Big Fan!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using both the card, app, and logging expenses in your expense report makes Brex a total no-brainer!
What do you dislike about the product?
Are you allowed to answer nothing? 10/10 it's a great product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is super efficient and cuts my time spent filing reports in half. Not to mention, checking my card info and recent charges could not be easier. I appreciate the notifications whenever there is a new charge as well. I'm always in the know!
Very convenient, even without the plastic I can use my business card
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access and account creation. I like the orange detail in the border of the card, helps me find it fast in my wallet

I haven't had any bad experiences with my card so far, nothing to point here
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the freedom to pay for services with a preapproved credit from my leadership team. The application process was also very easy
A decent enough card with a big perk
What do you like best about the product?
We qualified for AWS Activate, which was a huge surprise. Otherwise, it's been like a normal card thusfar.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to dislike, I haven't tried the "used the card in person" feature yet but it looks useful for receipt consolidation

Our former card issuer was very obtuse and difficult to work with, Brex has been great thusfar.
Integrated spending and reporting
What do you like best about the product?
The bill makes it very easy to assign and manage expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - it works like one would expect a 'new' finance tool to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It blends expense management/reporting directly into the financial tool. Rather than getting a bill from the cc company and trying to assign expenses/receipts, the process is integrated.
Great tool for accountability
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, attach supporting documentation, and process invoices
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see more month-end reports to see when balances are cleared and the ability to have bookkeepers use the Brex app to add documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex has enabled me to communicate effectively with our overseas offices and allow people to access data across different time zones.

What do you like best about the product?
It seems to function well and has most of the bells and whistles we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few small issues that can make it more efficient and I never notice them until they happen in a transaction or bill paying.

Almost have all my banking and bill paying in one place.

I like that you can take photos of the receipts and send them by text message.

Nothing, I really think that is an excellent app and works fantastic for me.

I bought a lot of things for my team. I when I do a buy, I need to present the receipt to my superior. Brex helps me a lot with that.

It lacks a business line of credit for working capital.

Ease of integration with accounting, simple workflow from finance to banking.
No matter the country, operating expenses can be centralized for better control
What do you like best about the product?
I do not like to enter cards on all the pages that ask me. I loved that I was able to add it to my PayPal and use that button to pay, as always. And also, your chat support service is great!

I do not like that in my country it takes a while to ask for a physical card. Well, it is not that I will use it frequently but yes, it is something that may be more useful in other companies
