User compliance and happiness is high, admin setup, integration and workflow is smooth
What do you like best about the product?
Credit card expense management is excellent. Memos and receipts are easy. Users love the app and ability to add memos via text, complete with good AI suggestions.
Non-brex card expense reimbursements are straight forward for users and have an easy workflow.
Budget / limit management provides lots of visibility.
Replacement cards process is smooth and quick.
Statements are easy to read.
Integration with QuickBooks Online is solid. Transactions come through clean, with memos and attachments, and reconciliations are super straight forward. (We switched from Chase for Business credit cards and spent waaay too much time chasing receipts, managing reconciliations, dealing with surprise/unplanned expenses amounts. We got back so much time when we started using Brex)
Also using Brex for Bill Pymts. Generally happy with the workflow: budgets, approval flows, visibility, easy to use UI. You can tell that Bill Pay is a little behind their card product though. Card expense management seems almost magical, bill payment has fewer delighters.
I really appreciate that I don't have to mess around with managing balances between high interest account and checking account. I just pay bills from the single Brex balance.
We are a very small startup and have a lean team that can't afford to get bogged down with credit card and bill payment headaches. Brex makes us feel like we have better systems than the big companies we came from and frees us up to build the business. We moved from SVB to Chase to Brex. By far Brex is easiest to work with and integrate to QuickBooks. Customer support has also been super responsive.

What do you dislike about the product?
Generally very happy, but areas for improvement would be a few feature gaps in bill pay. Example: if pay by credit card you can assign an expense to a customer/project. You can't do this if paying an invoice via bill pay (have to add this in QuickBooks after the transaction shows up there)

Brex makes it super easy for folks to use their cards with confidence and submit the info needed for the related expenses. There is no more "Ugh, I have to do my expenses".
Management has great visibility to expenses, appropriate controls, easy approver workflows.

One thing that I really like is the practicality of arranging team's expense and the efficient of brex's team to resolve dispute or any inquire

What do you like best about the product?
Brex has been easy to use on all accounts. I like being able to easily code our expenses and send receipts to the Brex team for quick assigning.

So far I haven't found a downside. We went from using in-house to Brex and it's been a nice change.

Coding expenses to the correct category for our teams using the cards.

I love that Brex is very user friendly and allows for easy management of credit card expenses. Brex's customer service is very responsive and quick to resolve any issues.

I hope that Brex will implement more if then functionality to minimize processing time.

Brex allows my accounting team to quickly recognize credit card expenses. Users are able to easily report on credit card transactions.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the software experience. I do how Brex operates as a credit card and has a reward point system. Also, keeping receipts attached to each transaction helps with organization.

I can't think of any downsides to using brex.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex is an absolute must-have for anyone who wants to manage finances on the go. It is so easy to use! The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, which makes viewing balances, tracking spending and paying bills a breeze. I particularly appreciate the security features such as instant transaction notifications and the ability to block the card immediately if needed. Another highlight is the ability to integrate receipts into the app simply by photographing and uploading them, which makes accounting and expense management much easier on a daily basis.

Ad hoc purchasing for the company is made easy and secure! It reminds me of uploading receipts which is especially very helplful in busy times.

A BANK ACCOUNT THAT INTEGRATED WITHLOTS OF SOFTWARE
Fantastic support, totally unexpected from a bank!
What do you like best about the product?
The product just works incredibly well. The card works flobally, the UI is easy to navigate and see, the iPhone app works great, especially putting expenses in etc.
All that to one side - then their support is just incredible. We've had a few issues with our customer payments, and they have been super fast to fix it, help us progress and address all the issues.

I can't think of anything that has been painful for us at this point, and we've been customers for over 3 years.

Brex is our go to bank. They handle all of our revenue and finances as well as expenses.

The Ultimate Partner
What do you like best about the product?
Brex allows our organization to monitor and fully visualize all spending. It tracks and displays spending in a very user-friendly dashboards. The wallets are critical and useful as we can note spending in real time, which is extremely helpful when watching the bottom line! I love the notifications I receive on both my devices...smartphone and digital watch!
What do you dislike about the product?
At this juncture, not much can be improved!

Brex allow real-time spending...send notifications when receipts are due. The ability to upload via desktop or mobile device is valuable.
