Brex Simplifies Expense Reporting Exceptionally
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the convenience Brex offers, whether I'm on the road, at home, or in my office. It's so handy to resolve expenses quickly, ensuring the company is aware of where the money is being spent and that I'm being financially responsible. The system is easy to set up; it was very easy to get my name and payment account set up without any errors. Compared to other systems I've encountered, it's one of the simpler ones and much faster to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that there's no system for rewards integration. It's not that big of a deal to me, but having the ability to connect with reward systems of rental car companies, airlines, or hotels would be a very nice feature to add. It could even improve the offerings that Brex has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex quickly updates my expenses, reducing forgotten entries. The app's connectivity with the Brex card streamlines adding receipts, ensuring accounts payable is current. It's simple and keeps everything organized without misplaced receipts.
Facilitate the Financial Management of Our Startup
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use Brex. I can upload my suppliers' invoices and manage the items without complications, which makes my life much easier. Additionally, I can create invoices or receipts for my clients and send them directly to their email, saving me time by not having to use another platform to do it. This is very valuable to me, as it saves me a lot of time. I also appreciate that the initial setup was super easy; we were able to link the previous account and see how much money we have in total. Brex is super fast and doesn't charge usage fees, which is great. I definitely recommend it, in fact, I have already recommended it.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the invoices side, I can't send the invoice to multiple emails, or I haven't figured out how to send it to multiple emails; I only send it to one person. I would like to be able to send it to more people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Brex as an excellent online bank without fees, fast and efficient. It makes business life much easier by paying bills and suppliers, receiving money, and sending invoices directly, saving valuable time.
Fast, Simple, and Effective for Managing Expenses
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Brex is fast and simple, and I appreciate how they distribute cards for employees. It's convenient having one credit card for all different types of expenses. Switching from Ramp, which required a different credit card for each expense type, to Brex has been a positive change because of this simplification. The initial setup was quite easy; I just logged in with my work Google account, and everything was already set up, so that was great.
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex helps me handle all work-related expenses and allows me to submit my work.
Intuitive and reliable App for Business Expenses—Everything You Need in a Few Clicks
What do you like best about the product?
Is easy to use, has a good app and the overall experience is what I expect for a business expenses card. I really like the app, it has all the features correctly available without to many clicks. The main feautures you use are very easy to find (historic of expenses, consumed budget, user info etc.).
I like the fact also that to log in and access the services, you dont have to go through 20 different steps (like amex). It is more intuitive than Amex by far, things like knowing your expenses or if you need to lock the card or request chat assistance are available directly and very fast.
It reminds me of the experience of Kraken exchange and a little bit like Revolut (two "financial" apps that I think are also spot on with the usability and ease to use for the everyday user). I have not used the tasks or travel features, but looks like the functionalities on those will also be on par

Overall I like the app, if I where to point something, I would like some more:
Analytics kind of features. Like, receiving an email end of the month to see what have you expensed. Sometimes it is good just to review that the expenses are professional and that you have not made a personal expense by mistake.
A bit of dashboarding (similar to "manage your expenses in revolut"), where basically you can see an aggregation of where and which kind of categories have you made over a period of time
Something more far fetched but that could be nice to have. Usually I use the card mostly when travelling for work, something that could be really nice is having a feature where you say where you are (city, hotel etc.) and gives you quick tips/recommendations (not add based) of where to go for lunch, or which things can you do on your free time while on the business trip. Something that could make me want to open the app when I am travelling to get usefull insights for my trip. Might be a wide area, but overall, having something that makes Brex more connected with the user on their travels (which in my case is the times I use the card the most). Right now I feel Brex is a very spot on solution to manage my payments while travelling, but I feel that the same team can also deliver further capabilities that enhance even further the experience of travelling for work or using the card.

