SO easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Long gone are the days when I used to spend hours manually uploading receipts for work-related expenses. My favorite part about Brex is that I can simply snap a photo of a receipt and within seconds Brex will attribute it to the corresponding transaction. It is like magic!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Slack integration was not a paid option. Other than that, I absolutely love Brex. It has saved me hours upon hours of uploading receipts for expense reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex's customer service team is top-notch. Anytime I've had a question I can count on their friendly and knowledgeable customer service reps to help me out and make sure issues are resolved quickly.

Seamless onboarding & helpful customer support
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding experience was excellent. I got a virtual card the day of and would complete my initial travel expenses immediately. The physical card was also sent directly to my home and arrived quickly. An all around easy and efficient service. In addition, I noticed an issue initially with the name of my card, which required exchanging with the support team. My request was taken care of quickly using the chat function.
What do you dislike about the product?
When my Brex account was created and the first card was issued, I noticed a typo on my name on the card. I ended up contacting support and fixing the problem. However, I received two cards at home, one with the typo and the other without it. It would have been best only to receive the correct one, especially since I contacted support within minutes of my account being created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a card to easily manage my business expenses. Brex made it seamless to issue payments without relying on reimbursements and the whole process around them.
Brex has not only been great to work with but everything is digital and very easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up an account was extremely easy, and love the immediate digital receipts that come via text after purchases.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not experienced any dislikes with Brex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is allowing us to have a holistic view of all company's spend who are issued corporate cards and expenses tagged properly for our finance teams.
Brex is a must-have corporate card management software!
What do you like best about the product?
Brex makes it so easy to connect your bank account, and then issue as many cards as needed for each employee, expense category, etc.
Management limits, reports, issuing/blocking cards is very fast and intuitive. It brings much more transparency to our expense management in the company.

Nothing, really, so far Brex is amazing and does everything very well.

Corporate cards management, expenses management.
The only business bank needed
What do you like best about the product?
That all vendors are saved. It makes it easy to pay them in a few clicks. International wires are also extremely convenient when paying our international contractors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app could be better. Sending international wires from the app isn't possible. Push notifications aren't reliable on Android (at least my device). The Slack integration is useful but disappointing that it's a paid option. I understand Brex needs to make money but I don't think Slack pushes is going to beef up their AR.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making business banking simple. I don't need nor want a physical location. The lack of a physical branch requires a fantastic online customer support, which they have more than Brex's online-only competitors.
Technologically advanced and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the mobile apps simply work, and the use of the product is very intuitive. The bonus on top is the innovation Brex has done around billboards, where startup customers are able to get free advertising and distribution through their OOH advertising network.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any. I have not had as much time to explore the rewards for points on Brex, so perhaps it would be valuable to see how far away we are from certain milestones.

Brex is a corporate card provider. They make it easy to spend company money and track expenses + revenue each month. It's also easy to setup employees with corporate cards.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex offers an incredibly easy-to-use virtual card with customer service that goes above and beyond. Their website is easy to navigate and set up very intuitively to quickly find the information you need from your account and accomplish what you need. If you ever have to file a claim against a charge, it's straightforward and their resolution time is quicker than most brick-and-mortar banks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their website requires two-factor verification, which I'm usually not against, but if you ever lose or break your cell phone and don't have a backup phone, it's tough to access their website because customer service wants to talk to you on the phone to verify your information. It can be done, but it's time-consuming. There isn't an option to have a code sent to your email if your phone is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex allows me to use a virtual card that my company can track the use of and monitor the spending on. At any time, the company can change my credit limit or completely restrict employee access.
Respectful and responsive
What do you like best about the product?
The app. The speed that the team responds to any issues that I have had in the past as well as the alerts that happened in a very timely manner. Way better than the service we used before

Not much. I do receive alot of emails that are unnecessary. Sometimes the text can be a bit excessive.

Love the Benefits
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I am able to easily access my Brex Account on the app and that it keeps track of all my spending along with receipts and memos.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not that it is not helpful, but I do find a bit annoying that It constently reminds that I am missing receipts and memos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is helping me keep track of all my spending. I can easily download into a CSV file.
