Easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
This platform syncs well with Quickbooks. We currently only use it for credit cards but are looking at using it for accounts payable as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Admins should get notifications when user cards expire.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex offers easy access to line of credit and streamlines our credit card expense management and coding.
Brex card is extremely user-friendly and makes traveling for work smooth and seamless.

The Brex mobile app is fantastic and allows for easy expense tracking and documentation

It would be good to earn points/cashback

One Stop Shop for Expense and Travel
What do you like best about the product?
Brex enables my team to process every expense and all travel in one platform. It give many options for payment. AP, Credit Cards, Reimbursements, alongside travel and budget management. Plus the points add up quickly and have many options to redeem the points.
What do you dislike about the product?
The travel aspect has some quirks. The travel admin team has one-off issues about once a month with system errors. From unexplained fees, emails not being sent for reciepts, or inventory being limited. These are issues that are fixed within a few weeks, but it does slow down the team from booking flights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All in one platform to see budgets as a whole. Some other big names that are not ERP's don't offer this function to be able to budget for all expenses coming from one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is super user-friendly, and we don't need to get too much training on how to use it. The User interface is built in a way that makes it easy to consume information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. For my use case Brex works correctly.

I can manage spends in a single platform.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to stay up to date on on my travel expenses and other work expenses. I appreciate how it is seamlessly integrated in our workplace systems. I have peace of mind seeing all expenses and charges in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not currently have any dislikes about Brex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex easily keeps track of my travel expenses with the correct comments for justification making reimbursement very simple. I like the notifications which help me stay up to date on which expenses require additional documentation.

Ease of use, clutter free apps, and fast notifications.

I do not have anything negative to say about Brex.

Brex is very easy to use in terms of corporate spending - both from an approval standpoint and how easy it is to use as a user

Brex sometimes could end up sending too many reminders for the same bills and I dont think it is easy for a user to control that

Brex is solving employee spend management while keeping in transparent with a tight spending policy which is also customizable

- Ability to cap spend for groups of expenses by creating limits
- Ability to allow auto-approval below certain thresholds

- Configuring categories and eligibility for new expense limits can be a chore, overall having to create separate expense limits for every type of expense becomes taxing
