So easy to use - expenses and documentation are seamless and easy

Virtual card vs physical card is confusing and probably not necessary

Brex is solid for my small (but growing!) business
What do you like best about the product?
I like the seamless integration with Quickbooks and how straightforward it is to input receipts and notes on my expenses. It makes booking keeping, paying, and tracking my company finances easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Brex's cash Runway and Scenario Planner are interesting features that I think are currently being "Beta'd" to some users but I do wish there was some more functionality around forecasting or visualizing my company's spend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is helping me have more transparency into how my company is spending its money. It is helpful to not only have the credit cards and banking aspects but it also allows me to easily pay vendors/invoices in a timely fashion.
Efficient and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use when adding or removing employees. Freedom to edit employees limits. Ability to see employee memo's and receipts. Compared to Chase, they make employee usage simple and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no quickbooks web connect file, so we have to manually input transactions a few times a month. This one feature would increase my use of Brex 10 fold!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to quickly onboard or off board employees. The ability to let employees instantly upload receipts is very useful when reconciling transactions. Rewards points are nice too.
Use Brex for Corporate reimbursements
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is easy and quick to use. Quick turnaround as well

I have yet to see any downside to using Brex

Brex has been easier to use in order to receive reimbursements than previous process

Impressive Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Brex is their Customer Support. They're consistently very driven to ensure that your question or issue is resolved as soon as possible. At times when I don't remember to get back to them after the issue is resolved, they will continue to follow up to inquire if the issue still exists or if I have additional questions. I'm very impressed! Their Customer Support definitely EXCEEDS customer expectations!

None. I'm a happy customer of Brex and would recommend it to others!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use the card through apple pay on my phone and the continued updates and support through email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across any issues with my Brex account at this time.

I have been using the Brex platform for a year, and the experience has been smooth. Quick transaction updates. Ease of use!

From my perspective, Brex is helping my company manage expenses and budget management. It is easy to keep track of employee spends.
