, we can only use apple pay but I am an android user. Google pay is not available in my country so I can't use the card unless I am paying something online.
Another one is that one of the most popular apps for food delivery in Serbia, Glovo (app name) does not support Brex anymore and it did up until recently.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex was a company card provided to me, the benefits are that I can pay for my lunch online and easily add a receipt to the transaction.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're from Serbia using apple pay would help a lot.
User friendly and great customer experience.

The ease of access between virtual and physical cards. User friendly platform to monitor transactions. Easy to attain reports for various periods.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes takes a while to correct an error say a double transaction but not sure if this is with Brex UI or vendor side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Travelling for work has never been so much easier. Brex allows me to keep record of all my finances and being able to upload receipts immediately means I won't forget what I spent where!

The ease of use, the simplicity of the UI! And the fact that our expenses reporting gets much easier!

The upper limit, haha, a joke - Nothing much to dislike TBH.

Reimbursement of business expenses used to take a lot of time. This is much easier.

Love it - Use it! It changes the entire Expense Reporting mechanism in the company.

Brex has all the tools you need to do the bookkeeping and receipt management for the team all linked into one app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike! Perhaps one day they'll have a separate account functionality that shows which subscription services are hitting the card each month?

Control of credit card usage by many users.

Big Fan, super easy - amazing text functionality where you can auto attach receipts

- The text message functionality where I can snap a picture of a receipt

- Hmm there is now way to auto-filter photos if the lighting is too dark

Just business expenses, pretty simple
It's easy to use and submitting proof of receipts are also easy.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that anytime I make a transaction, I receive a notification to hurry up and submit my receipt. I also don't have to download any ap, I can use the web browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to enter a 6 digit security code every time I login and lately, I have to do a double security check using my work email because the web browser doesn't recognize my IP address. It's too many steps. Also, sometimes when I make a transaction it doesn't appear automatically for me to upload my receipts.

None at the moment.