I need to travel for work, and I dont want to have my personal card and then have to submit all expenses with all the bureocrazy until I get my money back. Brex, in that sense, saves me lots of administrative time because I can just use it and know that even in the corner cases (lost card, require bigger limit etc.) I can solve them directly from my app. I also like that not even once did I have a problem or an issue that I had to spend time on solving, the app and features are well designed in a way that I can forget about the financial aspect of my business travels: only thing I need to do is having my brex card or use nfc
Wonderful All-in-One Cards, Cost Centers, and Accounting with Brex
What do you like best about the product?
Brex has been wonderful for our team because it offers multiple options for issuing credit cards, setting up cost centers, and handling accounting, all built in. Brex customer support is truly wonderful and quick to work with and overall super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Brex has few limitations; however, the main downside for me is the points-to-dollar ratio when redeeming points for value.

Brex helps solve a common challenge for small startups that need a quick, easy way to get started with banking. As a startup, we found it very straightforward to use their products, and the overall experience was hassle-free.
Effortless Budgeting and Procurement Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Brex is very easy to use. It's straightforward, and I enjoy that I can use it on my watch for quick access. The notifications for every transaction keep me informed about my spending, which I find really helpful. I love that I can see a history of all my transactions, making it one of the best tools for my job. The initial setup was super easy and fast, taking no more than five minutes, which was very convenient. I've had the card for about a year and a half, and it's become one of my favorite things, especially for the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm having a hard time with the HabitConnect to my actual phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex helps me budget and track spending on products and supplies for my store. I can see what I bought and how much it cost, which helps me manage my budget better.
Easy Company Purchasing with Individual Cards for Every Employee
What do you like best about the product?
the convenance of being able to have a card for purchases for the company without having to wait for a supervisor to make the purchases.
What do you dislike about the product?
If a employee has bad credit they are unable to get a card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve the issue of making purchase on your own and providing the receipt on the app. providing proof of the items purchase of gas that was pumped preventing misuse of card.
Effortless Expense Management, Minor Syncing Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Brex is to use, and being able to add it to Apple Pay makes things fast and efficient when I'm on the go. I also appreciate that the app is very reliable, updates quickly, and allows us to move swiftly when booking travel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection to the budget and the card aren't always in sync. If I change the Mastercard to a higher budget for a hotel transaction, but the previous allocation was lower, it doesn't always get approved. The new budget allocation doesn't always sync quickly when using it for a transaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Brex for expense management and allocation of T&E. It's easy to use, integrates with Apple Pay for fast transactions, and the app is reliable and quick, making travel booking efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex makes things more efficient and saves my team a lot of time. It makes invoicing easy, and it also simplifies payments across the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Producing proof of payments hasn’t been easy. When we pay vendors, they need proof of payment, and our finance department hasn’t been able to produce it. I’m not sure whether this has changed now, but we ran into this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex makes it easy to manage payments across the world, including handling multiple currencies when making payments. It’s also convenient to have cards readily available for employees globally. This saves a lot of time, since it eliminates the usual payment-approval process: we have a Brex spending/payment policy in place, so there’s no need for separate approvals.
Effortless Expense Tracking with Brex
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Brex makes tracking mileage super simple because the app quickly brings up the address you're entering without needing to go back and forth between different map tools. I also find the integration between the issuing bank card and the app to be super simple, as charges from my Brex card automatically show up in the app. It makes managing receipts very easy; some vendors' receipts automatically show up without needing to snap a picture, which is perfect for an active outside salesperson like me who's often on the road. I appreciate this integration, as I've never had it with other platforms like Concur. The map search functionality when entering mileage expenses is second to none, recognizing my location and making the process incredibly easy. This app is light years ahead of what I've used before, making life way simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think integrating more and more of typical vendors, whether it's a Holiday Inn or Country Inns and Suites, and having alliances with some of the frequent vendors, even nationwide gas station chains like Mobil, Arco, or Marathon, where their receipts would automatically upload into your purchase would be helpful. Some do today, but it'd be great if more were integrated into the platform so you didn't have to snap a receipt. Also, it took a little longer than probably necessary to get a credit card issued to me when I started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex simplifies tracking mileage and receipts, making expense management easy. Charges auto-show in the app, eliminating manual entry. I love how it integrates with vendors, saving me from calculating mileage manually. It's much simpler than other platforms I've used like Concur.
