Brex is so easy to work with!
What do you like best about the product?
I used Brex when I traveled abroad for business. The think I liked best is that I could add memos through texts on my phone, so that I knew exactly what my expenses were for. It was helpful that I didn't have to log on to my computer to send Brex those memos for purchases. The "tap and go" feature was also convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the time that I used Brex, I didn't see any downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex allows me to make business purchases and track expenses. I do keep my receipts, but having all the information in one place with Brex makes managing my expenses so easy.

The availability to use the app for everything and the ease of use.

I don't really have any dislikes of it at this time.

I don't have to carry multiple cards and keep multiple receipts.
Best credit card app
What do you like best about the product?
The app is very profesional, very secure, easy to upload the documents to prove and match the expenses, picture and pdf works with iCloud. Also for check a increment, I can imagine for the administrators is very easy to check.

The web version is not so friendly

I have no do anymore the reimbursement file in the company
Solid business decision
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is rock solid, easy easy easy to use. Using it pretty much eliminates a manual expense report which saves so much time and aggravation. Attaching receipts is easy, SMS is very helpful. The app is slick and very asthetically pleasing. I've even had great live customer support over the phone. It's a no brainer for SMB.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning my card kept getting declined when checking into hotels. Haven't had the problem recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminates expense report abd very easy to look up random charges fast if they are flagged by billing.
Seamless experience across devices with automation built in
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a big fan of the automated receipt capture and the system remembering expense fields from previous months so I don't have to fill reoccurring expenses in every month. Big time saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be a little easier to navigate, but it's fine. No major complaints

What do you like best about the product?
Helful to be able to spin out new virtual cards as needs come up. Also great to be able to tag other collegeus to expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I can think of is that you have to go back and edit them with the right GL codes. Not able to do them from the iniatial screen where you are inputing the expenses.

So much more user friendly than Concur.
Overall Brex is great, a few little glitches
What do you like best about the product?
I have been doing expense reports since the 1990s on every type of system. Brex makes It so easy to add receipts as soon as you have a transaction, no more storing up all your receipts until you get home. Brex even tries to figure out the categories so I don't have to. It automatically sends the expense details without having to finalize an expense report so I get reimbursed quickly. It is all on an app on your phone or you can use the desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
When typing in descriptions or other details on the app if you make a mistake and try to correct it the typing always goes to the end of the sentence, even if you started at the beginning. It is so weird. You always have to delete whatever you typed and start all over. I hope they fix this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly adding expenses and getting reimbursed fast.

At this time there is nothing I dislike about Brex. It would be nice to have a feature to edit your posting.

Brex is making it easier to submit expenses for reimbursement.
Brex is very user friendly and efficient.

Brez makes it seamless to get your reimbursements, and payment within a week from submitting the request.

Looking at the app I do not find what I dislike most.

Mobile app allows for quick reconsilation and I do it on the go so don't fall behind
What do you dislike about the product?
A few times in the mobile app if I hit a box with a drop down and it wasn't ready for it, the app crashed
