Super efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Expenses accounted for immediately. I like that!
What do you dislike about the product?
Brex does have some down-time which can be annoying but overall it works!

Easy to use mobile experience
What do you like best about the product?
I love the mobile app. It is straightforward, especially with receipt uploads (better than Expensify). Management of employees is also pretty simple. It is easy to review, give feedback and approve their expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor issue with Brex is addressing transfers in our account. Recently a transfer was reversed for seemingly no reason, which affected our ability to pay out our contractors in a timely manner. Customer service was quick to respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary way we use Brex is for expense management. We have a large business development team with a $~35k monthly travel budget. Brex is excellent at providing visibility into spending and trends.
Excellent Banking Services
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface of both website and mobile application. Secure and easy-to-use features. Great for Start-ups and running companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to have debit cards, Some merchants charge an extra fee for using credit cards.

All in one solution.
Seamless Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Brex provides us with an expense card. That allowed me to add it to my Apple Wallet app, and it's made it so simple and seamless to sync with Rideshare apps and submit receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since using this service, submitting an expense report has been the easiest thing to do. Perhaps if it could upload the expense receipts automatically, that would make it easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Submitting expense reports in a much easier and more seamless way. It is so convenient to be able to use the company's funds for work-related expenses instead of pre-paying and waiting to be reimbursed later.
Fast, Consistent and Genuine Service
What do you like best about the product?
Upon using the platform and services, I must say that it was fantastic because it is easy to navigate for whatever information you need. Every time you need a report the platform can easily be guided it is like a step-by-step on what information and data you need then you already have all the reports needed When times that there is a problem in a transaction, the Brex team never fails to deliver excellent service and support. They always make sure that for every transaction that has a problem, they have a solution and provide it to me. I must say that in my daily use of the platform, we can run a business smoothly with peace of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hopefully, there will be a much easier procedure concerning international transactions so the customer/client would be easier for them to process with a piece of minimum information and requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pending transactions, the Brex team always provides excellent service by giving you details information and specific solutions to understand the situation, and through the solution given, it benefits us as well the customer to accomplish the needed task to be done. And also they help you with those transactions that can go through for some overlooked details that clients/customer misses to supply the information. However since they already have a previous transaction in your account, the Brex team will manually help you to complete it and notify you that they have made some action and the payment will be reflected in your account within 24 hours. That is amazing I must say.

I love that it is user-friendly and doesn't require much additional information that can cause errors and delay reimbursement.

I like using Brex I've never had any issue when using it

Best credit card for startups
What do you like best about the product?
Customer service is great and they have the best web and mobile user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the rewards and travel options. There should be more options that cater to me, but this is more of a personal preference.

Making it easier to take a snapshot of our expenses

The interconnection between SMS and platform. It makes it very easy to file and document expenses.

I don't think i have one by one, I have been using it for less than 5 months. All good so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduce time to reimburse the money. With other systems, the company would need to invest much time in reimbursements.
Makes expensing a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about Brex is the simplicity, everything you'd need is included in the app. Especially when Brex cards are needed to be added to services/apps. Everything is right in front of you and I like being able to send memos via text.

No downsides initially, have not encountered issues thus far!

Expense management and reports, a few banking services (including the FDIC-insured product which came together quickly), and some rewards. It is also primarily self-service due to great website design, which is positive as a small start up
