What do you like best about the product?
Expenses management has worked like a charm. Issuing virtual cards for every department and type of purchase helps keep the payment threshold in place and also helps track department-wise spending. The Brex website and apps are easy to use and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rewards system is complex and not as attractive as other players in the market. This can be made more attractive as other virtual card providers are giving up to 3% cash back
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Control and monitor spending across functions. Helps plan monthly budget for different departments and purchases. Spends threshold per card/vendor also helps trigger warnings when there is a high charge and this helps in us review it early

What do you like best about the product?
I love the integrations that interface directly with our accounting software. The easy of issuing virtual cards and managing spend limits makes running our business so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bill pay feature is not ideal. I don't care for how the sync works as far as how it creates bills and marks them as paid. I found it to be clunky and duplicative at the outset. It also isn't as functional for bulk payments as bill.com is, so I haven't delved into that more than a few test runs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spend limits, receipt and memo tracking, rewards and cash-back programs are great. The ability to handle one off check payments is great also for a company that carries no check stock.

What do you like best about the product?
I personally like the draft mode the best. Being able to use it to store relevant screenshots/receipts without actually filling out the details is very helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't this it has too many downsides. I think that it would be interesting to explore image processing and automatically stripping out things such as date, vendor and price from receipts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve expensing my transit to work

Brex is clunky and the support team is useless

What do you like best about the product?
The logo is nice maybe. I have tried to like this setup honestly, but I am having trouble finding anything good about a system that just does not work. The login is garbage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Brex team has been a nightmare to deal with from the start. During the initial setup their portal would not work on our Business Systems, then after all that pain, the mobile app gets stuck in a sign-in loop when trying to get into it. The whole purpose was using a mobile app, but if you can't login what is the use?

MFA puts the app in a sign-in loop because it resets every time you attempt to get a code or confirm the email. Then it starts all over again. Support has been useless so far, asking me to create additional cards in my account just for them to verify. What is that about?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves nothing if we cannot use it on mobile devices. The idea was to track expenses when some users would need an easier way to scan and submit purchases on the fly. So far even getting sign up has been a nightmare.

Honestly, so far I've found none. For what I use, it works flawlessly

A big step up from legacy banking systems

What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is a breath of fresh air after the clunky UIs of older more established banking systems. As someone who sends dozens of wires a week small and well-thought-out efficiencies are important.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside I face is that wiring money internationally will occasionally require more information than is required with other systems. For example, sending money to a Korean national requires their 13-digit National ID number. Most other banks don't require this and it's a little invasive to ask for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I now have a wealth of membership benefits.
I now have a user experience from the 21st century.
I also have a customer support rep that I speak with frequently that are useful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it sends you reminders to upload receipts. It also allows multiple users to have cards. It is super easy to navigate, and they have a mobile app that allows you to use it on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no approval process for transactions. It is limited to only paying and does not allow you to enter bills on other platforms. It is minimal with its options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows businesses to keep track of multiple credit cards in one place and will enable users to access them easily. It is simple and covers all the basic needs.
