Very smooth process
What do you like best about the product?
You can upload receipts easily. Memo space makes it fast and easy to keep track of spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I like everything so far. No hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less paperwork and steps to get fiscal information they need.

No more paper!
What do you like best about the product?
The implementation team (Naima and Miso) has been outstanding! We love the ability to capture our receipts on their website and the ease of using their system. I can easily see spending patterns across the whole organization, and their technology has reduced the overall workload for managers. Brex has been very responsive to suggestions, and I look forward to future innovations!
What do you dislike about the product?
During initial conversations with our salesperson, we were told by the end of 2022, 80% of vendors would have automatic receipts generated. That hasn't proven correct, but it seems Brex is constantly adding more vendors with this feature. I look forward to that aspect being more functional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple staff used to compare receipts to a spreadsheet to ensure that everything was in order. No more creating spreadsheets, and no more paper receipt collection. Yay!
Business expenses simplified
What do you like best about the product?
Brex makes recording expenses easy. I also appreciate the *slightly* pushy reminders to enter receipts and log expenses: they make me actually get those tasks done. The interface is simple and clean, so I always know what data I need to enter and where.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would save users time if Brex had integrations with subscription-based business software. For example, I have to download and attach a receipt each month for a recurring SaaS subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on a distributed, remote team. Receiving my Brex card in the mail and having easy access to the card info in digital form has made the expense process less intimidating, so that I actually use my company's expense policy.
Great tool to manage card spend for startups
What do you like best about the product?
Very useful tool to manage card spend for startups. Virtual cards are great to keep online card spend organized. We use the physical cards for work travel. Every employee has a card they can use for in-store expenses. It makes it really easy to keep track of card spend and manage spend limits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new Brex Empower is supposed to be the advanced version of Brex but it seems to have made navigating and using the app more complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have 1 business card our team used for all card spend. Now that our company is growing, we need to manage budgets and make sure we stay on top of spending. It also makes it really easy to order cards for staff and assign spend limits and approval workflows.
Easy to Use and Works Great
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of Brex and the ability to forward receipts straight to the account. Simple, fast, easy. For busy employees and executives, it's ideal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found much yet to dislike about Brex.

Rather than carrying around a card that may get lost, it helps with the headaches "another credit card" to carry around.

Managing our company's finances. Brex made offsite trips so easy. It was great to know we didn't have to worry about paying out of our own pocket.

What do you like best about the product?
The app! It's so easy to upload receipts and to document what the expense was.

Nothing yet! All positive and I've been using for a year now.

What do you like best about the product?
Unlimited virtual credit card and vendors card to manage and monitor spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lower rewards than some competitor but I stay with Brex

User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
That we can keep track of all our financial moments with a lot of detail. This helps us understand better from which area of the company each transaction is from. The mobile app works very well, so I don't need to be constantly logging in to the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the accounting details of the transactions can't be modified through the mobile app, we need to do it from the website. That I can't edit the receipt photos in the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can see in real-time the areas that are spending more money, and keep track of the exact purpose of each transaction. This way we can find easier if a payment has already been done or not.

What do you like best about the product?
I like brex because of the ability to avoid submitting expense reports and other cool features, like the ability to forward receipts directly to them. The Slack integration is most helpful for me because it allows me to stay on top of new transactions and not have to log into the website which can be super tedious.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me foreverrrr (like months) to get my card because i am outside the US n Brex would not not ship there directly (hello, we are in 2023, this is a global world!)
Also, sometimes I can't use the card abroad on commonplace platforms like Uber. Lastly getting into their website can be a real pain.

not having to submit expense reports is great
