Brex makes work-related expenses easy and efficient to manage, from purchase to reconciliation.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is my favorite aspect of Brex. I have a physical card to carry, an online card, and the Brex app, so I'm covered whenever I need to make and reconcile a business-related purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using Brex for about 6 weeks now, primarily for business travel, and I haven't had any problems at all. I'd like Brex to add the ability to organize transactions as "Trips" or groups in the app and website. This could help keep things organized and make it easy to find specific charges and purchase information when necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides our company with an efficient mechanism to manage business-related spending. Keeps me from having to use my personal accounts for purchase and submit for reimbursement, which takes more time. The mobile app and website are easy to use and upload receipts for reconciliation.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex was a great resource for our company to allow employees purchasing acccess in the field. It allowed flexibility of purchase locations and amounts and documentation on the back end was easy to use and track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside was that we couldn't apply as strict of purchasing limits/locations to each user as some other payment systems offered. This led to over spending or unapproved spending at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex solved the issue of our field and local team members needing to purchase supplies, gifts, gas, etc while in the field without having to receive a check payment via mail
Best bank I have ever had! Makes the need for other foreign currency transfer systems obsolete.

What do you dislike about the product?
That not everyone can use Brex because of company size limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex allows me to pay contractors all over the world without having to go into other payment systems.
Makes Accounting Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is great in sending a text alerting me to the purchase I've just made which serves as a great reminder to upload a receipt so I can accurately look back on the sale for accounting purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be great if there was a link in the text message from a purpose taking me straight to the app so I could upload an image of the receipt seemlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping accurate tracking of all the purchases I'm making for our store so we can see our daily and monthly spend to track where we sit in our attempts to stay within budget.
The best experience for founders
What do you like best about the product?
The perks are amazing, the app is seamless, the partnership deals are awesome, and the support when we need it is quick and helpful. I especially love the expense management solution that is included. It makes it super easy to manage expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst part of the experience is the booking integration with Travel Bank doesn't allow me to accept the travel itineraries directly with my calendar because they come from a no reply email... It's a small annoyance, but nothing terrible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is now handling our banking and our credit card. We use them for expense management and take advantage of their partnership deals to get us great rates with software partners. The perks on the card are better than our last business card.

What do you like best about the product?
Two main things:
1) Getting a text each time one uses the physical card makes receipt management so easy! Just reply with a photo, and the transaction and receipt are matched. Plus, you can keep an eye out for fraudulent charges.
2) Having separate numbers for physical and online cards is great! You can cancel and reissue a new number in seconds if there is online fraud and continue to use the physical card. Also, I can create separate cards for separate vendors making assigning charges to accounts much easier.

I'm sure there are some downsides, but I haven't noticed any! It's been a great experience. I'm not fond of upselling to other services, so a little less of that would be appreciated.

Controlling monthly costs for online advertising with vendor cards provides a unique level of control.
Also, we then automatically assign those charges appropriately in our chart of accounts, making monthly reconciliation easy.

Easy, simple way to track business expenses!
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to track business expenses. Simply use the card, then snap a pic of the receipt (or email it the the @Brex address), and the expense is logged. I haven't filled out an expense report yet since using Brex!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not had any issues using Brex, so no suggestions on how to improve it. While it is integrated into my Apple Wallet, I have yet to use Apple Pay with it. I did need to reach out and ask if I could email them a receipt and I could, but I didn't find that option within the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've more productive time in my workday as I don't have to fill in / fill out expense reports. No more hunting for receipts and logging them into a spreadsheet for submittal.
Straightforward and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The format for the website is really clear and intuitive. I'm never at a loss for where to find the information I need or how to complete an action. They send reminders via text and email which is great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've come across is very minor. It doesn't seem to work for me in Safari, so I need to use Chrome. Not a huge issue.

It keeps all expenses in one place, easy to track and provide details about each expense to be reviewed and approved.
Clean Fast Business Expense App
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and convenient receipt upload- send a photo of the receipt to a text that is sent after a transaction and you're done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Waiting for money-tree seeds to plant. You have my address Brex, please send them :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
time efficency with uploading expense photos and keeping in line with monthly company budgets.
User friendly software, good support, helpful reporting that offers valuable data.
What do you like best about the product?
I work remotely, so viewing receipts and purchases from one portal is helpful. I love the accounting tool and the search abilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've experienced so far is that the log in can be glitchy at times.
