Brex is so easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is just easy and seamless and integrates with things I'm already looking at (such as my SMS text messages or Slack)
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much - maybe the uploading of receipts could be slightlier easier?

Makes it easier for me to expense things

The best platform
What do you like best about the product?
the ease with which I can use cards, how it shows the expenses and allows you to upload your receipts, in addition to the fact that the platform is very intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
The truth seems that everything works wonderfully so I love everything maybe add the option to change the language because I speak Spanish but everything else is fine
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me process payments, use different cards, see how the team uses the money and have a clearer finances, set limits and see what I spend the most, depending on the expense
Great onboarding experience
What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding was lightning fast & easy. As an international team we appreciated how Brex helped us navigate the opening process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. We have used the product for two months now and haven't run into any issues. It would be nice if you could send international transfers in other currencie which is currently not possible. We onboarded with a different vendor for that purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a business banking account and Brex does exactly what we need from it. Bonus points for the cash management and & interest bearing product that they have.
Makes expense tracking easy!
What do you like best about the product?
It makes corporate travel expenses and in particular expense tracking easy, allowing me to upload receipt photos directly from my phone so I dont forget.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides, but sometimes it doesn't accept the receipt. Or if I forget to upload it, it becomes a pain to get back and find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spending - and especially expense tracking - super easy, saving me time later on.
Pretty seamless for payments
What do you like best about the product?
It's super convenient. I like the clean app interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not able to clear out old expenses that I haven't added receipts for and it keeps showing the notification badge on the app icon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business related expenses. I don't need to do any expense reporting which is nice

brex is super easy to use, super intuitive and the physical credit card arrived extremely fast. it's what we use in our company and i can now understand why! =)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I add up a recipe/ memo immediately and then i get a notification to add it again through slack; seems like sometimes it's not syncronized, so I would check on this!

Since I work for a 100% online and remote company, aswell as the fact that i'm a digital nomad, i'm always moving around. Brex allows me to use a safe credit card anywhere and notify the company of my work expenses
Brex has made it easier than ever to do expenses
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it already has the charges listed from your credit card. It knows to title transactions "Wework" or "Starbucks". It's easy to upload photos. I also think the UI is much better than Expensify. It's also really helpful that you can sign in online and get the info for your physical card. I often do this on flights when I have forgotten my physical card. I use the info from the web to fill in my credit card details, so that I can get in-flight wifi.
What do you dislike about the product?
The date is always one day off. Because the Brex charge will say Jan 12, I will look for an invoice from Jan 12 but it's actually jan 11. If it's an out-of-policy expense, I continue to get emails for that, which is annoying. There's got to be a way to turn those off or press a "I know this was an accidental charge, take it from my paycheck" button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to spend hours on submitting expenses each month. It takes 90% less time to complete those tasks because of Brex. This has helped us get back to doing the work we actually need to do!

What do you like best about the product?
Brex is super easy to track expenses by tagging, categories, and more. We can easily see how much budget is remaining and submitting receipts is a breeze via texts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suppose the text notifications could be annoying for some people, but I find them incredibly handy. Same goes for all the 2FA when logging into my account - but love to see the security precautions!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is giving our company a great way to deal with reimbursable expenses. Our employees don't want to wait a month to maybe get paid back on their next check, so we just give them access to the money instead.
The best card to have
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best is the card is hassle free when making purchases. I also like that it comes with a app that I have downloaded to my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to the Brex card.
