This is amazing! Submitting expenses has never been this easy

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the fact that I no longer have to wait for my company to reimburse my expenses. With the Brex account, I have the flexibility to make work or travel-related purchases whenever I need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only aspect that can be perplexing is that the digital card number and the physical card number are dissimilar. If you use your digital card to buy a hotel room, the physical card cannot be utilized to confirm your purchase once you arrive at the hotel, and the digital card is not accepted as proof. It would be simpler if the numbers were identical because it feels like having two separate cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to avoid paying upfront for company expenses is fantastic, and receiving a reminder to submit a photo for expenses is a great feature. This has instilled more confidence in me when making work purchases because I no longer have to worry about when I will be reimbursed.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple and convenient receipt upload- send a photo of the receipt to a text that is sent after a transaction and you're done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Waiting for money-tree seeds to plant. You have my address Brex, please send them :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
time efficency with uploading expense photos and keeping in line with monthly company budgets.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, after the admitted they had an error and left me flightless in Mexico City I have nothing nice to say about this company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Booking process is horrible. I purchased a ticket and received a confirmation number and flight info. Then to receive a random email the next day admitting they didn't my ticket on time and we lost the fair I had already paid for. Forcing me to buy a new ticket at 3x the price. They admitted it was their fault but still provided bo help. I will never use this service again. Would not recommend using as you will have no idea weather you actually have a ticket or not when pay their platform. Felt like a scam!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It only made my travel a nightmare and more expensive. Bad service.

What do you like best about the product?
I work remotely, so viewing receipts and purchases from one portal is helpful. I love the accounting tool and the search abilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've experienced so far is that the log in can be glitchy at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking every user's purchases, assisting in expense control.

What do you like best about the product?
There are no problems when I pay with Brex. In the beginning, they delivered a card by DHL so fast. I had some questions during card usage, so their support helped me rapidly. Also, I like the possibility of using Google Authenticator to improve the protection of my account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have clearer information about currency conversions. I often pay in euros, but my account is in dollars, so I want to see an exchange rate for a transaction. Unfortunately, the SMS sent by Brex doesn't contain such info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had two problems. The first one was delivery, my first package was stuck and BREX support organized the other package, which was delivered fine. The second one was the implicit subscription issued while I was buying tickets, one month ago I received a notification about an unexpected withdrawal, so I called Brex support and they canceled this payment.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is user-friendly; I can easily see and manage my virtual cards, jump into the transactions and enter specific details for each receipt to provide visibility to other stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't encounter any feature that disables me from my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can be more organized in our spending, vendor cards make it so easy to attain a specific card for each platform so there is no room for confusion.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and great customer support. Customer support are responsive and action taken is prompt.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, had not faced with any downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped to pay vendors who does not have 30 days payment terms and to help employees from paying out of pocket for these expenses.

While memos and receipts save after uploading, there is often no indicator that they did so.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to submit requests and for the team members who need to approve them to do so. Brex doesn't complicate things, and I can easily select from a dropdown list what a specific request is for. It's been a game-changer for reimbursements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan that the reimbursement takes about two days to process on their end before hitting your account. I would love for the reimbursement to be provided as soon as approved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we'd have to submit receipts via email and hope we were sending them to the appropriate team member. Now, the process is much more seamless with Brex.
