Brex is by far the best banking platform ever.
What do you like best about the product?
Brex has been a game-changer for me across multiple companies. The platform is fast, reliable, and built for growing businesses. Spend tracking, easy virtual cards, smooth integrations, it all just works...I’ve also had the chance to meet several team members, and it’s clear they care. No other platform competes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor things like switching between multiple entities, but Brex actually listens and improves fast. They’re always seeking feedback, and it shows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex gives us full visibility and control over spend across multiple teams and entities. It’s helped us clean up workflows, issue cards instantly, and simplify reporting. We no longer waste time chasing receipts or reconciling manually. Everything is fast, clear, and audit-ready.

What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic experience and web interface tied to a mobile app. Very useful team features, expense tracking, travel arrangements as well. Instant virtual credit cards, vendor assigned cards and limit tracking. Brex is always upgrading and adding new features, so I am sure this will only improve as they add more capabilities. Very informative expense tracking and planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment only 1 person can be booked at time for travel, I have not found a way to arrange multiple tickets for guests. Other than that I have no complaints ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conduct business with my vendors and consultants easily. Super simple ACH wires, International and Domestic wires and flawless tracking.
Brex - The best Credit Card product for businesses
What do you like best about the product?
As an accountant it makes the job so much simpler. Syncing to NS versus csv exports and having the users attach there support right in the app makes life easier and speeds up our month end close. No issues with ever importing the data wrong.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the site doesn't work. Also the fact we cant do prepaids directly through the app yet and need to be reclassed for month end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compared to Amex and other products out there it is just simply the best for finance teams and getting our data in timely and correctly

Brex is so easy-to-use use you are prompted every step of the way!

There are no downsides to using Brex at all

Emergency purchases on the fly
Love Brex, they are my credit card provider of choice
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it was so set up, and use. I use Brex cards for all my vendors and appreciate the card limits and access controls. Also use them for cash management and getting interest on sitting treasury cash.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides I can think of. Perhaps that Google Login is locked behind Enterprise pricing.

I use them for credit cards.
Super convenient for work travel
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the ease of use. It was also super easy to get my card set up with the company account. I love not having to wait to be reimbursed for work expenses/travel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish the app could do is recognize my recurring monthly expenses and add a description for them, since they are the same each month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve the problem of needing to be reimbursed after each work trip. By putting in on the company card I don't have to worry about footing the bill on my own.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, honestly. I have been using concur for the last 15 years and thought that was the easiest system but since utilizing Brex i have definitely found that Brex is way more easy to use.

Honestly the ease of use...
Love brex, haven't had any issues. Very user friendly too.

No downsides. No issues, nothing to dislike.

Brex makes it easy to manage my expenses for work and travel. Brex makes it easy to track everything that I spend, right at the palm of my hand.
Easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
This platform syncs well with Quickbooks. We currently only use it for credit cards but are looking at using it for accounts payable as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Admins should get notifications when user cards expire.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex offers easy access to line of credit and streamlines our credit card expense management and coding.
