Brex - A Great Unified Expense Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Brex integrates multiple key functions for the enteprise including expense management, travel, corporate cards, bill pay, along with banking and treasury functionality. It outshines anything else we've seen and our users report that it's extremely convenient and more efficient than any systems they've encountered at other large organiztions. Did I mention how fast support responds and integration with our enterprise accounting tools? Oh, and the black Brex card is very cool looking too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since starting with Brex over 3 years ago< i don't think I've come across anything I don't like or that I would consider a downside - and we really push it to its limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex unifies corporate cards, spend management, expense reimbursement, expense management, and a thousand other small tasks that otherwise could be overwhelming.

What do you like best about the product?
It was very simple and easy to use. The app looks great and has great features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about the app. It is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping company easily reimburse for expenses incurred on the job. It can be annoying and time consuming trying to submit proof for reimbursement.

I have nothing bad to say about them, brex is very resourceful

it allows our company the fexibility to manage our employees expenses in a very easy manner

What do you like best about the product?
Brex has been instrumental in consolidating and streamlining our AP and team cards for expenses. Having everything housed in 1 easy-to-use tool that also syncs with our systems is a game changer in leveling up our day-to-day efficiencies!
What do you dislike about the product?
No major complaints. It does everything we expect it to do. There are some nice-to-have feature updates that we share with our dedicated Account Manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previous to using Brex our team was using multiple systems and nothing was consolidated. This not only led to confusion, it also took more time to reconcile if ever needed. The ease of use and ability to sync everything into 1 system that talks back with QuickBooks has been instrumental.
Problem solving service
What do you like best about the product?
We were able to give phsyical credit cards to our employees which was tremendous help during our peak months of service. We plan to use virtual credit cards with our suppliers as well, through the API
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like the ability to issue physycal credit cards not linked directly to an employee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We bring groups of customer to the US and our employees are with them during the travel. Until know, expense and spend management was impossible. Now we were able to issue physical cards with managed limits. It's completely game changing.
The reporting feature is great and can be done right through the app or a text
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can upload a receipt for an expense in real time and it is done and I do not have to think about it again or later when I cannot find the receipt etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only think that I dislike so far is that I cannot use my Brex card everywhere, which makes it difficult to go to Costco for example for employee snacks or gas as they do not accept my card even though I have a pin number and should be able to use it like a debit card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to enter expenses very seamlessly.
Best Platform for our Business Type
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is wonderful! It's provided a user-friendly interface that is intuitive and easy to navigate. The implementation process is straightforward and well-documented, allowing us to help our team setup trainings and meetings easily while also providing support for us every week. Speaking of, the customer support is excellent, with responsive and knowledgeable assistance available through chat, email, and phone.
Brex's comprehensive features and ease of use make it an all-in-one tool for managing expenses, corporate cards, rewards programs, and integrations like QBO and ADP, allowing us to streamline our financial processes. The fact they have all of this and a travel platform makes them the best compared to all their other competitors. We've done our homework with people like Bill.com, TravelBank, Ramp, Expensify, and others; Brex is leagues above it's competitors, and KLAS is lucky to work with Brex.
I'm so glad Brex is where it's at now, and I hope that it continues to grow and maintain its innovation.
edit: I don't know if you've seen their IT security page, but as an accountant, it warms my heart to see how protective and proactive they are about information security.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had an option to send wires in foreign currency & do group traveling. I believe they're working on the group traveling, but we've had lots of people who expect foreign currency payments. It would be helpful to have some assurance that the money that they receive will be in their designated currency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having just one platform to handle all of our expenses, budgeting, and travel makes life so much easier. Plus, their integrations are pretty great too!
Great overall experience
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is so easy to use! It is smart and able to detect and organize my expenses efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently don't see any downsides to Brex.

It is ensuring I am able to expense all items properly.
Brex: A User Friendly Expereince
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using the Brex corporate credit card for the past three weeks and it has truly been a game changer in the ease of use connectivity features with our accounting and approval department.
What do you dislike about the product?
The on thing that I don't like about the card stems from the receipt process. At present, the Brex card only allows for images to be uploaded as backup receipt verification. It would be great, especially for multi-page receipts to allow for a pdf upload acceptance as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary thing the Brex solves is its capability to manage a large number of different events that I an easily match to expenses.
Brex is very easy to use and data uploads line up in Quickbooks.
What do you like best about the product?
Prepping transactions before uploading into Quickbooks
What do you dislike about the product?
We need to do transactions one at a time, in case we need to reverse something, because it makes it easier to find and fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Don't need to hand-enter billing transactions into Quickbooks. It all gets uploaded from Brex.
