Easy to get in touch and resolve issues
What do you like best about the product?
One thing that I really like is the practicality of arranging team's expense and the efficient of brex's team to resolve dispute or any inquire

Manage team's expense,so useful in order to get more control and contrast with the budget

What do you like best about the product?
Brex has been easy to use on all accounts. I like being able to easily code our expenses and send receipts to the Brex team for quick assigning.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't found a downside. We went from using in-house to Brex and it's been a nice change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coding expenses to the correct category for our teams using the cards.

I love that Brex is very user friendly and allows for easy management of credit card expenses. Brex's customer service is very responsive and quick to resolve any issues.

I hope that Brex will implement more if then functionality to minimize processing time.

Brex allows my accounting team to quickly recognize credit card expenses. Users are able to easily report on credit card transactions.
Precise, efficient and beneficial
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the software experience. I do how Brex operates as a credit card and has a reward point system. Also, keeping receipts attached to each transaction helps with organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides to using brex.

Keeping my personal transaction seperate from business.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex is an absolute must-have for anyone who wants to manage finances on the go. It is so easy to use! The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, which makes viewing balances, tracking spending and paying bills a breeze. I particularly appreciate the security features such as instant transaction notifications and the ability to block the card immediately if needed. Another highlight is the ability to integrate receipts into the app simply by photographing and uploading them, which makes accounting and expense management much easier on a daily basis.

Ad hoc purchasing for the company is made easy and secure! It reminds me of uploading receipts which is especially very helplful in busy times.

A BANK ACCOUNT THAT INTEGRATED WITHLOTS OF SOFTWARE
Fantastic support, totally unexpected from a bank!
What do you like best about the product?
The product just works incredibly well. The card works flobally, the UI is easy to navigate and see, the iPhone app works great, especially putting expenses in etc.
All that to one side - then their support is just incredible. We've had a few issues with our customer payments, and they have been super fast to fix it, help us progress and address all the issues.

I can't think of anything that has been painful for us at this point, and we've been customers for over 3 years.

Brex is our go to bank. They handle all of our revenue and finances as well as expenses.

The Ultimate Partner
What do you like best about the product?
Brex allows our organization to monitor and fully visualize all spending. It tracks and displays spending in a very user-friendly dashboards. The wallets are critical and useful as we can note spending in real time, which is extremely helpful when watching the bottom line! I love the notifications I receive on both my devices...smartphone and digital watch!

At this juncture, not much can be improved!

Brex allow real-time spending...send notifications when receipts are due. The ability to upload via desktop or mobile device is valuable.
Excellent platform to capture receipts and track expenses
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it facilitates automatic generation of reports and offers automatic submission. It's quick and easy to upload an expense and create reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a bit slow to scan the receipts but it's very convenient and intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has enabled me to have a flexibility and excellent credit limit without need for a guarantor. It helps me keep track of all my finances in one place. It quick and efficient to use.
