Never used such a simple and robust system
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is incredibly flexible and powerful. I love the ability to spin up separate cards for different uses to help keep our finances secure. Adding receipts is far more simple than any other product I've every used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides I've ever encountered with the system were related to odd policies from the finance department. Once those were cleared up, I have zero complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing cards and linking charges to receipts is a continual problem in any organization. I encountered Brex as a company user in a larger organization, but I am often responsible for implementing this sort of system in smaller companies I typically work with. After using Brex across a couple of companies over the past 3-4 years, I can't imagine using anything else.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex is easy to use and feature-rich for expense management
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides...the only one I noticed was the lack of a "Mileage" charge category

A lost-cost, easy to use platform that meets the needs of a small start-up

Very user friendly and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes hard to use the virtual cards in places that don't accept virtual payment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to easily use the budgets my company provides. If I accedently use it it's easy for me to 'pay back' those. Easy to submit a reimbursement.

What do you like best about the product?
convenience and the ability to upload the photo straight to the text. The fact I can make a purchase, my cell phone notifies me of the transaction, sends me a text and I simply upload the receipt to the text is fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find a reason that I dislike it but maybe I don't know the option on how to do the function but being able to have the description when you upload the photo would be great through the text
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the problem of uploading receipts or creating Excel spreadsheets documenting our weekly, and monthly expenses. The sheer convenience of doing everything from your mobile device is clutch.
How easy is to get the bes credit card service in the world!
What do you like best about the product?
the ease with which you can obtain a credit card and the gift plan you have for using the service

perhaps the fact that you have to have a minimum balance of $10,000 USD in the bank to have the credit limit enabled
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves my problem of not being able to access a credit card directly with my bank, plus I can have strict control of expenses
Easy to work with and easy to put in receipts!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I get reminders to put in my receipts and there is just a memo area to notate what it was for. I loved that all the accounts and such associated with it could be prefilled. Makes it all very easy!

I really don't have anything negative to say. It's been a good experience all along.

It makes it easy to compliance with all employees.
Efficient , easy to manage
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is an simple and straightforward credit card to manage. They take security very seriously. I feel protected and taken care of. I love the instant invoice upload. And the card looks elite- black.

There is nothing really that I don't like.

Easy upload of the invoices, tracking, recap and awards options. Love that.

Their physical cards are not accepted everywhere

They are solving our business card and accounting needs where we can easily submit receipts for transactions
Succinct and effective, good fraud protection.
What do you like best about the product?
UI is clean and easily usable. The defaults are reasonable and useful, and their fraud detection recently saved me from having to explain $20K of fraudulent charges to my bookkeeping dept.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't found a downside to Brex, nor found any feature I feel it lacks.

Brex helps me track my business credit cards, manage them, and protects them from fraudulent activity.
