Love, but not flawless
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use, drop-down menu option to adjust the $ amount of a request would be helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company uses gov't sites, and those transactions specifically seem to reject Brex. For large purchases, I do personally prefer to get the rewards from my own credit card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems on my end, but our accounting team likely feels differently

Best Credit Card On-Boarding
What do you like best about the product?
I signed up and started to use my BREX credit card within minutes. Got email, added to phone. Bonus was card came 2 days later.
What do you dislike about the product?
It works very well. I am very happy. Nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great corporate card - saves me loads of time. Excited to start using expense platform!
Brex is AMAZING!
What do you like best about the product?
I love my Brex card. One of the best features is that it automatically notifies you that a charge has been made with the card. This feature allows you to upload receipts immediately. If you don't upload within 24 hours, it sends a gentle reminder to upload the receipt. My company processes our payments but I think this is a top-notch card for business users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes yet. The card has been working very well for me and what I need to use it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Brex solves is that it is a worldwide card with easy use. The app is perfect. I save time on loading receipts because it reminds me but also, I can upload via email.
Brex is simple and intuitive to use.

Expenses are listed in a format that is easy to understand, and any actions that might be required for company compliance are super easy to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really see any downside to using Brex for expense purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex makes reporting expenses easy for any size organization. We have found employees are very positive on the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of using Brex. You have the ability to have a card or get reimbursed. I have used both for work travel. The ability to simply snap a pic of your receipt and text or email it is absolutely wonderful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Remembering to go back and find all of your receipts in emails and things. If it doesn't accept your receipt for some reason it's a pain but that has only happened a couple of times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to scan and email receipts to my HR department which is amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
We stay busy at my office. When we need to make purchases on-the-fly, or with confidence without breaking stride, Brex makes that pretty easy.
Arguably, my favorite feature is the immediate prompt after purchases, to marry the receipt to the spend. And the platform reads receipts pretty cleanly, which means I can take that off my plate when it's top of mind, and know that my accounting department won't be hounding me later.

It's a little weird that the physical card and the digital card are different numbers

Available credit and purchasing decisions can be the difference between getting my job done and not. Brex makes it easy for me to knock out my purchase list.
Terrible Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Their Virtual credit card solution was their best feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
After being with them for over 2 years they can cut off your credit limit with no notice. We have spent over $1M dollars with them and have never been late for a payment but they can decide at any moment that you are not creditworthy and shut you off. Stay away from them, they were the only game in town for a virtual credit card solutions when they first started, now they are plenty of other players out there that treat their customers with respect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They helped me get easy virtual card solutions for all my team. Much easier to handle credit limits and offices the user is assigned.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform interface is very easy to use. I like the sorting features offered also.

At times the forwarding of receipts does not correctly match up with the right expense

BREX: a great business tool for monitoring employee spend
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of uploading an expense photo via text that is logged against the online item immediately. The ability to go in and add further detail to give a complete picture of a purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
A certain local BP gas station always places a $1.00 charge on the account but that's not the actual charge. May not be a Brex issue?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving me an immediate picture of what the monthly spend is, to stay within budget. Accuracy is top notch.
The convenience of having a Brex platform.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how seamless it is to use my coporate Brex card and once I make a transaction, I can see the recently purchased item automactically posted on my Brex account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would mention is that I have to manually go in and itemize each transaction with the correct label. If I do not do that, it will be difficult for Finance to understand the reason for the purchase or audit properly. Otherwise, there is nothing else at the moment that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not aware of any problems. I am sure if the company is experiencing issues they would attend to it. I feel productive using this platform outside of Expensify. I know tracking expenses with Brex is benefical to our Finance department.
