Multi Company, Multi Currency, Multi Budgets easily managed
What do you like best about the product?
Brex allows us to manage our expenses easily for a small sized company that is growing. It will scale with our growth.
You can be up and running within minutes.
It has a great intergration to Bamboo and Netsuite.
It allows us manage multi companies, multi currencies, multiple budgets.

What do you dislike about the product?
GST and VAT isnt very flexible.

Unified approach to expense management accross all our entities.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Customer support is excellent!
2. The platform's user interface and experience are second to none!
3. Once you understand the system regardless of admin, functional admin, manager, or user-level access; it is ultimately very easy to use.
4. Brex continues to roll out additional integration and establish partnerships across all relevant spend management areas of focus (reimbursements, travel, p-card, bookkeeping, etc).

Implementation templates and training resources related to implementations need additional love.

Automating spend management and allowing for better internal controls.
Excellent Credit Card Provider
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity in managing all active credit cards for my company in one portal that is very user friendly. Ability to create / delete virtual cards as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
To keep the line of credit open, the need to submit manually financial records each month (bank statements) is a very annoying process and the management of this workflow is very confusing and difficult to re-alocate to other team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some vendors only accept credit cards and Brex corporate credit cards gets the job done pretty well. I wish the credit line is contingent each month on providing monthly bank statements, but it is more based on a proper underwriting process that is not revisited each month.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex has been instrumental in helping our company with bugdgeting and overall purchasing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that when updates are made on your website, we are not given ample notice on what to expect. The changes appear and we must figure them out without warning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because we have several locations and employess with expenses, Brex allows us to be able to process payments for incidental items which otherwise would need to get processed through our ERP system. This would be extremely time consuming and tedious.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to implement with multiple cardholders
What do you dislike about the product?
Payment on due date is balance due. Hard to plan for in accounts payable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cardholders find it easy to use and submit receipts
Brex is a great option!
What do you like best about the product?
The Brex credit card management software is by far the best we've ever used in our corporation. It has streamlined our expense processes and increased efficiency significantly. Brex customer support has been very attentive and responsive in addressing any questions or concerns that I have.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few disadvantages to using Brex. They are always evolving to include new features requested by clients. Our biggest challenge so far has been completing the onboarding for our less tech-savy users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having issues with our cardholders not submitting receipts and identifying the correct catagory or classification for their expense reports. It would take me weeks to get all the information I needed to complete they monthly reporting. Brex provides real time reporting for both submitting necessary documentation as well as facilitating communication between the accounting department and our credit card users.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the user friendliness and ease of use in our reconcilation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downfall I've come across in my experience is the lack of explanation when we receive export errors in the system. We receive very timely responses from support on these errors, but it would be helpful to receive the description when the error occurs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex has been very effective in managing our growing population of employees and the increasing transactions that go along with an expanding company.
Has 95% of functionality that we would want, but significantly better than previous system.
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive user interface, easy to use app, free physical cards, great support, very easy to pull data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to set unlimited budgets, inability to change billing entity after spend occurs like you can change expense category or gl line
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense management for the firm. Very good at giving our team visibility into expenses on a real-time basis and increasing compliance management compared to competitors. Also price wise was a benefit compared to previous major credit card provider we utilized.
Off to a rocky start due to software speed and capabilities however, the Brex Team has been amazing.
What do you like best about the product?
While I am sure Brex has many functionalities that work wonders for other companaies, some of the functionalities more useful to our company are not up to par as of yet. At this time I cannot say there is anything I like best about Brex, even on a noncomparision to another software level. I also, on a personal level as an admin, would like to be able to approve expenses on a report basis versus by single expense. There are ways to filter to get it condensed however, it is too many steps and once you go from that screen to another you have to filter all over again, each time. I do like that it is fairly easy to use on a daily basis and the Brex Team listens to our concerns and includes us in their process to help make Brex a more functional user friendly product.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Brex is that when changes are made within the software we are not informed of theses changes until the change has already been made - sometimes weeks after - and by this time we have had to reach out or basically figure out the change for ourselves. The reason I dislike this is because when have instructions specific to tasks for our Team Members within Brex and then we are bombarded with why the instructions they are following are not working for them anymore. The least helpful about Brex is the filters set up, one not being able to filter and get a cumlative total of a category without sending to an excel file and removing other expenses to get the total I need. The app does not have many functions as the desktop version and almost all of our Team Members rely on the app. Also from the intergration side we are seeing another companies coding in Brex, which causes our employees to code incorrect and Brex has yet to find a solution to get those removed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel that it may be solving issues on our reporting side to which I am not to familiar with in my position. I do hear good things about the Brex reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex is really easy to use and combines banking + credit cards into one sigle platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides! We are a happy Brex customer.
