brilliant model, one-of-a-kind user experience, and great customer success

It lacks a business line of credit for working capital.

Ease of integration with accounting, simple workflow from finance to banking.
No matter the country, operating expenses can be centralized for better control

I do not like to enter cards on all the pages that ask me. I loved that I was able to add it to my PayPal and use that button to pay, as always. And also, your chat support service is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that in my country it takes a while to ask for a physical card. Well, it is not that I will use it frequently but yes, it is something that may be more useful in other companies

It is a very solid service to handle expenses for our employees, expenses for the tech department in regular operation etc.

The card gives a high limit, they have responsive support staff and the app is user-friendly.

I've only had positive experiences with Brex so I can't think of any major flaw in the product-- it could be kind of cool to have the ability to customize the Brex cards with the logo of our company

Biggest thing is the ability to quickly buy things for the company and Brex has delivered on this pretty effectively

What do you like best about the product?
Instant virtual credit card creation with a single click of a button, literally. Super easy to adjust limits and hand out cards to anyone on the go.
Say you have a contractor who needs to buy some paper supplies for a workshop - you could create a card with 50$ limit on it, give them the virtual card details, and after the purchases, just delete the card, if you wanted. It's that easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are no intelligent analytics connected to it. Sure, it will categorize spending by predefined categories, but nothing beyond that - i know of some specialized similar services that can feed you AI output about where you could save, which purchases you are making that are not the smartest, where you could improve, etc.
That's more of a wishful future feature missing today than a flaw today.

Simple and effective
What do you like best about the product?
Expense tracking without effort: no matching receipts later or deciphering invoices. This product makes linking expenses to projects a breeze at the time of purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that it took so long to find this super solution.

The benefit is my spending is easy to break out by project.

The normal brex cards feel really cheap and flimsy. Even with that said, I'd still get Brex all day!

Very easy to upload receipts and make notes into the system (love the text reminders as well).
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes toggling back and forth between pages to get all the appropriate info (ie - company mailing address on card, etc) when making online purchases.

Making it simple for employees to expense and track regular expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use - issuing cards, capturing receipts, managing expenses, is all pretty simple compared to other companies, mainly because it's all in the same place. It has saved our team a lot of time each month that we spent tracking receipts down or correcting how people uploaded them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be easier to change transaction categories, as sometimes the automatic assignment is inaccurate. Emailing receipts doesn't always work, as it sometimes gets rejected for reasons that the auto-response from Brex doesn't always explain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our monthly receipt reconciliation used to live under multiple systems and was confusing to staff. Now that we can house everything in one place, the process is more straightforward and has fewer errors. We also love that there are separate physical and virtual cards, which saves so many headaches if somebody loses their physical card.
