Incredible customer service, extremely easy to use interface, quick payments and minimal fees!
What do you like best about the product?
Customer service has been incredible. Quick response times and some pretty incredible hold music tbh.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing has come across that I've been unhappy with truly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy payments to vendors, notifications of deposits, help with international wire transfers.

Brex is Just the best for start up companies.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the platform is the best for us. We have had a pleasant experience banking with Brex, and the response time to solving issues has been Excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I haven't had a downside to using Brex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Banking, we are a US company with operations In Nigeria (Africa) and most of or merchants in Chaina. Making and receiving payment has been smooth.
Robust and Ever-Improving Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The software is easy to use, both from the Administrator standpoint and as an end-user. Our employees love how intuitive it is on mobile and the web. Brex is excellent at the integrations that they offer - and their 1Password plug-in fits in well with our stack. They have started to transition to the newest form of their platform (Empower) and we are considering adopting that full on as our spend management system for 2023.
Their support and sales team are top notch - I've often reached out when I had a problem I wasn't able to solve with their Docs and have always received stellar service. You can tell that their Product team is engaged with their end users as well since the enhancements they roll out are very applicable and useful. They also offer competitive rewards. There really isn't much bad to say about Brex.

What do you dislike about the product?
They don't offer a solution for multi-national, multi-entity organizations. They also don't support non-USD currencies, which has prevented us from adopting them more fully in our org.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease at which we can issue and administer cards has really reduced the overall burden of managing a corporate credit card platform. Being able to use the system to capture appropriate transaction documentation (i.e. receipts, coding details, memos) saves us time by not needing to purchase a third-party service for these needs.
Very easy to use and a great way to manage a budget
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can keep track of multiple budgets through the app and if something gets assigned to the wrong budget it is easily moved

I have yet to see any down side other than the budget does not automatically switch and choose based on the vendor

The product development team is responsive to all questions and requests and seems to take pride in adjusting the product to meet its customers' needs.

The app & web environment. And the way how easy it is to upload the invoices

Company credit card for travel purposes
Brex is very user friendly and easy to upload receipts after use.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is extremely user friendly and easy to upload receipts. It also alerts you right when you make a purchase and gives you the option to upload a reason and receipt right away which is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes I have to authenticate myself a few times before it lets me into the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping me get ahead of my business expenses while also being conveniently on my phone. Sometimes I don't even have to bring my physical card with me because I have all the information on the app.
I DON'T GET YELLED OUT FOR NOT DOING MY EXPENSE REPORT ON TIME ANYMORE. SUPER EASY.
What do you like best about the product?
I text a picture of the receipt as soon as the charge is made. No more keeping up with receipts or scrolling through old pictures at the end of the month. Makes attaching receipts to charges a breeze. Keeps accounting/Finance from having to ride the sales team for receipts at the end of the month.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the card was metal. That is the only thing, and is very minor. Everything else is perfect for how I use it. I don't use it for all it can do I'm sure, but my HR team probably does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People at all levels not keeping up with receipts or turning in there receipts on time. I imagine this makes things significantly easier for our money folks to review.
Once-dominant charge card provider that is quickly becoming non-competitive
What do you like best about the product?
Great web portal and app. Ease of use. Very helpful account managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Brex was just fine for the most basic corporate charge card usage, but then they reached out to us about adding functionalities they would start charging us for, and I knew these functions were available through competing vendors for free. As we started shopping around, we realized how many additional services and capabilities we lacked via Brex that we could use/automate for free. It was time to upgrade and consolidate our corporate card, spending controls, analytical tools and payment tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides basic corporate charge card for companies with high-cash balance and no credit history. I'm aware that they are trying to add additional services such as FP&A, but we have never used those functions.
Very easy card experience, Some work Internationally would make it perfect.
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple cards, virtual and physical. App is good to keep track to receipts and customer service is very good. works every time when used in the USA and has now become our main card in the USA
What do you dislike about the product?
Internationally this could use some work. Shipping cards internationally, the use of PIN Technology & two factor authentication is needed to make Brex our perfect card

Speed of payment to vendors and ability to control spend levels across different businesses.
