Easy and Quick
What do you like best about the product?
The process of sumbitting reciepts is quick and convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing not to like. The app is super user friendly and I love that you can email the reciept and it uploads the information for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping make the managment of company money be more efficent. Benefiting me beucase it user friendly and easy to navigate.
Ultimate resource for purchase tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Brex has been a fantastic resource for our small business for purchase tracking and approvals, and we all use it on a daily basis. The system was simple to set up, the website is intuitive, purchases are immediately flagged for review/invoicing, text notifications provide useful reminders, approvals are transparent and immediate. We recently experienced a problem with a purchase, and the support staff at BREX immediately jumped into action to help resolve the issue. Brex has taken the onerous task of verifying and cataloging purchases and made it as simple as getting a text and responding with a pic and memo. We have zero complaints about this service!
What do you dislike about the product?
To be completely honest, we have zero complaints about this system. Whoever developed the UI deserves an award for best implementation for this type of service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BREX helps us track expenses, manage approvals, and make our purchases efficiently. Customer service is responsive and efficient.

Access to an alternate Mastercard
This platform is hands down the easiest expense reporting system I have ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
This system is very intuitive and does a lot of the work for you by scanning receipts and categorizing the expense for you.

There is nothing I don't like about Brex

It is so easy I am happy to do expense reporting at the time an expense is generated so I am never behind on my reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Brex is that it’s very easy to check my account statement. It’s super easy to use at any establishment, and you can also set “limits” on your card.

Nothing - it's just great! It's really a great app, really helpful.

The problem it solves is allowing me to better view my account statement, as well as with the company I work for.

I've been in sales for 31 years and this is the easiest way I've ever seen to keep records of my expenses. The texting photos of each receipt is something that a 7 year old could do. Picking the expense category is even easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then it's not able to match the receipt so I have to manually put it into Brex. That's not really a big deal because I always double check in the system that everything is correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My problem with keeping records is the fact that I'm terrible at organizing. I had to write on paper my expenses before Brex and now I just text a picture of the receipt.
Brex is the future of business banking!
What do you like best about the product?
Brex has tools, products, and features that no other financial institution is able to match. They offer free incoming and outgoing wire transfers and ACH transfers, something that the big banks charge hundreds of dollars per year to send and receive. In addition to that, they have a treasury account that pays an enourmous yield on the funds you maintain. The ability to send and recieve your transfers is seamless and incredible. You can do it from your phone on the Brex app or on the computer. Getting set up with Brex is also super easy, it took me less than a day when I started my business to get it up and running. Customer support is the best I've ever experienced: from regular check-ins with their software developers, to stopping payments, they are fast, easy to work with, and provide real world help. I log in to the Brex app at least once a day to check balances, send payments, invoice vendors and partners, etc... Once you try Brex you won't want to use any other financial institution. The last thing I want to mention is integration with other banks, there are only a couple I've had problems linking, but it's always because the other bank doesn't have the software or capability. Something I woulnd't fault Brex for. Why would you give the competition the keys and put them in the drivers seat?
What do you dislike about the product?
The only shortcoming that Brex has, is the lack of physical checks. While antiquated and outdated, checks can still be a big part of business dealings. I get $10,000 - $100,000 in wire transfers from title companies every month, occasionally, I get paper checks instead. When I used Bluevine, they recognized these as normal and customary, and made the entire balance of the checks available immediately. I've only deposited two checks with Brex, but both had very long holds placed on them. I would appreciate certified funds check from title companies, not having any holds placed on them, as it can impact payroll and bill management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex solves the payment problem for me, making payments for my office spaces, business expenses, etc.. The ability to send free wire transfers from anywhere, anytime has made my business more reputable and eager for people to work with me. That stronger reputation translates to more referrals, more business, and more profit.
Brex makes expenses easy.

The simplicity of matching a reciept to a puchase and not thinking about the charge again is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could connect two cards under the same email address.

Amazing service, super helpful for startups
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to sign up and get verified for Brex. They offer everything from regular accounts to managing expenses, corporate credit cards, cash flow tracing, etc. Their fees are very reasonable, and the rewards point program for business spending and travel is nice and has great perks. Integration with Quickbooks works well. Support is helpful and responds quickly. On top of that, they host networking and educational events.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any big minuses in Brex yet. Mobile app UX could be a bit better and have more features. It would be great if the Rewards program would show which payment generated how many points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're an early stage startup and Brex was our first choice for banking. Now, I also use them for all expense receipts tracking, the Treasury account feature to get some interest on our investment, which is not being used right now, and pay our contractors and other bills.
