Brex is a lifesaver!
What do you like best about the product?
Managing your cash flow and team spending is super seamless with all the tools and features they have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have right now is renaming vendor credit cards. They don't allow it currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is the finance and banking platform for our business.
Essential to small, but growing companies
What do you like best about the product?
As a user, I love that I can easily upload a receipt and make a note if I am purchasing on behalf of another team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Teammates found they have a hard time making purchases outside of the US --Brex may not be the right choice if your team regularly travels internationally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our team to keep expenses directly with the company instead of having to get them reimbursed.
Modern startup friendly experiance
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact Brex offers no-personal liability. It also provides a lot of start-up features that would otherwise need multiple subscriptions, like Expensify, Bill.com etc

I don't particularly appreciate that Brex does not offer granular access to Brex points.

Brex is our bank
I thought it would since with my company portal so I wouldn't have to label things 2 but i was wrong

We use Brex for our reimbursements.
What do you like best about the product?
In Coinbase, we use Brex to reimburse our expenses, which is easy and directly deposited into our bank account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Brex support could be improved. I tried to connect with support, and I think that area has scope to improve.

Brex is helping us to easily reimburse our expenses without any trouble and it is directly deposited to our account.

Speed of opening account, dedicated relationship management, transparent status reports, expense management and overall they were great during SVB crisis

Their card shipping is a bit slow for some of the account hoders

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to install, very easy to upload and input information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a delay when updating. One might think that the information wasn't received. Maybe add a "refresh" button?

Brex makes the input and managing expenses towards the budget very simple.
Excellent Banking Product.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Friendly and intuitive interface. Transactions are completed quickly. Wires are free, including international, making paying vendors much better.

Honestly, at his point, nothing. Like I said great overall product

Basic Business Banking. Great over all product and free payments is the winning formula.

It's easy to use, physical card arrives quickly, virtual card is available straight away. Cards are suitable for Apple Pay
The dashboard is very user friendly and my accountants are happy to use Brex for administrative purposes.
They don't bother you with useless emails and comunications.

We are a remote team and everyone got its brex card quickly to manage work-related expenses.
Review expenses is very quickly, I do it just after I spend some money and our accountants are happy.
